Loved the experience. And love the way they take care of the customer after the sale. They helped us design the exact ring we wanted. We went back to get his band as well. I go periodically to get the ring cleaned and polished. I work with my hand alot and my ring get very "banged up" and they will clean it and polish it for free every week if i wanted. They are awesome! Thanks. (And you can always upgrade your stone for the exact price you paid)

We worked with Heather at Genesis and she was wonderful. So nice and helpful! She helped my now husband get the engagement ring (which I LOVE), and also she helped us pick out our bands. She really knows what she is talking about. The other staff members who helped were also nice. Would definitely recommend them!

We found exactly what we needed at the price we could afford. Their sales staff does not work on commission, so instead of trying to up sell you, or convince you to buy something you don’t like, they are genuinely interested in helping you find what you are looking for, and getting you the top quality available.

Though I really love my ring and the deals and what not (lifetime cleaning, upgrades of buying back at cost, etc.), I was not happy with the service. I found one lady that helped us to be down right condescending. I told her that I was concerned about sending off my ring (in the mail) to have the setting adjusted. She replied, "well we send off our 9-carat rings all the time." I found it downright rude. My ring may not be the biggest thing to them, but it is the most expensive thing I own and I want to make the best choices to keep it safe. It is the only time I have been made to feel that my 3-carat round cut diamond ring with micro-pave setting was not "big enough" or "important enough." With price comparison, their settings are some of the pricier settings though their diamond pricing seemed comparable to online sites like BlueNile.com when we got ours. We did not get our wedding bands there due to the poor service, even with our 10% discount.

Everyone at Genesis is great. There is no pressure to buy. They let you try on as many rings as you want and they really do give you the best price. We shopped at other stores and were able to get a bigger and more radiant diamond at Genesis for thousands less. We also got a discount on our wedding bands because my husband had purchased my engagement ring there.

Genesis Diamonds has a great selection. When we went to pick out bands, we were helped quickly, and were given lots of options. We picked out rings quickly, and they cleaned my engagement ring while we waited! They clean our rings anytime we take them in! Very helpful, thank you!!

Very professional jeweler. My husband originally got my engagement ring from the store, and it was too big. He was consistantly at work when the store was open, so I went in to get it correctly sized without him. Everyone was so friendly, and helped me out immediately and processed it VERY quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

Both of my rings and his ring were purchased here. Of course I don’t know what the purchase price for the engagement ring was, but the wedding bands were very affordable. We opted for just traditional bands. The sales man asked what type of work we did. He took the time to explain what all of the options were on bands that would be more comfortable (I didn’t know there were different types). Also, he helped us to pick out the right width. There were no high pressure sales which we both liked. We picked up the rings they were prefect. They fit great and looked phenomenal.

My husband and I only had six weeks to find the perfect rings. Genesis not only had the rings we wanted, but were able to customize them and order them, all within our six week window. Their staff was helpful and did not pressure us to buy the more expensive versions of what we wanted, unlike other jewelry stores we had visited.
