Gigi Jara Makeup

If you are looking for a hair & M/U artist for your wedding day or boudoir pictures, your girl is Gigi Jara. She is very reasonably priced and so much fun to work with. I hired her to do my hair and makeup for my bpics and then travel with us to our shoot location to do touch-ups throughout and assist my photographer in styling, etc. I felt beautiful that day, thanks to her!

Her customer service is impeccable!!! She was responsive to my many emails and questions. Since I was coming from out of town and didn't have a place to get ready that wasn't out of the way for everyone, she let me come to her house. She then packed up a bunch of stuff that I hadn't thought of to make the shoot more comfortable for me. She was my cheerleader the entire time and because it was so insanely freezing cold, she was standing by with a robe and blanket after each shot.

In the end, she spent about 7 hours with me (not including a drive home from Malibu to Torrance on a Friday night!) and never once was anything but helpful and positive. She really does care about her clients being happy, even following up with me afterwards to see how I was doing. The point is that she's fantastic!
