Overall, Gallery of Cakes was great. Our initial tasting was very personalized and they were very responsive regarding design ideas throughout our wedding planning. The cake on our wedding day was yummy (maybe not quite as yummy as at the initial tasting but still very good nonetheless). We were very happy with the quality of the cake (particularly since finding a kosher parve cake that tastes good can be tricky). My one complaint was that the cake did not have the look I had requested. It was somewhat similar but not really what I had requested. The taste of the cake was more important to me than the way it looked but it was a little disappointing to see something that wasn't what we had discussed on the day of the wedding.
That being said, I would still recommend...

Our caterer originally recommended someone else who we met with and found to have an attitude that we didn't care for. Gallery of Cakes was such a change from that attitude! They made us feel like we were working with family and they worked with my daughter to create her dream wedding cake and groom's cake. Not only did they look beautiful, but they were delicious!

When the time came to order my wedding cake, there was no question that Gallery of Cakes was going to be my vendor. My family has been ordering cakes from Gallery of Cakes since I can remember. Obviously, we keep going back because they continue to provide beautiful and delicious cakes at very reasonable prices. My wedding cake was even more beautiful than what I imagined it would be. I am very excited to defrost my top tier next year!

This cake exceeded EVERYONE's expectations. We were on a budget, so we found Gallery of Cakes and met with Toni. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and cringed waiting to hear the quote. To our surprise she was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than all of the other places we visited. So again on the wedding day we cringed hoping it would be decent, and WOW! We were overwhelmed with the product. The cake was perfect and beautiful, and she made it bigger and more beautiful than the picture! AND it was delicious! I am still getting comments on how fabulous the cake tasted. She was also very flexible with any glitches that came up with delivery, etc. The cake arrived with a small crack in the side, but no one even noticed it! Not even me! (I was told by the coordinator) I was highly impressed with the quality of product we received for the price.

This is a great couple-owned bakery. They make all the wedding cakes for every Jewish person in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. The price is a bit overdone, only because it is Kosher which is automatically 10-30% more expensive... But the really worked with me and gave me the best deal and the most beautiful cake for what I would afford!!
My cake did not look like what it was worth!! 5 star cake with all the detail I wanted :)

My wedding cake was simply dazzling and amazing. Gallery of Cakes did a great job at creating our wedding cake just how we wanted it. We discussed what we wanted on the cake and also seen some of the work they did for previous clients and we were really impressed. They did our wedding cake just how we wanted it and also we got some really good feedback from our wedding guests about how good the wedding cake was. We really enjoyed the cake and they put a lot of work into the wedding cake. We were glad we picked them to do our wedding cake as they did a great job on the wedding cake.

Toni and her husband were such a pleasure to work with. I had no idea of how I wanted my wedding cake designed, but they took a few ideas that I mentioned and ran with it. On the day of my wedding, the guests and including myself was very impressed with the cake. It was beautiful and not to mention so good. For our one year anniversary, we ate it and I was amazed how well the cake held up. It still tasted good. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are truly good at what they do and their prices are very reasonable.

The cake was delicious and beautiful! I also loved the cake-tasting experience. The owners were very nice people and very easy to work with. They decorated the cake for me just as I wished. Only thing is they got the filling wrong. It was still great and I would recommend them. The cake was included in our catering package so we did not pay separately for it.

Yonnie, our Master Baker, always had a passion for cakes and cake decoration. Once the customers got a taste of Yonnie's desserts, word quickly got out. Yonnie started making cakes for special occasions, birthdays, parties, holidays, weddings, etc. Toni has been the face you see when you walk through the doors since the day Gallery of Cakes opened.
