I just wanted to take a minute to thank you guys! Russ was our dj this past saturday and he was amazing! From the moment we booked with him til the last dance! I bugged him non stop, via email and Facebook. He got right back to me with in the hour... He was so easy to work with. He came up with a lot of ideas for us since I couldn't come up with my own. We had a few last minute changes- we didn't have someone to do the blessing and he did it.my son wouldn't be introduced with my sister because he didn't want to leave my father's side and he had no problem  making the change!!

Trying to plan a wedding is a very stressful time in the bride's life!!  Having Russ as our dj made it so mu h easier as it was a lot less that I had to worry about! If you need a testimonial please keep me in mind.

We had Mark Anthony as our Dj and we couldnt be anymore pleased. He was all about what we wanted and how we wanted it. The night of the wedding he did everything expected and more. The guest were very happy and Pleased too. He took request and he would either play it or already have the song ready for it to play next. Its like he knew thats what we wanted to hear next. I couldn't be happier with his performance. I would defiantly recommend him!!!

A DJ can make or break a wedding. This vendor totally kept everyone on the dance floor. The DJ played all the songs I wanted and kept the reception flowing beautifully.He had every song I wanted, both for the reception and the ceremony. He had a great personality and was very easy to get along with. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

First, let me introduce myself and let me tell you where I am coming from. My wife and I are younger and we were looking to have a wedding that was amazing, memorable, and appropriate. We had the ceremony booked at Mills Fall Inn, and we booked our JP Ed Charest through them as well. We picked our cake from Jacques Pastries.
We are rather huge on reviews and word of mouth, we read for hours online about who to choose as a DJ. The DJ is one of the most important people in your wedding because he or she will have your guest’s attention for the longest period. A bad DJ can clear a wedding out quite quickly. After reading online about the experiences of other wedding goers in our area, it was clear that Get Down Tonight had the most experience and their service was to notch.
Once we settled on Get Down Tonight, we emailed them and they sent us links to review their DJs. Their DJs were so good that we had to assign them points and review them one by one. It took us almost 45 minutes to narrow it down to three. Jeremy had the most outgoing and personable videos, he also talked most about the music he could provide and he painted a picture that best matched what we wanted.
We emailed Jeremy back and forth and he was very excited to be a part of our special day, he made it quite clear to us that he was available at anytime for anything, he provided us with all of his info without us even asking. He told us to make a list of music we like, and if we heard anything at all to text him or email him, and he would add it to our file. I thought this was nice because many times when you hear a song you can get side tracked and forget it, he made it clear to us repeatedly that we would not be bothering him and that anything we needed we got.
When we finally sat down with Jeremy about a month before the wedding he came prepared and was prompt and friendly, he was able to provide us without a lot of info. I have not been involved in other weddings before, so how the ceremony went or when things happened was a mystery to me. However, Jeremy had everything down and even had a work sheet to keep everything organized.
Jeremy was very professional and the fact that we had some family member issues did not affect him at all or how the reception would go, he had many other activities to take up time if we needed to and a very fun game. He worked really well with the older people in our wedding and did a great job of playing music to get everyone going, he had many different ideas to keep the dance floor going and I thought that was nice because we did not have many people.
His music equipment was very impressive and organized; his setup did not take up a lot of space at either location. We used Jeremy to play the music at our Ceremony as well as our Reception, and everything was seamless. He was there early to get everything setup and talked with me a little bit before the Ceremony. It was quite comforting to have him walk me through some things that I was unsure of. In the Reception area, his DJ equipment was compact and was setup so he was easy to approach and there was nothing to stop you from being able to talk to him, there was no table between you and he was not secluded in a corner. We also had a stipulation that he took care of perfectly, we had asked for no Bose equipment, many of us are true audiophiles and would be disappointed in it.
During the reception he came up and check on us and made sure were okay to move on to the next activity, if we weren’t ready it was no big deal, which did happen at one point. He asked if we needed a drink on a few occasions, or if there was anything, he could do for us, we did not even see him sneak off to catch a bite to eat. He was very much all about us and making sure we had the best time we could. He acted as if this was more than just another job, and really made us feel special. I could not appreciate the job he did more, and even if I had all the money in the world, I would not pick another DJ.

