Geoff White Photographers

I'm sorry I need to write GW Photography a horrid review. I hired them for my wedding and my photos came out NOTHING like the quality of work they display on their website. My husband and I decided that we wanted to go all out on our photographer and so we chose GeoffWhite for their amazing photo journalistic style as displayed on their website. When we got our photos back, we were highly disappointed. At $500/hour we would expect MUCH better photos than what they gave us. Kelvin shot our wedding. Just to make sure that I wasn't being over critical of the photos (since I know brides can be this way) I ran the photos by numerous friends who do a lot of photography and they all agreed that this was not quality work. The shots were not great to begin with. Overall, not happy with GW, wish I went with a better photographer, and I totally felt like I was deceived by the work they put on their site... they certainly spend a lot of money on marketing

We searched all over the bay area for our photographer, and once we met Geoff, it was an easy decision. His work is is incredible, the images are absolutely stunning, and while we met with a lot of nice photographers, their work wasnt very memorable. Geoff's work really stands out-a lot of the images had vivid color, which looked like it was right out of a magazine. His custom deisgned albums are gorgegous too. We got to know him and Lara when we did our engagement session at Santana Row, which was a really cool location, I would have never thought of it. It was fun and easy, and Geoff & Lara really put us at ease, which is how they get such great images I guess. We kind of forgot they were there at points, it just felt like it was just the two of us hanging out. Meanwhile, Geoff was in the bushes or something, taking these stealthy images! When we saw the e-session pics, we were floored! They are amazing, there is no other owrd for it. They are just so talented, it's hard to believe. They did this really cool signature book for us that is filled with all the images from the engagement session, and we are going to have our guests sign the book at the wedding. Of all the vendors we have had experience with, our photography is the one thing we don't have to worry about!

One of our main priorities when allocating our wedding budget was to find the BEST photographer and we accomplished that with this duo. Geoff & Lara are the most amazing pair of photographers and people.

Their professionalism is incredible and every step of the way they exceeded our expectations with their work and service. They were amiable and made us feel at ease. Their communication was and continues to be amazing - always responding to questions and emails in a timely fashion. They are also very accommodating and not rude or pushy - always putting the client first.

Even after the wedding their amazing service continues to be top-notch. They created a beautiful pocketbook for us to share with friends and prospective clients and also surprised us with a gift at Christmas time - a special 8x10 of my husband and I on our wedding day. They have even garnered us a feature of our wedding in a magazine.

It's not a nickel and dime workout with this pair. Their passion and love for their photography is evident in the great care the put into their relationships with their clients. WE LOVE GEOFF AND LARA WHITE!

I just received my engagement pictures back from Geoff White Photography, and my fiance and I (and our families and friends) are totally blown away. I keep returning to his website to watch the slide show his team put together (to music, even!), it just makes me so happy to look at them. I have also just placed an order for more engagement pictures than I could ever have imagined wanting (that is, before I saw them), but they are timeless, and my fiance and I will cherish them always.

We are thrilled to have Geoff (and his wonderful wife Lara) be a part of our wedding. They are professional and warm and all around fantastic. They are admittedly on the pricey side, but I am already confident that they are worth every penny.

They are also prompt, which earns them serious bonus points as far as I'm concerned. They had the engagement pictures up and running on their website within 5 days of having taken them (even sooner than they'd promised), and I know they also photographed two weddings in those 5 days.

We feel so lucky to have found Geoff White Photography!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Geoff and Lara White. They were truly dedicated in capturing the true essence of my wedding. I had no issues or problems working with them whatsoever. They were professional in every sense of the word. They are very easy to work with, made me feel so comfortable, were always on time and all the pics they took are just breathtaking. Our engagement pics looked like they came out of a prof magazine. I wholeheartedly recommend Geoff White Photography, I haven't come across any other wedding photographer in fact that I would recommend so highly!

I had a traditional 'multi-day' Indian wedding and Geoff captured each important moment from all of the events. His professionalism is outstanding and he really understood the key elements that I was looking for. He was able to create a 'story' with my albums for all of the wedding events.

I was absolutely impressed by Geoff White throughout our wedding planning process. He's very professional and his photography is fantastic!

I think the unique thing about Geoff is that while he shoots everything in digital so that he can get the maximum amount of photos, he can digitally enhance your photos so that they are of film quality.

Geoff White Photography was our favorite vendor! I don't know how they did it, but Geoff and Lara captured every emotion, every important moment of our day. Every time we watch Geoff's slideshow, we relive the day with teary-eyes. We had to make many decisions for our big day, and choosing Geoff White Photography was one of the smartest ones! His eye for detail combined with technical remastering of digital images allows for truly breathtaking portraits. In addition, they understand the traditions of Asian weddings, including the morning games, tea ceremony and table toasting. I just wanted to again say thank you for fabulous pictures you took of Heather’s & David’s wedding as well as for inviting us into your home last night for the slide show. As you can tell, Heather and I have an extremely close relationship. Though her wedding day was difficult for me, I did manage to keep my eyes dry throughout the ceremony and reception. I wasn’t at all successful in doing this last night(at the premiere). Your pictures truly show the events of the day and the emotions of everyone involved. Geoff and Lara are some of the nicest people you will ever run into. They are also some of the most skilled as well. Taking some of the most unusual and beautiful photos, while still being able to keep up with the fast paced environment of each wedding reception. Though a touch more expensive than most, you ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for. Quality is just what they do.
