The limo/party bus arrived early and was ready for us as we arrived in the hotel lobby. Rich was amazing and told us everything we needed to know before boarding. I loved that the limo was fully stocked with soda and water, as well as champagne, so that the kids in our wedding party could participate in the toast. Rich was also very helpful in helping everyone on and off of the bus. He even held the train of my dress for me as I was waiting to line up to walk down the aisle. He definitely went the extra mile in helping out...as well as making sure we got to where we needed to be safely and on time! I highly recommend Gateway Limo!!

I chose Gateway because of their amazing reviews, and they did not disappoint, they were on time and our driver was amazing! He opened champagne and served all of us (there were over 20 of us on the party bus). He always asked if there was anything we needed and I didn't have to worry about directions or telling him where to go next, he was on top of things!

The party bus itself was very clean and everything worked, I really can't complain about anything. I realize they are a little pricier than the other limo services in Ct, but I wasn't willing to take the chance that my transportation wouldn't show up, so I paid the little extra they wanted!

Brian, our limo driver, was just perfect. He had a great sense of humor that put me and my girls all at ease as we drove to the church. He took care of every detail (from checking on the progress once we arrived at the church, to holding my gown, to helping grab flowers to bring to the reception) with grace and professionalism. I will always remember how he contributed to my wedding day. We also used a shuttle service from Gateway that provided prompt service for our guests. I would highly recommend this vendor.

Brian was the GREATEST driver. Helped me and the wedding party during photos; helped my guests with transportation between the wedding, hotel and train station; and made sure that the groom and I arrived at our hotel after midnight safely.

Gateway limos was very professional. I called a few places before them but none of them answered my questions or put me at much ease as they did. The guys who drove our limos were very nice and soo helpful! They helped me in and out of the limo. They fixed my train before I walked down the aisle. They held my dress for pictures too. I would recommend them to anyone who needs limos for their wedding day!

Very punctual and even went back for second round back from the reception to hotel because some people were stranded. I think they drove to the wedding but ended up leaving their cars there overnight. Was a good move and was glad the bus was available for them Everyone of my guests loved the idea of the bus transportation. It went so smooth and perfect. Thank you once again. My husband and I chose Gateway based on our reception venue's reccommendation. I am very glad we listened to them! We had wonderful service! Not only was the limo bus large enough to fit our enormous bridal party of 24 adults and 4 children, but it was clean and well-stocked with champagne! The driver was exceptional. He straightened out my train before I walked down the aisle. When the organist didnt start playing when the bridesmaids were ready to do their walk down the aisle, he went up into the choir loft to tell her to start playing! He even knew to go a different way to our venue to avoid rush hour traffic. He went above and beyond all of our expectations! Alot of other limo companies were cheaper, however they had no where near as much to offer, and when you read the fine print, the total price was not all-inclusive likt Gateway was. Although we did end up giving our driver an additional tip because he was so great, it was nice knowing that we had no more out-of-pocket expenses on our wedding day. Worry free and worth every penny!

I was looking for shuttle transportation for my daughter's wedding. Not only was Gateway responsive to our quote request, but their figure was more than 30% less than others in the area (at least those that bothered to respond!). The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. Our driver Steve, made multiple guest and wedding party runs and everyone was safely delivered. We all agreed that the wedding would not have been a success had we not had the professional service we received.

Our drivers Art and Andre were excellent! Very professional, courteous, on time and fun! They made the day more relaxing and smooth. We would highly recommend Gateway for anyone wanting a limo for transportation!

Gatewate was awesome! They invited me to view there fleet before I booked and were very professional and responsive through the whole process. I called two days before my wedding to add pickup service and they were able to set us up with a limo at a very reasonable price.