Cliff Notes :: Jeremy was amazing personable, and acted like our special day was his special day. He took care of any requests almost before we could even ask them. His equipment was top notch and his music selection was amazing. If we asked for a song and he did not have it on hand, he was able to get it almost instantly. Jeremy and Get Down Tonight, made my special day the best night of my life, and even if money was of no object there is not another DJ I would want to do my wedding. He was very friendly and walked me through any questions I had even when I am sure he thought they were bad questions.

Being a bride is completly stresful and lets face it choosing all your vendors is a little tricky, my DJ experience was amazing Brandon Lloyd really knew how to keep my husband and I enformed the entire time, chose perfect songs, he works with you for an example my husband and i wanted the up lighting but Unfortunately we couldnt afford it being 500.00 dollars in all but because we had our wedding in the off season he gave it to us for half off, very professional, and i have already recommended him to many friends and family who are looking to get married in the future, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRANDON LLYOD!!!

We had Tommy Demers with Get Down Tonight and I could not have asked for a better DJ. My husband has a very specific taste in music and it was one of our biggest challenges in the wedding planning process, but Tommy made me feel comfortable the whole time. He wasn't afraid to tell us what would and probably would not work, but he also worked with us in all of our decisions. It made for a great night and I had several friends asking about our DJ after the wedding. I will also say he had people on the dance floor all night and was happy to help with any of my last minute requests (there were quite a few changes haha).

Overall I had a fabulous experience with both Get Down Tonight Entertainment and with Tommy, I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family! Good...

We recently got married and used G.D.T as a DJ vendor. Our DJ was Drew Rissler. From day one G.D.T was flexible with us and let us choose from their DJs. Each DJ has a video with previous weddings they have performed to give the bride and groom a chance to see what they are getting for services.

After we saw all the videos we sat down with DJ's we had narrowed it down to and from there we chose Drew. Drew seemed to understand what we were looking for and it really took stress off knowing that the MC and music would be taken care of.

We met with him three weeks prior to the wedding and he went over the days event with us. He was great. We had many special music requests and he came prepared and it gave us a great feeling going into the wedding.

He did our ceremony and the reception and it couldn't have been more perfect. He did a great job not only with the music but also as an MC. After the wedding we had a lot of our guests complimenting us on how well of a job they thought he did and how entertaining he was. Drew had the dance floor packed from as soon as dinner was over till the end of the night. We will be recommending Drew and G.D.T tonight to our friends and family and if we ever need a DJ again, we will contact both of them again.

We had Chad as our DJ from Get Down Tonight Entertainment and well worth the money. My father had talked me out of using an ipod for music and getting the DJ instead- I am so glad that he did! Chad was the perfect master of ceremonies. He worked with our videographer, photographer, and reception hall to coordinate the order of the reception. He had people dancing from the beginning and played the right range of music! We couldn't have been happier with the results.

Our DJ was Drew Rissler. He was perfect. He did everything we asked for and the dance floor was never empty. We had a great experience working with him! Also affordable :)

Our dance floor was packed the entire night! DJ got the crowd laughing and excited! We were extremely happy with Jeremy.

Get down tonight was all of the above and I would give Tommy more than five stars. This was absolutely the best night of our lives, our guests danced the night away, he was easygoing, professional..best value but truly an awesome experience. I would pay double or triple to have this night again. All i cared about was the music and he nailed it!

For our wedding reception we had D.J. Drew Rissler from Get Down Tonight Entertainment. He was an amazing D.J. Everyone complimented the music he played, and his ability to keep our wedding guests on the dance floor. He also was the first person to run to me with my shoes when a guest dropped a glass on the dance floor. At one point during our wedding I left the room and came back in, I was shocked to see all empty seats and a packed dance floor! He is super sweet and lots of fun to work with. He was able to incorporate our play list into each part of reception, with his own personal style. He is always smiling and extremely friendly. We are so happy we had Drew to D.J. our wedding. He turned it into a party right after dinner was over. I would highly recommend him to any couple looking to have the time of their life at their wedding! Every wedding we have been to, including our own, Get Down Tonight gets everyone on the floor and keeps the party going.

