Gardens of Paradise

I was just reading the comments from a person named SHAWN who gave Gardens Of Paradise a zero rating. What a fabricated lie for such a beautiful place to be disrespected in such a cruel way. My wedding was at the gardens of paradise in February of this year. It was the most amazing, unique one of a kind venue that I would always cherish and feel blessed to have found. A dream come true for me and my spouse as we enjoyed the day of our wedding in a fairy tale settings. From the treatments and extra help of the staff to the on premises suites that were given to us as an added bonus for us to stay overnight on the property. The pools, waterfalls, front entrance looked like a millions bucks with the lighting at night. And not only did we feel this way but our 450 + guests all complimented the place and cherished every moments of my beautiful weddings. To the person named SHAWN, please don't fabricate lies as a place like this to charge such little money was a steal compared to the many places I searched for for over a year. All you couples out there looking for a dream wedding, something that you will not even see on the big screen or tv. Take it from me and take your time as GARDENS OF PARADISE Is a must on a list of laces to see. Don't listen to anyone, go and see for yourself.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE CHARM AND GRANDEUR OF THIS PLACE. I gave the venue ZERO on quality of service because the venue owners BROKE their own agreement with their clients (my family and my wife's family) and basically extorted us to make an extra $6,000+ A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING! Responsiveness was rated a ZERO because communication with our wedding coordinator lacked follow up initially and was near to impossible in the days before our wedding. Three weeks prior to our event, the venue's coordinator and owners wife were told NOT to talk to us regarding our event. 10 days before the event, the owner decided not to honor an addendum to our agreement for valet parking that was signed and already agreed upon. His argument was that they knew the property better than outside companies and could work the space better than any other company. I rated them a ZERO on flexibility for not living up to their end of the agreement, even after signing it in our contract. Not only did the venue promise the quality of service from a private valet parking company for weddings but they promised we would have 10 valet attendants at all times but failed again to live up to that promise. How could such a beautiful venue lacks the professionalism needed to run a venue of its type? How could they have not considered all the extra hassle that coordinators, decorators and caterers would have to go through to get the basic necessities when designing and constructing this place? ZERO professionalism for that amongst all other reasons mentioned previously. With a base rental fee of $8,000+ for the tent and over $2,000+ for other areas, I rated this dump a ZERO in value. Oh and there are NO hotels within a 10 miles radius so another added expense with trying to coordinate for designated drivers or party bus. Bottom line: I would strongly suggest you save your time and money --- don't book at the Gardens of Hell-a-dise!

We were going to have our wedding here and put a deposit down. The contract says 9 months prior to the wedding date you can get a full refund. So after we put a deposit down we realized we would be spending at least $13000 which was way out of our budget. So we went in to Gardens of Paradise and talked to them and they said they could work with our budget which was so nice. Then we kept looking for other places to fit our budget just in case we were able to spend less then $10,000 for the whole thing. We found somewhere where we could spend around $7,000 so we emailed Gardens of Paradise saying thank you for your time and effort to help us with our wedding day but we want to cancel the venue because we found something way cheaper. Thats when things went wrong. They did not want to give our money back (it was only 2 - 3 weeks after we put the deposit down and we were still 10 months away from the wedding day.) So it got to the point where we had to threaten to take them to court and they finally agreed to give us our full refund back. Were still waiting for it but it's only been a few weeks.
Sooo... if you don't have a low budget and your positive you want to have it here then definitely do it but if your not sure and you want a refund then be ready to put up a fight. Also it's mandatory for you to pay valet parking and they have hidden fees. The lady we were working with was super nice and very fast at responding to emails and amazing with working with our budget but we got very poor service when we wanted to cancel.

A close friend of mine had referred me to this company and I have to say I do not regret it! They were so down to earth and quick with whatever they did, I'll be sure to recommend this to my sister who is getting married 3 months from now!

Everything Banquets had the best deal for the food, and also had the best tasting food. It came on time and as expected. I will definatly come back for sure. It was also very professional too.