We booked a party bus for our wedding and it was everything we expected. We had a larger wedding party and there was plenty of room on the bus for everyone. The driver was great and helped alot. The price was a little more than a few other vendors we checked with but was well worth the additional cost

We used Gateway Limosine for our September wedding and they were awesome! We had a party bus for our bridal party and we had a town car that drove my parents home at the end of the night. The staff at Gateway Liimo was very helpful and friendly and the driver was wonderful. The day of the wedding, there was a big accident on 84, but Brian, the driver, was well aware of it and had an alternate route planned before picking us up. The 1.5hr ride to the church was comfortable and great and despite having to take back roads, we got to the church on time! He also wiped down the limo door before I got in every time so that my dress didn't get dirty and made sure all of the guests (and groom) were in the church before I exited the car. I couldn't have picked a better limo service :)

We could not be more pleased with the service provided by Gateway Limousine. The minibus was super-clean and our driver was great. He even stayed 15 mins later than our contract to drop us off at the after-party!! Highly recommended!!

We contracted with Gateway for a mini-bus to transport our guests to/from the hotel to our ceremony/reception. We got married in Mystic, CT and most of our guests were from Massachusetts and New York so we knew that many of them would be utilizing the mini-bus. Larry was wonderful to work with in setting up the contract! He was extremely responsive via both email and the telephone. Gateway's rate was very reasonable as well.

We got married the same weekend as the Mystic Art Festival which meant that there would be more traffic than usual. We gave the driver a map with directions of an alternative route in order to avoid the Art Festival traffic. Everything went smoothly! The mini-bus did a few trips to pick-up/drop-off our guests and everyone made in on time. From what we were told from our guests, the driver was very courteous, accomodating, and friendly! Our guests were thrilled with the transportation. Thank you very much for proving our guests with such great service!

The Limo that brought me and the Wedding Party to the church was wonderful. The Limo was clean, attractive, and new. The Driver was well-dressed and assisted me in tucking the dress into the Limo. After the Ceremony, there was a terrible downpour and the Driver covered me with an umbrella and got me and all the Wedding Party into the Limo dry! The complimentary champagne was high quality. The lighting inside the Limo made for some amazing pictures. The Sedan driver at the end of the night was very accommodating. He stopped at a convenience store so my new husband could run in and pick up some juice (I was so thirsty after all the dancing) on the way to the Hotel. Booking the service was easy and great. I had a small hitch with a pricing issue when the new tax went into effect, but the Owner himself got on the phone to explain the changes to me and satisfy all my questions. Overall, wonderful service.

Gateway Limousine was so easy to work with! I had to change around all of the times a few weeks prior to the wedding and they were so responsive and helpful. They arrived on time, looked professional and the vehicles were extremely clean. The drivers were always there to lend a hand and even held my one year old nephew when we were getting our of the limo! I highly recommend using them for any future events.

Gateway was great!! The limo driver was early to the hotel and offered to help us with anything we needed. He was very cheery and a joy to have around us!

Gateway provided transportation to/from the hotel/venue for my daughter's wedding. They were very accommodating and did everything we asked. On the way to the wedding the driver had to deal with horrible traffic problems in Branford CT on Friday night 10/8/2010. There was a 5-7 multiple car accident on one side of I95 and an a truck explosion threat with the FBI present on the other side of I95. The driver had to go through this mess at least 4 times as we had 3 runs back and forth. Thanks for getting all of our wedding party members and hotel guests safely to the wedding and not giving up even when it was clear that the last run was not going to make it in time for the ceremony.

I hired Gateway Limo's for my wedding day. No bride needs to worry about transportaion on the day of her wedding. Gus, our driver, was fantastic. He arrived a few minutes early, helped me and my wedding party in the vehicle and out, helped with informing me when it was time to start and was just a great friendly guy. The limo was clean and cool. In July cool is very good! I would hire Gateway limo again in a heartbeat! Ease of booking, payment, and overall service is key when booking for your wedding. The staff at Gateway were friendly and very helpful. I highly reccomend them to anyone looking to book a limo for there occasion whatever it may be.

Our driver was outstanding! Our wedding was running behind so our driver took over and helped out getting things organized for the ceremony. I had people asking me after "Who is that? Our Limo driver was awesome! We had a break inbetween the reception and ceremony and the driver drove us to a resturante downtown and then we stopped at Starbucks for coffee. Also, we had limo service until 5pm and our driver stayed a few extra minutes so our photographer could take a couple of extra pics!

The folks at Gateway LImo were excelent to work with. We looked around at a bunch of other limo companies and they seemed to have the best quality. We had rented out the Limo bus which was beautiful. There was nothing wrong with it. The driver showed up 30 minutes early to pick us up. Any questions that I had they were very quick to respond. They realy knew what they were doing as well and were able to walk us through what would need to be done on their end as far as pickup times and how long we would need them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for transportation for their wedding.

