The Glass Slipper Bridal Salon

My first visit to this salon was wonderful. I found the perfect dress for me and was surprised by the price ($700 and under budget!). However, I quickly ran into many issues with Pat and her store. No one called to tell me my dress was in. Instead, I waited weeks past it's arrival date and finally got someone on the phone who was able to confirm it had arrived (supposedly) the week before. I also ordered a veil, jewerly, and bra but was told "I ordered the wrong items so I'll have to put in another order." This is after waiting months for these items assuming they had what I wanted waiting for me with my dress... I made the mistake of asking Pat to again place the order. I waited several weeks and asked her for an update on the order- sure enough, she forgot to place it. She was not apologetic and was instead very rude. On my last call to the shop to inquire again about where items were, I was hung up on by Pat. I am a normal person without high expectations and can't believe what I experienced with this salon. Seeing the high marks, I am thankful no other brides seem to have had to go through what I did with this nasty woman. Good luck to those of you do business with this salon in the future!

I can not rave about The Glass Slipper more. Pat was so wonderful. I had been to the premier wedding shoppe (wink) in the Twin Cities and have never been treated so disrespctfully. "We have nothing in your size" is not what you want to hear when you already know things are not going to fit great. I am an older bride and I was looking for a Mother's dress that could be ordered in a "bridal" color. But Pat insisted that I try on the traditional wedding dresses. What a wonderful experience - not only were they gorgous but some of them were actually too big!! She also had a huge collection of mother and bridesmaid dresses that I could try on. We settled on one of the mother's dresses in a beautiful, soft color. When mine came in and I put it on, I started to cry . . . I can't wait for the wedding to get the reactions of everyone else. PLEASE do yourself a favor and give this shop a try. You will not be sorry.

I could not have loved my experience at Glass Slipper Bridal any more. Pat, Megan and Sara were amazingly helpful and the experience was fabulous. I was so excited when I saw the ad for GSB - a shop where I can actually TRY ON dresses and they'll FIT!?! How incredible!

The shop itself is charming, and I felt so well cared for and special. I had in mind the style of dress that I thought would work, and I found that dress right away....but it wasn't what I thought it would be. After a couple dresses, I thought I had the one - but Pat had pulled one more dress for me. It was not at all what I had envisioned myself in, but it was PERFECT. It was the one! It was flattering, fun, and spectacular and I couldn't be happier with the choice.

The shop is very inviting and fun. They allowed us to toast with champagne, brought us chocolate and allowed photos, which was so helpful. This was an awesome, dream experience and I would recommend it to any bride!

I highly recommend The Glass Slipper to anyone size 16 up. The shop was so peaceful and relaxing. It was so nice to be able to try on any of the dresses. There is a wide range of prices to fit any budget. Pat was very helpful and kind. She has really great selection of bridesmaids dresses, too.

The Glass Slipper is an amazing store that offers wedding gowns to plus size gals. I was nervous about trying on dresses, especially when I met my consoltent who was as tiny as ever, but she made me feel great and comfortable. I found my perfect dress and got so many compliments on my wedding day.

Pat and her staff are so good at what they do! I found my dress and I love it more and more every time I try it on. It was a strange sensation to try on so many beautiful gowns in my size or bigger. No other bridal boutique in Minnesota tops The Glass Slipper!

Glass Slipper Bridal Salon was fantastic. I can't stop raving about the service there. Everyone who works there is amazing and very supportive. They helped me find my dream dress! I tell everyone who asks about my dress about how great they are! Thanks for making my dream come true!

Loved this shop... it was wonderful to have a place that had such a wonderful & large selection of dresses that I could try on. They were so professional and helpful, and it made buying a dress - something i'd been dreading after a horrible experience at another small shoppe - a true joy. I found my perfect wedding dress at the Glass Slipper! I loved my shopping experience there too - it was clean, quiet, professional, and relaxed. I had already been to David's Bridal and one other shop before I went to the Glass Slipper, and neither of them even came close to the level of service I received there. Everyone is courteous, helpful, and kind, and they make you feel right at home. They have a good selection of gowns, and they treat every client with professionalism and an openness that you normally share with friends. I would very highly recommend the Glass Slipper to anyone!

Thanks to The Glass Slipper, my now husband got to see me looking like the princess I've always felt like inside. I've never felt so beautiful! The dress hugged all of the curves it was supposed to and hid all of the ones I didn't want people to see. Thanks to the amazing corset, I felt like a size 7 for the first time in my life! I would recommend The Glass Slipper and the wonderful staff there to anyone over a size 12 who is looking for a wedding dress- you won't be disappointed!!!!

Loved this new bridal salon in Andover! So nice to find a place with beautiful dresses where anyone can feel comfortable trying them on! Great selections of dresses and the owner was fantastic to work with! Also, has an amazing selection of jewlery and headpieces!!!

I had an excellent experience at The Glass Slipper! I wasn't even looking forward to trying on gowns because I'm not a small size, and most bridal stores don't have a big plus size section. Not only did The Glass Slipper have many beautiful dresses to choose from, but they treated me with respect and provided great service. I felt so comfortable! I even got to buy my dress of the rack, so I saved a boatload of money! Thank you to The Glass Slipper for making my experience enjoyable and special - exactly what it should be!
