glam on the run

The ladies were amazing. We had 6 bridesmaids, 1 mother and me (the bride). We all looked beautiful. My girls all picked out different hair and makeup styles and showed or explaied to Breanne and Katie what they wanted, and in the end they looked exactly how they asked. I looked like me, but better.... Some people have way to much makeup and do not look like themselves on their wedding day. That did not happen with us, we all looked beautiful. I am thrilled.
Breanne and Katie are so nice, pleasant, and punctual, they were a joy to be around on my wedding day.

I was absolutely thrilled with the beauty services I received from Breann and Katie for my wedding! From the day I shows interest they had their game faces on. Katie was thorough in asking about my skin type and how I usually liked to wear my makeup and gave me plenty of options without it being overwhelming. She took my suggestions and added her own input. Breann was booked to do my hair, and she had incredible suggestions for what she thought would work best with my face and with my dress. She seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted to be done and made suggestions without being pushy. On the day, they showed up on time full of cheer and within minutes it was like we were old friends, laughing and sharing stories. I was having so much fun I forgot to be nervous! They were both a joy to have in our room full of bridesmaids, moms, and relatives, we almost didn't want them to leave! When they were finished, I could t believe how beautiful I looked. I got tears in my eyes when I saw what an incredible job Katie did on my makeup, I don't think my face has ever had such a pure glow to it as it did that day. The shades she picked were perfect, I couldn't have dreamt of a better job. Breann did such an amazing job on my hair, she did it picture perfect on the first try, I looked like I had spent hours in the salon. She was SO quick, yet it was everything I had ever dreamed of. I felt like the most beautiful bride ever that day, so confident and delighted that I had hired the right gals for the job. On top of it all, after seeing the photographer's proofs from the ceremony, even the candid shots were breathtaking. I couldn't believe they made me look so picture perfect in every shot. I looked like I had stepped out of a bridal couture magazine, yet still looked like myself. I can not say enough wonderful things about these ladies. I have highly recommended them to all my girlfriends with upcoming weddings, anniversaries, and even a couple that just wanted their info for glamming up for a girls night out. If I had to do my wedding over again, Breann and Katie would be my first call, likely even before my photographer or wedding planner. You made me one happy bride!!!

Katie and her staff were absolutely phenomenal. She was so patient with me prior to my big day. She did a consultation and trial with me so I was confident we were on the same page. My makeup was unbelievable and I felt so gorgeous. They handled the amount of work (Me, 8 bridesmaids and my mother) without any glitches and worked really well with our vendors and making sure we were done by the times we were needed. They were everything I could have hoped for and more....the stress of a wedding day can be overwhelming. Katies sense of humor and ability to adapt to situations spoke volumes and the professionalism of her and her staff was top notch. I highly recommend them....you won't regret it!

Katie did both my makeup and hair on my wedding day...I have never felt more beautiful than I did on that day! She did such an amazing job! In our trial run, she spent a lot of time with me to ensure the end result was exactly what I was envisioning. I couldn't have been happier with her and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any bride! Thanks, Katie!

These gals were SUPER easy to work with! Take a controlling, over-bearing, micro-managing Mother of the Bride (oh wait, that's me!!) and a Bride with a mind of her own, a sister that just doesn't give a damn and a missing bridesmaid and that could easily be a recipe for disaster. But it didn't have to be with the Glam On The Run girls at the helm. They arrived right on schedule and got right to work. No matter how prepared you try to be, you simply can't be when the you know what hits the fan, but they weren't flustered by a thing and kept things calm and moving. I was worried that my hair and makeup wouldn't stay since I would be leaving first and making final reception set up arrangements, but it did. The girls had pictures before the ceremony and they trucked all over Balboa Park and still looked fresh and beautiful through the night. I was finding little eyelashes for days in all kinds of funny places! I can 1) Strongly encourage anyone getting your makeup done to just do the whole damned party the same place and time. It is well worth the sanity and 2) Highly recommend using Glam on the Run...they are FABULOUS!!!
