We used GI Cakes because they were one of the only places we could find that would make a gluten free wedding cake for us. It was a chocolate cake with a butter cream frosting and it came with a divine raspberry sauce to put on when plated. The cake was amazing and you could not tell it was gluten free. Patricia is definitely a pro. The cake was reasonably priced and delivery on the wedding day was included so it was one less thing we had to worry about.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I got from GI Cakes. I got a beautiful wedding cake at a great value! Patricia was so easy to work with - everything from the cake tasting, the transaction, to the delivery - smooth process. I also cant say enough about the flavor of the cakes... WOW! I ordered a 4 tier cake, with chocolate, red velvet, lemon and white/strawberry. All my guests kept commenting on how good the cake was. I barely had any left to take home! It's a true testament of the quality of GI Cakes' products and I highly recommend them for ANY of your cake/dessert needs. Mahalo Patricia!

cakes are made from scratch, not a mix.
Pricing: Wedding cake pricing begins at $1.95 per serving and is determined by several factors including decoration, intricacy of design, and type of icing.
As a benefit to you and your guests, cakes can be soaked with flavored simple syrups to coordinate with your filling selection and each tier can have different fillings and cake choices to satisfy everyone, all of this at no additional charge.

We offer all of our couples a free wedding consultation. Included in the consultation are a complimentary cake tasting, portfolio viewing, and expert advice on your specific needs. In addition to the flavors that entice your taste buds, you will
need to bear in mind logistics when selecting fillings and icings. For example, time of year, temperature and whether your reception is inside or outdoors are a few things to consider. Some cakes must stay cool or be refrigerated while others can be
