Love Mazzone! Everyone was raving about our food! Kevin Sykes is awesome to work with! And for all brides I recommend Donna a.k.a "SARGE" she made sure you got whatever you needed and that Inge went smoothly! Love Mazzone and will use them again for other events!

The Glen Sanders Mansion and their staff absolutely blew me away. There is an amazing group of people that work there to make sure your wedding is absoutely perfect (Maria, Frank, Angelica, and Heather to name a few). They all succeeded in making my wedding day the best day of my life. Besides an incredible staff, the food was also plentiful and abosolutely delcicious. Our guests raved over everything. One guest was actually serious when he asked if he could take home a chafing dish of the calamari. It was the absolute best he ever had. The Retro Malt Shop was a HUGE hit at the end of the night. My husband and I are sad we didn't get to enjoy it. The facility is beautiful. Our wedding was actually during the Christmas season which made it even more beautiful. The Christmas decorations were stunning. They really added a nice touch to the reception and made my pictures beautiful. I can't say enough about the Glen Sanders Mansion. They exceeded my every expectation and made my wedding reception so memorable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I recently had both our wedding ceremony and reception at the beautiful Hall of Springs. Our wedding was everything that we dreamed of and more I cannot say enough great things about this venue and Mazzone Hospitality!

First, the Hall of Springs is absolutely gorgeous! Our guests were amazed at the amazing architecture and stunning grounds of this historic venue.

The service, from planning to the day of the wedding was top notch and everyone that we worked with (Kevin, Cathy, and Maryann) were so professional and committed to accommodating any request that we had. The bridal party had their own waitress, Donna, dedicated to us all night. Donna was so wonderful making sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed and that we actually got to eat!

The food was BY FAR the best food that we ever had at a wedding! Everything from cocktail hour to the late night snack was absolutely delicious! There was something for everyone, and no one left our wedding hungry.

I cannot thank the Hall of Springs enough for exceeding our high expectations. I would recommend this venue over and over again!

My husband and I could not be more happy, nor more impressed with the level of service we received from the Glen Sanders Mansion and Mazzone Hospitality. We were married at the Glen Sanders Mansion in September, and had to coordinate everything 2 cross country moves and a military schedule. Maria and Angelica were endlessly accommodating. We received so many compliments following our ceremony and reception on the wonderful venue, the spectacular food, and the supremely impressive staff. Our guests were impressed beyond all expectations, as were we. We feel we absolutely got our money's worth with Mazzone Hospitality, and highly recommend their services.

The Hall of Springs in Saratoga accomodated our every request. The venue itself is beautful and the staff only added to our wedding experience. Mazzone Hospitality is by far the best option for your wedding needs in the Capital District.

The Hall of Springs is a beautiful venue and an excellent location for a wedding. Kevin Sykes, Cathy Plowman, Maryanne and Dani were fabulous thoughout the planning and execution of our daughter's destnation wedding. Everything was perfect even though the ceremony had to be moved inside due to rain, they took every change in stride and were very responsive to questions or concerns. We had tableside ordering and everyone's food arrived at their table hot!!!!, which usually doesn't happen. All our family and friends raved about the venue and the food.

Absolutely would recommend to anyone. They are very well known in the area for their fantastic food and excellent service. They lived up to their reputation. We worked with many people throughout the process, including Traci, Kevin, Cathy, and our day off person Vito.
The food was delicious, the cake was so good!
They worked within our budget and were extremely flexible and accommodating. I must have emailed them a million times, and someone was always willing to help me answer my questions.

Our wedding was absolutely amazing because of Saratoga National. They went above and beyond on every detail - making our day perfect for us. The staff that we dealt with at Saratoga National were fabulous. We highly recommend this venue to future couples!

Kevin, Cathy, Marianne, and the entire team of Mazzone Hospitality at the Hall of Springs were excellent to work with. They will go above and beyond to make sure that the night goes as you wish. They made recommendations for vendors, helped us make decisions, and made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. Although they have packages for dinner options, they worked with us to tailor it to exactly what we wanted. I really recommend attending a tasting so you can do the same. The food was phenomenal and service was excellent. What a gorgeous setting - we couldn't have been happier.

Everyone at the Hall of Springs is highly professional and on top of everything. Kevin, the event planner was excellent and very detail oriented. He never made me feel rushed throughout the planning process and he made me and my husband feel that we were his most important clients. Cathy was very helpful as well. I didn't have a great deal of contact with her, but when I did she was very responsive. Marianne, the event manager was such a big help the night of our wedding. She is super nice, kept everything flowing, and was on top of everything. Danny our attendant was great as well. She helped me bustle my dress and was very helpful throughout the night. The Hall of Springs is a beautiful, unique venue. We had so many compliments on our wedding and so many people commented on the look of the venue, as well as the professionalism of the staff. I would highly recommend the Hall of Springs for your wedding venue!

The Hall of Springs surpassed my expectations on my wedding day by far. The food was incredible and I'm a tough critic having lived in New York City for six years and gone to some of the best restaurants. In fact, I'm sometimes a difficult person when it comes to finding small things that aren't perfect in the things I buy. Usually I find wedding dinners to be low quality, mass-produced meals that you wouldn't order at a restaurant. The Hall of Springs was just the opposite. I wish they had a restaurant so I could go back there. The only thing I'm disappointed about was that I didn't ask my bridal attendant to pack up some cocktail hour food for me. Every single piece of food we tried was high-quality.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Donna, my bridal attendant, was like Wonder Woman. My mom's dress strap broke, but Donna whipped out a needle and the same color string as my mom's dress and sewed the strap back together. She treated me like I was royalty. Whatever I needed, whether it was for someone to hold my purse, more booze to keep me warm outside during pictures, or someone to help me bustle my dress (which seemed impossible), Donna did it.

