Gerry did my friend's wedding that I was a bridesmaid in. After I saw how he was to work with and her pictures we booked him as soon as we knew our date of the wedding. His work is completely creative and beautiful. We loved the stylish look of his pictures. I highly recommend him. I felt completely at ease knowing he was going to capture our wedding memories!!

Fifteen years and counting. We have been creating memorable events and preferred by many customers for many years. On 2010, earned "The Knot Best of Weddings 2010 Pick". We are commited in delivering the best photography and video to all our clients on film and digital formats. Our album design are done in-house and uniquely layed out to each individual client combined with image retouching and enhancements. We also create Cinamatic Video taken in various formats and delivered in Standard and High Definition Media. Our same day editing with video presentation are all done in High Definition which can be viewed on the day of the event. Watch our sample video.

What do your packages include?

Albums, Custom Graphic Design, Digital Files, Flush Mount, High Resolution Images, Matted Prints, Negatives, Prints, Proof CD of All Images, Thank You Cards, Video Montage

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

All special techniques are done digitally. Our clients give us specific information regarding which photos are to be altered in a way and will be combined to their album layout and design.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

We love playing around with every lighting conditions given to us. Available lighting is the best but if situations are different, we use additional multiple lighting setups.

Is your media preference film or digital?

We use mostly digital format but in very few cases where we still get clients who prefer Square Medium Format. Its their choice but we charge more using film.

How many photographers do you work with?

If its considerably bigger job and shooting more locations or even starting from the grooms house, then we have more photographers to cover. The most photographers we had in one wedding was 5.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

We cover one event a day. It is very rare that we can do two jobs lately because weddings are getting longer these days.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

DSLRs and in some situations or requests, Medium Format.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Several

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Both

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

$150.00 per photographer or assistant.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Depending how long the event last. Most of the time, the couple provide us meal. Thank You!

Do you charge for travel?

Yes. For out of state weddings and destination weddings.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

1 Week for DVD and 2 weeks for printed proofs.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Depending on the package the client selected. It could be in DVD or professional prints.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

Its yours to keep.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

It applies to specific packages.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes and No. Depending on the clients conditions. Several high profile clients prefer not to.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Specific items in our packages do provide clients to have original files.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes and No. We respect each client privacy. Its up to their preferences.

What kind of albums do you offer?

We offer Wrap Around image covers on a Barn Door Style Cover, Acrylic Laminate with Photo, Assorted Leather Designs and more. All images are retouched.

When will the client get the final album?

Client get their albums 3 months after giving us their selections. That also include album proof viewing and approval before printing and binding.