Russ was great! He had energy, he knew his music and was always smiling! The flow of the entire reception was all on him...and well he nailed it! We are so happy we chose an awesome personality for our D.J. Thanks again!!

i had brandon lloyed as a dj. he was young and inexperienced but very inexpensive. i gae him a list of music i wanted played and told him i didnt want any requests or any of the usual wedding music, and i wanted lots of disco and dance music. he did take request even though i said not to and he played all of the usual wedding stuff like love shack and shout when i asked him not to. i went up to him later and asked him to play the stuff i wanted and he didnt till later when i put my foot in my mouth by telling a guest i was upset that the music sucked and he was right there standing behind me. but after that he put on the music i liked and the night was much better. he also lip synced a lot wich was a little distracting, and didnt make enough of an effort to get ladies on the dance floor for my bouquet toss. he did however find a lot of the strange songs i wanted at my wedding and even found a great extended version of party rock anthum so we could dance a little longer to our favorite song. so if you want the same old traditional stuff without a lot of specifics at a reasonable value brandon is your man.

Jimmy Carter did a great job at our wedding reception. He had everyone up dancing all night. He was a lot of fun without taking over the reception. Thank you Jimmy for a great night.

Brandon was our DJ. He was awesome! Everyone was on the dance floor ALL night! Our guests are still talking about it and many have asked for Brandon's information for their own weddings. He was very professional and added a lot of fun touches to the evening to get everyone involved and excited. He even had my groom dancing all night (a rare occurance). It was the greatest day of our life and Brandon had a lot to do with that. We highly recommend him and Get Down Tonight Entertainment.

We had a chance to review all available DJ's for our date and select the best one for our needs and tastes. The initial meet and greet was an excellent way to set up our music and organize the days events. One month before we have another meeting to make sure our plans are solid and to make any adjustments. They are more than accomodating, truly professional and excellent at keeping the party moving. I would recommend them to anyone for any event!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Mark Anthony from Get Down Tonight Entertainment. We had more compliments from people at our wedding about how great our DJ was! He kept the dance floor packed the WHOLE night! It was clear from our first meeting with Mark Anthony that his vast experience and knowledge would be an asset. He provided helpful advice and suggestions when we asked and was always considerate and mindful of tailoring his services to our interests and ideas for our wedding. Mark Anthony was a big part of why our wedding was such a success for us and for our guests. Mark also did a wonderful job playing piano during our cocktail hour. It was everything we had envisioned. We couldn't be happier with our choice for a DJ and highly recommend him to any engaged couples!

DJ Drew was amazing. My Fiance and I were very happy with his services. He helped us decide all they types of songs before hand, always responded to emails promply and was very flexable. DJ's can make or break a wedding and everyone danced the whole night at our wedding and had a great time. He even checked with us periodically throughout the night to make sure we were happy!

Tommy and his entire staff were a pleasure to work with while we were planning our wedding. Last minute changes came up and Tommy was so accomodating, we have already recommended GDTE to our engaged friends!

Get Down Tonight and especially their DJ Russ Sheehen was great. They were able to accommodate my last minute wedding and provide valuable information and ideas.

Russ has a huge selection of music including some not so famous songs which is exactly what I was looking for. He was able to give us some new ideas on songs since we did not want songs everyone else was using at their weddings. He also had a great idea to get everyone on the dance floor for a group photo. This got people up and ready to dance and even better gave us a lovely photo of everyone at our wedding which we would not have been able to get otherwise.

We will definitely recommend and use Get Down Tonight again and Russ Sheehan as well

We hired Jimmy Carter from Get Down Tonight. We loved him. He was just what we where looking for. He wasnt over the top like some of the DJ's we saw before. He played all the music we asked and then some. He had everyone dancing and having a good time. As a bonus he saw that no one was taking a video of the reception so he set up a camera and filmed it for us as a wedding gift. My husband and I got some good laughs from that.

Get Down Tonight came highly recommended to me from another bride. I contacted GDT and got an email that allowed me to view each of their DJ’s video to determine who my fiancé and I wanted to meet with. Once we had watched all the videos, it became clear that we had to book Chad Ardizzoni. He was exactly what we wanted…in every way.

