We worked with Donna from GQ and she was very informative. She did a consultation with us to try to decide our groomsmen attire and more importantly what my handsome husband was going to wear. They also had attire for my little ring bearers (5T). My husband was able to try on many different tuxes during the consulation to decide what style of tux he wanted to wear. He's 6'4 and they still had many different things for him to try and choose. He took himself and all 11 of our groomsmen with him to do their fittings. He said all went smoothly and efficiently. The pick ups and drop offs were pretty smooth too. After the wedding, we returned my husband's tux and we were missing the cufflinks and his vest. They didn't care about the cufflinks and they gave us a 7 day grace pd to return the vest or they would charge us $60.00 for it. I thought that it woudl be more than $60.00. But luckily we had just left it at the hotel and we returned it the next day with no extra charge. They were quick to reply with any questions we had. Their prices were comparable to the chain stores with better service. They have 2 locations - one in Elmhurst and one in Schaumburg. We were happy with the service and product.

Great service, they really know their business. Easy to talk to and even criticize. They were professional and very responsible. I would definitely recommend them.

Gentlemen's Quarter's did a great job. We wanted a gray tuxes for our wedding and they are hard to find, but GQ was very helpful in getting us what we wanted and ordering the vests as well though it was not something they carried.

The original tuxedos I picked out were not available for the day of my wedding and they did not let me know until it was too late. However, they offered me a more expensive tuxedo for all the men for the price of the original one I picked out. They were very helpful and the man who runs the Schaumburg store is very helpful and extremely nice. The woman that works there, however, is not so nice and is not very pleasant if all you want to do is get more information on pricing. If you want someone who cares about their job and your happiness, make sure Tommy is there.

We used the GQ Schaumburg location and Tom the owner was amazing to work with! He helped my husband pick out a tux that he would feel good in and confident in for our special day and also tuxes that would work for all the groomsman. He suggested helpful tips to my husband as well like get an extra dress shirt to change into before the reception, etc. etc. Tom was professional and very friendly to work with. This is above and beyond the best tux rental business we had ever worked with.
