From the first time you discuss your cake with her, all the way through the reception, her perfectionism and unmatched talent shine. You meet for a tasting, where she gives you samples of cakes, fillings, and frostings, and she hand draws exactly what you picture your perfect cake to be! She has a truly artistic immagination, and will help you in your design process...and let me tell you...you can trust her judgement!! I would VERY highly recommend "Chef Stef" for anyone who is looking to have the perfect wedding cake that tastes amazing too!! She's located in Bakersfield...downtown at 19th and D. Go meet her and talk to her and her team for all your cake needs. She puts "Ace of Cakes" to shame!! She does birthdays, anniversarys, baby showers, you name it! She also has the most amazing cupcakes you'll ever eat! She did a cake for one of my showers, and gorgeous cupcakes for another...not to mention the most gorgeous wedding cake you'll ever see! You won't be disappointed!!

We had Gimmee Some Sugar do our wedding cake and they were so incredible to work with! I wanted a very detailed basketweave and it looked perfect, and taste-wise was probably some of the best cake I've ever had in my life. I had so many compliments on how awesome our wedding cake was and would absolutely recommend them again in a heartbeat!
I have also gotten cakes and cupcakes from there several times since then and they have never been anything less than amazing!