When we met him in person, he was just awesome. Chad was full of music selections for us as we weren’t entirely sure about every selection we wanted. You can tell that he truly enjoys what he does! On the day of the wedding we told him that we needed to do a centerpiece giveaway and he said, okay, cool…he’d visually survey the crowd and come up with a giveaway that would be appropriate for our crowd. What he chose, got people up and dancing around the table and it was great to watch it from our sweetheart table. Everyone just loved him!

Chad was professional and stayed dressed in his suit while the “formalities” were going on (first dance, father/daughter, mother/son etc.) but once it was down to just having a blast, he had a blast with us too and got more comfortable without his suit jacket which was more than okay with us! I had to personally request a couple that I wanted and within the next two songs, it was done! He was amazing!! Just an all-around great DJ!!

At the last minute, we opted to purchase an uplighting package with him. Most other companies that only offered uplighting were much more expensive than we wanted to spend. Chad offered this service at a fraction of the price! We finally got uplighting and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with how it all looked on the wedding day! It was subtle but noticeable!

Chad was simply amazing!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended!!!

Jeremy Guilbeault was the DJ for July 30th wedding. He was AMAZING. He took the time to find out what we wanted/didn't want and made sure the night went exactly as we had hoped. His song selections kept our guests on the dance floor right to the very end. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeremy to anyone having a wedding in the NH/MA area.

We chose get down tonight entertainmkent because of the numerous DJ's that are very experienced and well priced. I would suggest chad as a dj because he is young, fun, and completely understood what we were looking for in out ceremony music and also our reception music. He was able to have each and every person at our wedding up on the dance floor and having fun! They also provide which sample videos which make it easy to decide DJ works best for your wedding. Chad was always quick to respond to our questions and was able to be flexible with every request!!

We chose Get Down Tonight Entertainment for our July 2, 2011 wedding. Nick Kafejelis did an amazing job... He met with us twice and offered great suggestions when we were unsure of songs, but wasn't pushy about it. I had some last minute changes that I emailed him a couple days before and they were executed very well. We chose Get Down Tonight Entertainment because we wanted someone professional that really knew about the flow of weddings so we didn't have to stress about so many details. Everything about the wedding went VERY smoothly and we were very impressed with the professionalism and song choice (everyone was raving about it). DJs can make or break a wedding and it was well worth it knowing that we were getting someone we knew would do an amazing job.

From the moment we called to make our initial appointment, we knew we had no need to look anywhere else for our DJ. When we first walked in to the Get Down Tonight office, we were greeted by the friendliest people and the most welcoming, homey space. It was such a great experience. And our DJ, Drew Rissler, was so much more than perfect! He was so fun to be around, so accommodating, very enthusiastic, friendly, professional, and helpful. He listened to all our requests and wishes, and followed through on those and more! We are not exaggerating when we say this: EVERY one of our guests came up to us and said how great our DJ was, how great he kept the flow, and how they wished they had him for their reception. We worked with Jeremy, and he did a wonderful job. He kept things moving during the reception, but he wasn't on the microphone unless he needed to be. He was able to meet all of our guests' requests and choose songs to keep the party going. GDTE was very professional, and we highly recommend choosing Jeremy.

We hired Jimi Carter from Get Down Tonight for our wedding. He was amazing. Jimi was very professional, easy going and dedicated to making our wedding a day we would never forget. We are still getting compliments on how fun Jimi was. He kept everyone on the dance floor all day. We highly recommend Jimi!

Drew Reisler was fantastic

We had Nick as our DJ, and met with him at his home about 6 months in advance, over the holidays, as we were planning from far away. We spoke for an about an hour about details, preferences, etc - and then Nick called to touch base about 1.5 months before the wedding date, and had no recollection or record of our first meeting. He was okay as a DJ, but did not play all the songs on our 'Do Play' list, but played some other songs instead (mainly, we were disappointed he didn't play 'Shout' - that's a wedding staple!). He was very nice, dressed nicely, and friendly at all times. I just didn't feel like he customized the wedding to us, more like he had a set routine for weddings and didn't like straying from it. We told him we didn't want any games to be played (ie, for centerpiece giveaways), and he should just make an announcement to give away the centerpieces - he forgot to do so, and so everyone left them and we ended up having to throw a bunch away. He was okay overall, but not stellar.

