Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates

We had the most delicious and gorgeous wedding cake! Since Ginger is a chocolatier, we chose to have chocolate cake, but being an accomplished pastry chef (she's worked for world-renowned chocolatiers Jacques Torres and Daniel Budd and pastry chef En-Ming Hsu), she can work with any flavor you wish.

Our cake was four tiers of Devil's food cake layered with chocolate mousse, hazelnut crunch, and vanilla bean bavarian cream, with America style chocolate buttercream icing. Ginger also made our chocolate chip cookie favors and let me tell you, they were to die for!

Ginger is a pleasure to work with, not only because she a total sweetheart, but because she is passionate about her work. She is a talented artisan! We received a TON of compliments on our cake from our guests, and we were thrilled to have the pleasure of working with Ginger on our wedding day!