Our limo driver, Art, was amazing. He made sure all of us got in the limo without getting wet (It was raining.) Our drive to the church was delightful. The limo was roomy, comfortable, the aircontrols worked well, and the music was great. We arrived to the church a little early, so he parked where we could see our guests
coming into the church and went to talk to the photographer. Everything was seamless. I was impressed that he even stayed in the church to help position my train when I was going to walk down the aisle with my father.

Excellent price. Easy to work with in making changes. Drivers were very polite and friendly.We couuldn't have asked for better transportation for our wedding party and guests. It was a very rainy day and he actually even followed us around with an umbrella during pictures so we wouldn't get wet and when we were covered up, he followed the photographer around with the umbrella so she wouldn't get wet. His customer service was unbelievable. From start to finish, this company was great to deal with and the cost was very reasonable!

They should never ask their husbands to clean or do the dishes or laundry. This is the primary reason men get married. Just Kidding...Gateway Limousine went far above the call of duty, they were very helpful with the intial planning of the transportation and very accomidating to my last minute changes. They really truned a stressful day (day before) into a less stressful day with their willingness to charge the service, and furthermore did not over charge at all...the actually changed what I had wanted to a better plan which cost less money in the end. Their drivers were very nice and helpful also gathering guest at the end of the night. Jenny is the BEST EVER I have never dealt with someone so personable before and so willing to work with my strange last minute requests. I would use this service time and again just knowing Jennie would be the one setting everything up and taking the stress of me. More companies should operate the way Gateway does, truely a throwback to the times when costomer service was a businesses first priority.

Gateway Limo was AWESOME! The limo bus I had was beautiful-clean and neat. The driver was the nicest man ever (Rich). We used Gateway for our October wedding, and they were great. I was nervous because it was pouring out. The driver took everyone out one at a time and held a umbrella above them. And he really helped me the bride out, with my dress making sure it did not get wet and keeping my train from hitting the wet ground. The driver was so helpful and did not rush us. We were a little behind time due to photos and he just waited for us with his umbrella and walked us out again one by one. Great company and the best prices around!

We had two limos. Both drivers were professional, helpful and on time. The limos were spotless as well.

Our driver was more than helpfull :), He actually made sure my train on my dress was layed out flat before going down the isle, as the girls all had gone and myself and son were off to the side of the doors. Therefore the train would be folded when we turn to go down the isle. He was also right at the door when we came out of the church and handed us water. Which we desperately needed.

Awesome!!! We had two limos, and two party busses from Gateway. The drivers were kind, professional, gentlemanly... just awesome. The limo drivers were courteous, professional and very helpful. The cars were extremely clean and comfortable. We used a black and a white stretch limo and both were brand new cars. Although Gateway was out of our location range, resulting in us having to pay a bit more for their service, the price was very reasonable and the service was great.

We used Gateway Limousine for our January 2, 2010 wedding. Working with Gateway Limousine was absolutely wonderful. Larry was extremely attentive, and went above and beyond for us. Not only did he know exactly how to help me get in the car with my dress and veil, and make sure that every bridesmaid had her flowers, but he was able to make an extra trip to the hospital for us to visit my husband's grandmother. He also told me when to come in to the church, and helped organize the bridal party processional. I absolutely could not imagine having a better limousine experience for my wedding.

Gateway was very easy to work with when scheduling our wedding transportation and put my worries re: timing and traffic at ease. Our driver, Paul, was friendly, attentive and professional at all times. He helped with the little things you wouldn't expect from a driver- fixing my veil, lining up our bridal party, etc. He even had bottles of water waiting for us after our church ceremony!! We were thrilled to have him with us on our big day. Thank you to Gateway and especially Paul for everything! Highly recommend!!

Gateway Limo was very professional and reasonable. Our driver helped me in and out of the limo, drove safely, and remained professional the entire day. I do wish he had been a bit more inviting or had told us whether or not we could open the champagne (because I had never been in a limo before and had no idea what I was supposed to do). Overall, great service.