I cannot say a bad thing about GDTE! I had met owner Tommy Demers at a bridal expo the summer we got engaged, and we knew we wanted him at our wedding. The music was great, and he just seemed so into the show. We met with Tommy soon after that for our initial meeting, and then planned to meet a month before the wedding for the planning meeting. During our planning meeting we went through the ceremony and reception 1 song at a time, and Tommy gave us tons of ideas for entrances, and dance songs. Both me and my husband are country music fans, so instead of the normal dinner music we asked if we could incorporate country in there instead. It was no problem, he was very responsive to any of our requests. Also, Tommy was great to calm my nerves and give step by step instructions as far as doing the intros at the reception, and cutting the cake. Would definately recommend him!!

Tommy was amazing! He did a great job incorporating all that we wanted in our special day. We would HIGHLY recommend him to other couples looking for a DJ who will keep the party going strong throughout the night!

Jeremy Guilbeault of Get down tonight truly made my Cocktail party a success; people are still talking about how great Jeremy was. He had my guest on the dance floor from start to finish just what my husband and I anticipated. We initially wanted a band but when we met Jeremy we new with his upbeat personality he was the DJ for us. He is highly reccomened!

Chad Ardizzoni was our DJ from GDTN. He was beyond amazing,the way he gets a feel for the crowd and plays exactly what they want to hear is awesome!! He had the dance floor packed all night long and he even had my grandparents and family friend on crutches dancing! I highly recommend him to any future brides!

Rick Bowie was our DJ, and he was fantastic. He listened to what we wanted our reception to be like, and made it fun. He was easy to work with and very professional.

Tommy was great! We received compliments on the variety of music and the fact that the dance floor was packed for the evenning. He played great cocktail and dinner music as well. We had a blast and appreciate the great music and entertainment Tommy provided throughout the entire evenning!!!

There are so many DJ and music companies out there to pick for your wedding. When we encountered Get Down Tonight Entertainment, it was a tough decision to choose one of their MANY DJs. We decided on Dave Pekarski...and are SO thrilled that we did!!! We met with Dave on a couple of occasions to discuss our preferences in music, as well as ideas that he had to spice up our evening. Dave was so kind in his suggestions, and truly listened to the ideas we wanted for our reception. Dave's talent and skill had many of our guests up and on the dance floor well before dinner...and there was not one moment where the dance floor was empty!! Get Down Tonight is very professional, and we feel that the value of Dave's work significantly outweighed the cost!!

Our DJ was John Poremba. He was great! We were really looking for someone with experience that would tie everything together and know how to keep a crowd entertained. We had about 75 guests at our wedding, and most of them were family. Our crowd was a bit challenging, but I think John did a good job of trying to get everyone involved and out on the dance floor. John is very friendly and professional. I would recommend John to anyone else looking for a DJ for any event!

After seeing one of Get Down Tonight's djs at two different weddings we knew we had to have him. Rick Bowie is the BEST. He is super upbeat and knows how to read the crowd. WE told him we wanted our wedding to have a nightclub feeling with everyone dancing and that was what we got. Also some of the songs we wanted played for the ceremony were obscure and hard to get but he found them for us. Definitely go with Get Down Tonight.

We hired Chad from GDTN. He was amazing. He helped up pick out all of our music. he really knows what he is talking about. He had the dance floor packed all night long and did a GREAT job. I highly recommend him. Very Professional and just a really nice guy!

Our DJ was Bob Kirby and he was great right from the start. We met with Bob about two weeks before the wedding to go over initial song ideas and the flow of the ceremony and reception. We then had a conference call with Bob less than a week before the wedding to go over the final details and song choices. He spent about an hour and a half on the phone to answer all our questions and put us at ease. The day of the wedding Bob was completely set up well in advance, even with another ceremony immediately before ours. As we were waiting to walk down the aisle, Bob brought over some water to make sure that we were doing ok. This was very nice and shows how he goes above and beyond. We got a lot of great comments on the ceremony music that Bob had suggested. It was an instrumental line-up of todays hot hits. During the reception Bob was very helpful in making sure that everything was going to plan, he must have been an event coordinator at one time. The music never got so loud that guests were unhappy and we were very pleased with Bobs overall work ethic. We even had some of our guests comment on how nice and accomodating he was. I would recommend Bob for anyone's wedding or special event.

