I thought I was going to be happy with my choice of florist - however I was SO disappointed with the flowers. The bridesmaids bouquets, my bouquet, corsages, boutonnieres, the head table arrangement, cake and hor devours arrangements were all fresh flowers - I was talked into using silk for the others (alter decorations, entry decorations, etc.). I asked for white tulips and blue hydrangeas for the bridesmaids tied with dark chocolate ribbon and ballet tied with a skinny blue ribbon - they looked terrible - like something a 4 year old would make. For my bouquet I asked for pale roses and white peonies looped and tied with a Tiffany Blue Ribbon and diamond cuff. The flowers were ok - the ribbon didn't look like the picture I provided and told her I wanted at all and the stems were not cut off so it was really long. It also came apart before the ceremony. The boutonnieres were decent looking. The head table arrangement was pretty and the cake was ok - but not what I asked for (to be fair - this was more the baker's fault). The ceremony flowers were downright horrible. The looked totally un-natural and looked as though they were supposed to go into a bathroom during the 1980's. Luckily 2 of them blew over and broke so the alter flowers were taken away - I don't think I could have dealt with them in all of our pictures. They were that ugly. I can't even describe the rest of them because it makes me so aggravated. Plus, we were quoted something in a low price range - we provided the ribbon, cuff and 4 urns (basically used only 2 of her things) and got charged twice what she quoted us.
