Scott from Visualize Entertainment was very responsive and helpful during my entire planning. I felt comfortable with his professionalism and his demeanor, even though we had never met. Scott's website is extremely user-friendly and I found it very accommodating while planning the timing of the event and all of our song selections. I contracted a half-lighting packing at the West Martello Tower, and decided the day before the wedding to add on the other half of the package. Scott was able to get all of the extra lighting and set everything up perfectly. It was worth every penny.

We had a very small party (less than 30 people), so we weren't always on the dance floor. Scott did a great job with the background music and was really intiutive with the song selections when we did start dancing.

He did a great job from start to finish. He responded promptly to all emails, checked in frequently during the planning stages, provided planning worksheets online that were super helpful and easy to use, and had lots of great suggestions for songs and timeline. He kept the reception moving and got everyone on the dance floor. He also provided up lighting which really added a nice touch to highlight our beautiful surroundings

Visualize Entertainment provided both the DJ & photobooth services for our April 13th wedding in Key West. We worked with the owner Scott, who is truly as helpful as anyone could ask for. As our DJ, Scott went above & beyond to track down our less mainstream song requests, recommend good party tunes, and keep everyone dancing & happy. Scott read the crowd incredibly well in his music choices. He also had a simple & seamless planning system for us to set up our favorite song choices before the wedding - so we went into the best day of our lives without any stress over the music.

We also used Visualize Entertainment for the photo booth - a last minute addition for us, which they easily accommodated! The guests LOVED the photobooth & raved about it. The props they provided were great - fun, funky, different - something for everyone! They surprised us at the end of the reception with a scrapbook of all the photobooth pictures - which they put together throughout the party & had our guests sign! The photos were up on facebook SO quickly after the wedding. It was a real treat.

We would 100% absolutely work with Scott & Visualize Entertainment again, and cannot imagine another vendor being even comparable to the level of service & fun they provided.

Nick, was extremely accommodating with our music selection, as we ask all the guests to provide us with a duke box request. He managed to blend the mix of genres perfectly and kept the dance floor rocking all night. Nick was kind enough to create a mash up for our first dance which he supplied us a month before the big day giving us plenty of time to practise those moves. A Big Thankyou once again to Visualize Entertainment for greating a mixture of chilled, romantic atmospheres during the day and then crancking it up for an epic party to finish off the night. My fiancée and I planned a 1930s Hemingway's Years in Key West Florida themed wedding. Scott from Visualize Entertainment played a huge role in executing our theme . He suggested artists, songs and styles for each component from our welcome reception ,processional( Ella Fitzgerald's - Someone to Watch over Me) , first dance ( Frank Sinatra's The Way You Look Tonight) swing jazz cocktail hour and dance music. He even dressed the part with Black Fedora , suspenders and baggy swing jazz pants.
We couldn't have been happier - we knew we wanted something different and he enthusiastically embraced the challenge and made for a perfect night and wonderful memory for us and our guests

Scott is the most genuine and professional DJ/business owner that we have ever dealt with. We couldn't have asked for a better person to do the job. He is very organized and is so easy to get in touch with. Both my husband and I love music but aren't familiar with many names of artists and song titles. We knew the feeling that we wanted our wedding & reception to have but had a hard time figuring it out which specific song choices to make. Not to mention we are super busy people and procrastinated putting together a list, so just a few days prior to the event Scott helped us hand pick all of our main song choices by making suggestions and playing songs on his laptop for us. I loved the songs he helped us choose, and despite my ADD tendencies we did it in a relatively short time!! Not to mention at the last minute he provided us with additional lighting that we did not expect to have.
Everyone always stresses about how their vendors are actually going to perform when the time comes, I didn't. Scott is so confident and professional that you know you're in good hands and you don't have to worry about that any more. Super Nice Guy and Job Well Done. Will hire him again for our anniversary party....hey!!! Highly, highly, highly recommend him!!

Scott was amazing! From setting up our account and portal, answering our questions, to making our wedding day perfect. Kept everyone on the dance floor the entire time. He takes a lot of pride in what he does and is a true professional. Your crazy not to book him.

We had Scott Gerke as our DJ at our wedding in Key West and he was amazing! He listened to us and played everything we wanted. And was very responsive when we wanted to change the tempo of the music or cut a song short. He kept everyone dancing which was what we wanted! The company offers additional services other that just DJ such as uplighting and photobooths however we were trying to cut costs so didn't use those services however I am sure they are just as fabulous.

Scott and his team are amazing!!! We had a wonderful night. He knew how to keep the party going and everything went so smoothly. The photo booth was a HUGE hit as well. I recommend adding this feature. We now have a very fun book and our guests got to keep their pictures. Several people commented this was the most fun they have had at a wedding reception in a long time. I was nervous planning the destination wedding without getting to meet any vendors before hand, but Scott exceeded all my expectations! Scott at Visualize Entertainment was awesome! Exceeded my expectations. The uplights were gorgeous and well placed...matched our colors perfectly and made the Grand Ballroom at the Casa Marina even more beautiful! The music was so much fun and he knows how to get the crowd moving. No one stopped dancing all night! With any wedding (especially a small 25 person wedding) the music can really set the tone for the night. Scott had people up and dancing that we were sure wouldn't ever get out of their seats!I am so glad that he was part of our special day - he really went above and beyond!!! Scott was wonderful. It seemed like the night flew by and scott did a good job of keeping us moving. He had a good little mix of music and formalities. The gogbo was a huge hit. I really appreciated the multiple meeting before to go over all of the details.