They were great to work with, had great ideas on music. They also played a great variety of music for all ages to be entertained. They were reasonable priced.

Get Down Tonight is easy to work with. John P. was awesome and knew exactly what to play for our guests! We totally trusted him and he did an amazing job! Thank you John!

We watched the two minute video tape online of all the DJ’s and knew Bob Kirby was the one for us. He had amazing energy from the moment we met him all the way through the end of the wedding night. He took his time helping us select music for our ceremony and reception. He even called us a week before the wedding to go over all the information again. He spent so much time with us to make sure we were happy with the final product. We also had some special dedications throughout the wedding which he did a great job including and gave us great suggestions on how to incorporate them into our day.

Our wedding day was so beautiful from the ceremony music all the way through the last dance. Everyone had a great time at the wedding and we got so many compliments on Bob. He made it a fun time for every age group and played a great selection of music. He was so much fun to work with and I really liked how he took the time to come over to us throughout the night just to check in to see how we were doing, and he gave us updates on what was coming up next. He made our wedding day very special and we will always remember what a great job he did and how dedicated he was to making sure we had a great time. We would highly recommend him. We chose Bob Kirby from Get Down Tonight for our DJ and were so extremely happy with our choice. Everyone loved him and people keep asking for his name and company. He played the music we asked for (even the odd requests we made haha) and also picked up on what our guests liked.
It was really nice to go into the Get Down Tonight office and have a room to ourselves to watch clips of the djs and get their prices before making a decision. We highly recommend Bob and Get Down Tonight!!!

We had Tommy Demers of Get Down Tonight DJ our wedding and we couldn't be happier with his services! He was great in the planning phase-- we walked in with only about half our music picked out, and he made us feel comfortable right away, and then after asking a bit about our tastes, he played music for us until we found things we loved.

Some of the music we did pick was a bit obscure, one song in particular was actually a version from a CD that is no longer made, and he found it for us with no trouble at all.

The day of the wedding, he and his assistant were both great! Tommy is charismatic, fun and friendly and he has a mannerism that can (and does) make people get up and dance! He didn't overdo it like a lot of DJ's do.. you can tell he loves what he does, and everyone gets swept up in his great attitude. We couldn't have asked for a better master of ceremonies or DJ!

He also owns Get Down Tonight Entertainment, so I'm positive that anyone from his company would be outstanding-- with the variety he has, you can certainly find a DJ that suits you and your event perfectly.

My experience with Get Down Tonight was not only pleasant but easy. I was so worried about picking the perfect DJ. IT was so relaxing and fun to do. We picked Sean Reardon and had the very best experience. He was so proffesional and courteous and sooo fun! He played everything we wanted and didn't play anything we didn't want. He also got a feel for our music choices and the crowd that we were going to have and was able to make music choices to please everyone!

We selected Jeff Stone from GDT Entertainment as the DJ for our wedding. He was fun, creative, and professional. He went to great lengths to keep our guests entertained by playing a wide variety of music that appealed to everyone. We love looking back at our wedding video at the fun people had while dancing. We booked Nick Kafejelis for our wedding and I'm so glad that we did. We were able to meet with him twice before the wedding and he was very helpful with the suggestion of songs and the order of events. We were also very pleased with the way he conducted the reception. We received compliments about his music selection and his interaction with the crowd the whole night. A DJ can make or break a wedding and Nick definatly helped to make our wedding special.

Our DJ was Jeff Stone. Although he never played some of our requested songs during the reception, he had everyone dancing the whole time. Lots of people have told us they loved the music and it was one of the best weddings they have been to! Get Down Tonight has many DJ's to choose from depending on what you are looking for. We chose Bob Kirby and he was exactly what we were looking for. He is energetic and kept people dancing all night. He will play what you want and is interactive without taking over the party. We received a lot of compliments on Bob and could not have been happier with his service!

