We are so grateful for Laura and everything she, and the team, did to help organise the most amazing wedding for us. What made Laura so exceptional is the fact that she helped plan our wedding in only four weeks. My husband and I were left facing the prospect of having to cancel our wedding as a result of another Varese wedding planner we'd previously employed running off with our all documents and money. Thankfully the British Consulate in Milan was able to point us in the direction of Laura who was happy to help even at incredibly short notice. Despite the challenge and the timeframe of only four weeks we never felt that the service she gave us, or options presented, were compromises. It is very clear Laura has a wealth of experience and her contacts book, and relationships with suppliers, extensive. We did appreciate how difficult it was to find a wedding reception venue, hairdresser, florist and somewhere for us to get married with only a few weeks to go. Miraculously, Laura not only came up with excellent suggestions but she also gave us a choice at every opportunity. She took over all the dealings with the paperwork and made sure everything was in order. In short, she took away all the stress and made everything happen perfectly.During the whole of the four weeks we worked with Laura we felt we were given really special treatment & we knew she genuinely cared about our day. She was extremely responsive, replying to emails late at night, at the weekend and early morning. She was always available to help, answer questions and come up with solutions - this compared greatly with the experience we had with our previous planner. Not only did Laura exceed all our expectations but she was also a real pleasure to work with, we, and all our guests, thought she was really lovely when they met her on the day. She made sure our day went perfectly from beginning to end and also followed up after the day to check we were happy and enjoyed our honeymoon.We are also pleased to say Laura offered excellent value for money and at no time did she 'mark up' her prices - the price we paid was the price advertised by the individual suppliers. This was important to us since it meant we felt we could completely trust Laura and follow her advice knowing, unlike other wedding planners, that she wasn't biased in her choices. Dear Laura, We would like to sincerely thank you for organising our beautiful wedding. Everything was more than what we expected and we have no doubt in recommending your services. When we first decided to go to Lake Maggiore for a site inspection, we had appointments with two different wedding co-ordinators to compare the venues and services offered. As soon as we met you, we knew that we would have no problem dealing with you, you were so nice and professional, you had everything organised for our arrival (venues options, laptop with photos, price list, ideas for gift/favors, answered all our questions....). It felt really good to know that you would organise our wedding day to the perfection and we were absolutely right to trust you. You have been really helpful from day one till the end, you suggested good ideas for us and you always worked around our budget, you responded to all our questions without any problem (i'm sorry if I had too many, however, you always came back with a positive attitude and everything was possible with you). All the services you organised for us, from the localisation of the venue, the photographer, the harpist for the ceremony, the decor and flowers arrangement (arch flower, bouquets...), the english speaking officiant, the DJ...were all wonderful. We had an absolute brilliant day without worries and for all the duration of our correspondence to the end of our wedding day, I was not even stress and I must say that I would have not be able to do organise all this on my own. All the guests enjoyed themselves and loved everything on that day (they are still talking about our wedding and how wonderful it was). A huge thank you for making this happened, our special day will always be in our memory and we will always remember you.

I would recommend Varese Wedding to anyone who is getting married to Italy. The staff was professional and very prompt answering any questions we had. They arranged everything we asked and everything was as we wished. We had a great time in Italy . Our family and friends will never forget the experience and we are all still talking about it every single day ,I have had lots of messages from them saying that the villa was really beautiful, the wedding ceremony was moving , the boat ride was brilliant and the food and wine were excellent! Varese Wedding provided us with so much more than "wedding planning services". Laura was absolutely incredible and helped us organise an entire week full of activities including an anniversary lunch for my parents, a boat trip, a welcome dinner in a castle and a surprise party for the groom's birthday all in the lead up to the wedding. Laura was incredibly responsive throughout the lead up to the wedding and had the utmost attention to detail constantly coming up with amazing suggestions. The day itself exceeded our wildest dreams and everything was just amazing - from the running of the ceremony and reception to the layout of the room - everything was more than perfect! We had wedding ceremony and reception on 23 of August at the Lake Como (Villa Balbinielo). All ceremony, boat trip after it and reception were organized by Laura and her colleagues from Varese Wedding. We selected from 4 wedding agencies and from the very beginning we liked Laura's quick reaction on our questions and wishes, she provided us with complete information almost instantly. Laura organized everything exactly as we wished - places for the ceremony and reception, boats, decorations, accommodation for the guests. She gave us different studios of videoperator and photographer to choose. We have chosen Nitratodargento for video and Morlotti studio for photo. They made excellent work, photos and video are brilliant, they were made with great taste. We had a little problem with hair-maker - she didn't speak English well. But after call to Laura she found another very good specialist from Bellagio on the same day. I organized transfer for the guest from the airport to Bellagio myself, but few days before guest's arrival I've got information from the transfer company, that their bus is too long to go to Bellagio. Laura helped me in this and organized transfer with another company. Varese made huge amount of work, there were many options such us aperitif in the villa with music, decoration of furniture for the ceremony and for the reception, musicians during reception and so on. Everything was organized on highest level and for sure it was impossible to do it without Laura and Varese wedding. They are professionals of the highest order.

Varese Wedding has tailored a wedding ceremony specially for us. Laura has taken care of all our whishes and pay attention to all of our requests, comments and even financial burdens.From the location, to the program for the day, the menu, the accomodation for the guests, and every single detail involving the wedding have been chosen very tastefully and with care, despite the fact that we have arranged our wedding ceremony per email! By planning, we have made too early to many requests to her. We wanted to have a destination wedding and Italy is one of my favorite countries. We couldn't think a more romantic destination! We'd our wedding in a small church near the sea in a town near Santa Margherita Ligure, in the Italian Riviera. We loved working with Laura. She was very prompt answering any questions we had and very patient.