Absolutely THRILLED with the service Scott and Visualize DJ provided on our wedding day. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ! Scott accomodated our extensive (and rather ridiculous) playlist, no matter how old or new the song was. He pulled some real gems out too and kept the party going all night. We LOVED his idea for giving away our centerpieces through trivia! PLUS the photobooth was a HUGE hit. We were on the fence about spending extra money but I can say, hands down, that was the best money we spent in our wedding budget. Not only are the pictures priceless, but they put together a scrapbook right on the spot which your family and friends sign. We've had a blast looking at it over and over again. MANY MANY MANY thanks to Scott and his crew for being a part of, and truly making, our day so BIG and SPECIAL! We had our destination wedding in Key West and contacted Visualize based on the reviews we read here on Weddingwire. We were impressed from the very beginning. Scott was quick to respond to our emails, able to meet with us on short notice (we contacted him about a meeting as we were driving down) and helped us put together a plan that afternoon! We ended up contracting him for DJ services, photo booth and lighting. And let me say he was amazing the day of! Our crowd was slow to dance, but he did his best, even getting up with us to show a few moves. :) The photo booth was a huge hit. My guests really loved it and were telling me even after the wedding how fun it was. I highly recommend them to future Key West Brides -- they will make this part of your wedding a stress free no brainer!

Scott was an amazing DJ. He provides lighting in addition to his DJ services. Scott has been the easiest of all of my vendors to work with. He goes above and beyond to make sure you know you are taken care of. He did a video Skype conference call in the beginning as we lived too far to meet with him in person. It really felt like he cared about making our day special. He would visit the wedding venue and make suggestions for the lighting so that is was perfect. We emailed him often, and he would respond the same day if not within the hour.

On the day of the wedding, it rained and our wedding was moved inside. Scott adjusted (without bothering the bride or groom) and he redesigned the lighting scheme that day!

The wedding was amazing, and Scott made the reception great. He was a big part of our bridal party entrances and he was such a good sport about our crazy requests. He was very energetic and enthusiastic. He made the reception something I will remember forever. The music was a great variety too! Everyone was dancing, even my 85 year old grandmother at one point.

I can't speak more highly of a DJ. I was thoroughly impressed! Thanks again Scott!!

Scott was fantastic, flexible, open to our ridiculous ideas & fully able to make everything come together flawlessly. “So Scott, can you set up rock band at the reception?” Not only could he set it up, he let us mail our giant box of equipment to his house, was patient as we figured out how it would all work at the garden club and made himself available so we could grab it all afterward. At one point the cars we hired to get folks to the ceremony couldn’t find our musician who was to perform for the hour before the ceremony – we told Scott & he said he would take care of it & keep folks entertained. Then, maybe 15 minutes later when they found him, Scott switched back to the original game plan without batting an eye. The lighting at our venue was magical and he kept us up and dancing all night. And, of course, Rock Band was a hit & never interfered with the dance floor music. A fantastic time and a great experience; you can’t go wrong with Scott Gerke!

We had a destination wedding in Key West, planned from 500 miles away in Jacksonville, FL. We found Scott through an internet search and were first impressed by the quality of the website...it was very thorough and well designed. Scott immediately responded to our inquiries about his service (on Thanksgiving Day!) and scheduled a web based meeting to allow us to view his services since we could not travel to Key West again before the wedding. We were immediately impressed by his professionalism and responsiveness...which was really important to us since we didn't have the opportunity to meet face-to-face prior to the wedding. Scott was always available for input and suggestions, and his Wedding Planner sheet incorporated everything we'd need for a DJ/MC at our wedding...many things I didn't even consider!

The reception was wonderful. He did a great job of helping us stay on track for the night and was great at incorporating the music we requested as well as playing songs to keep the group involved. We chose to allow the wedding guests make requests, which kept everyone excited and feel like they're a part of the reception. Scott did a wonderful job of keeping the mood fun! I wouldn't change a single thing about the night...except that it went by way too quickly!

We booked Visualize Entertainment for DJ services as well as for uplighting for our reception. The lighting for the reception, which was held in the grand ballroom of the Casa Marina Resort, took our breath away. It was gorgeous! There were 20 uplights total, some in white around the room, and some lights in a beautiful purple color that matched the bridesmaids dress colors, placed at the Bride/Groom table, the cake and DJ stand. Our DJ was amazing! He played the best music, kept the party going, was terrific on the mic when announcing the bridal party and different events throughout the evening. Everyone was talking for days after the wedding about how great our DJ was and how wonderful the reception looked with the uplighting all around. We highly recommend Visualize Entertainment and hope that when we renew our vows someday, that we'll be able to book Vizualize Entertainment for that event as well.

Scott what more to say than ur amazing!! Our family and friends are still going on about how awesome you were. It was def our pleasure to have you as a part of the wedding. I can honestly say you made the right career choice, so yaaaaayyyy for you!! There's a special connection you make with your clients even befor you meet them. The way you mixed the music was tooo fun and the lights beautiful : ) switching up the 2lucky people to catch the bouquet and Guarder gave us all a laugh. But the priceless moment that will continue on was the YMCA w the (!) The best part of my wedding besides marring my sweet Mr. Hensley was the DJ! I can't thank you enough for the dedication and time you put into our day. I think its a must you fly back to NC and we will party here cause these NORTH CAROLINA people love you....... crystal and nick hensley

I was actually considering doing the music myself on an Ipod. I found Scott at the last minute and he was very accomidating.