My DJ from Get Down Tonight Entertainment was John Poremba. He was absolutely amazing. He not only played all of the songs that I requested to be played, he even nailed our extremely difficult introduction song request. He was fun, full of energy and got everyone on the dance floor! We went with Shaun Yelle and he was just amazing! He did everything we asked and worked so closely with us to make sure that no detail was left out. 110% reccomend this vendor! We had Gary Stevens and he got everyone up to do some fun things during the wedding, he was fun and proffessional and we had a great time, he played all the music we requested plus additional music that he thought we would like, and we did.

I had seen Shaun Yelle from Get Down Tonight because we had seen him at a friends wedding, we watched the videos from the company and decided to go with him on account of his "flexibility" and also that he was ok with me giving him a list of what I wanted and what I didn't want. My husband and I sat with Shaun in his home for about 2 hours with an excel spreedsheet laying out EXACTLY what we wanted and when. I pointed out what was the most special to us and then he could do what he wanted for the rest of the time. Shaun messed up my entrance to the ceremony song, he messed up our exit song from the ceremony, pronounced my name (the bride) all night long and was told over and over by guest how to pronounce it, finally all our guest would yell back at him when he said it wrong. He messed up the garter dance song, our cutting the cake song, missed two special dedications that were discussed prior to the wedding and had NO current music for request from the guest. He also went out of his way to sign my photo in the largest writting and then asked for final payment in front of our guests. I called the office on Monday when we returned with no call back two weeks later. Unfortunately for them I had 6 brides to be at that wedding and they have all heard about how unhappy we were with them! I know they won't use them and it's not like I am asking for money back, all I wanted was a written or verbal apology as all the DJ needed to do was follow a list. PS. This DJ likes to dance during weddings which we said ABSOLUTELY NOT and he did any way our guests did not like that at all!!!! I don't suggest this company at all. I had no complaints about any other vendor, even though my flowers weren't the way I had planned, the food needed to be changed last minute and so on. Things happen and you can't get upset about them but I would have been better off with an ipod!

We had Tommy Demers, the owner of Get Down Tonight Entertainment, Inc. and he was amazing! Although he cost a little more than some of his associates he was worth it. The music for the reception was very important to us both and so we wanted "the best." I do feel that is what we got. The only item, flexibility, I rated 4 out of 5 because to meet with him was hard as he is very busy, but we soon figured out why he was so busy...everyone wanted him at thier own weddings! Our best man will be married about a year after our wedding, but they liked our DJ so much they have already booked him.

Tommy is the best dj ever! My wedding music was perfect and he was the talk of my reception! Even my Mom said, 'Out of all four weddings, for me and my sisters, he was the best dj!' He's got the dance moves ;o) haha Having Chad there was great too. Whether or not he's single, a lot of my single female guests thought he was quite a looker :-D They both brought such life and entertaiment to the reception. I highly recommend this service!

Everyone at Get Down Tonight Entertainment was incredibly pleasant!! At our initial meeting the staff members really took the time to make myself and my now husbad feel awesome, from offering drinks to snacks etc. The room we watched mini dvs of all their dj was in a very confertable setting.. we felt very very pleased with their matter.

Our dj, Jimmy Carter was one word Exceptional !!!! he was funny, but serious, and was very very smart in music choices. We had one meeting with Jimmy and honestly, tho we felt very confertable with him i felt like we shouldve met just a few more times.. this was probably my paronia.. either way i trusted him and the day of the wedding was a dream come true thanks to him =)

Our DJ was courteous, professional, informative, and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of running a wedding and keeping it moving. He was very responsive with requests and our dance floor was never empty. I have has countless people tell me how much they enjoyed our wedding and how fun it was- I give most of this credit to Ben Woodhouse and Get down tonight entertainment.

Tommy Demers was the DJ at my wedding! He was absolutly amazing. During dinner he had everyone up out of their chairs singing and dancing to Sweet Caroline. As far as I am concerned, the best decision we made for the wedding was to hire Tommy Demers as our DJ. He was amazing! If you're getting married, you need to call Get Down Tonight Entertainment. When you first go to book, they set you up in a private room so you can watch video of all the DJ's and choose which one fits you style. Bob Kirby is the best. He was really respectful and made sure to stick to our wishes for musical choices, but also let our guests send out special dedications and perform special dances! It was WONDERFUL.
