What items are available for rental?

Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services?

Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps?

We custome design each package to the brides color scheme and style :)

Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items?

We have a home studio set up at this time with all of our decor to look at. When a bride comes for that consultation we can then talk more about how we would customize the package for her color scheme and syle :)

How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items?

We suggest that you book as soon as possible because we are filling up very quickly for 2012! We already have brides booking for 2013:) All we require is a 50% deposit but it is fully refundable up until 6 months prior to the wedding :)

Can the order be modified close to the event date?

Yes, we like you to try to lock in as much as possible about 4-6 weeks in advanced but we try to be very flexible to make your day as stress free as possible!

What if I need to cancel my order?

We require a 50% deposit when you book but you can get a full refund up until 6 months prior to the wedding and a 50% refund up until 4 months prior to the wedding :)

Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?

No we do not :) We just have a delivery fee

What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items?

A spill is not a problem, altho if something is broken we have a replacement fee. We do not inflate the price of the item tho. It is stricly what it costs us to purchase a new one :)