The venue was just breathtaking. It was perfectly clean for my wedding and they organized everything well. We gave them pictures to spread out and they organized them in a thoughtful way. My decorations looked simple, clean, classic and elegant.

Now I'm not just saying all these things because it was my wedding! It's rare that I go to a wedding with such great quality. Usually, the food is blah, the venue is cheesy and the staff are so-so except to the bride and groom. I've also rarely liked the wedding cake at most weddings. The Hall of Springs really blew out of the water my expectations of having a quality and elegant wedding. I hope I can get invited to someone else's wedding there so I can go back and have the food!

I fell in love with Saratoga National as soon as we drove onto the property. This venue is pretty during any season. My husband and I got married here on January 21, 2012 and we couldn't have asked for anything better!! Our ceremony was held in the main foyer which has vaulted ceilings and a rustic/elegant feel. Cocktail hour was held upstairs in a beautiful open room which opens up to the balcony. The reception was held in the room down the hall which is surrounded by windows that overlook the golf club. The food and service at this venue are impeccable!!! Some of the best food I have ever tasted! Also, the rooms they have available for the guys and girls to hang out in before the ceremony are loaded with beverages and hors d'oeuvres. Not only is the beauty of the venue and the outstanding food enough to book this venue but the services they provide such as a personal bridal attendant the day of the wedding and a planner that works with you through the whole planning process certainly is! This by far was the best choice I made while planning my wedding. I couldn't begin to thank the staff at Saratoga National Golf Club enough :)

Our wedding reception was at the hall of springs in October it was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious The staff were excellent they catered to our every need. It was the best night of our lives. I would recommend it to anyone.

AMAZING, original venue. The Mazzone management group that handles the business at this venue was extremely professional and extremely accommodating. They made our day stress free and handled everything perfectly. We could not ask for a better experience and it was more than we even could have expected. The dance floor in Key Hall was extremely large (we had 137 people at our reception) and they set it up very nicely for our ceremony which also took place in the hall. The bank vault they have set up is very unique and it was incredible to be introduced for the first time coming out of an old bank vault. The only negative about the venue is that there were some acoustical issues with our speeches because the hall is so large that is produces a bit of an echo. Other than that, we really could not have asked for a better venue.

The Hall of Springs was the most beautiful venue and the food and service was amazing. My husband and I shopped around at many of the Saratoga Springs area venues and this far surpassed any other place.

Words can do little to describe the amazing experience my husband and I and all of our guests had at our wedding at SNGC. We booked this popular venue in Saratoga Springs a year and a half in advance and while the event manager role changed hands 3 times, Traci who is there now is so great at what she does she made the entire planning process so easy, especially from out of state. The specific details that were planned were executed flawlessly by Danielle and her team the day of our wedding and I honestly couldn't have been happier with the final outcome. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was impressive and each planned moment happened perfectly. I still love the image of pulling up to the front doors and Shannon, our bridal attendant waiting patiently with her mic and earpiece in welcoming us to our day and asking if there was anything we needed, that moment set the tone for the rest of the exceptional service this team offered!! SNGC itself is beyond beautiful, setting the stage for a great outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour on the balcony and a beautifully set-up reception in the ballroom. The food was unbelievable, from the never ending appetizers to the delicious dinner options and the tasty cake and dessert bar we had, countless guests told us how wonderful the food was which is not typical to most weddings I've attending. I am so happy we had our wedding at SNGC and if we had the option we would choose them time and time again!!

I would HIGHYLY recommend the Glen Sanders Mansion for any wedding or reception. The food was amazing, our guests are still talking about how much they loved the food. I grew up in a very Italian family and I had zero complaints from them about the amount or the taste of the food. Maria was amazing! She talked us through everything, even the ceremony which we had off site at a local church. She gave us tips about how to make the day go smoothly, and she was really helpful. Very attentive staff and servers on the day of the reception. Jill was our banquet manager and she assured us that once we got to the mansion everything would be perfect, and she was right. I could not have asked for a better location for the reception!

Words can not describe how happy we are that we went with Saratoga National for both our ceremony and reception. First of all location, the grounds are beautiful, the ballroom beautiful. Next service, from start to finish they were helpful, kind, flexible, professional. Anything you would possibly be looking for in a reception location they meet and exceed your expectations. Food, I can not tell you how many people were blown away by the amount and quality of food at our wedding. It was outstanding. Service, I felt like everyone I came in contact with enjoyed their job and were truly happy to be making your day everything you wanted it to be. They were not intrusive but were always there to help, and the manager kept us rolling through the night easily. From start to finish they were consistent in their outstanding service. Also as a bride planning a wedding from halfway across the country, they were super helpful via email, and with scheduling appointments while I was in town.They also coordinate fabulously with all vendors are take that off of your hands so you have nothing to worry about! Our experience with them was perfect, and we are soo appreciative. Special thanks to Angelo, Susan, Tracy, Sean and Shannon they all did so much to make our day so special!

Glen Sanders Mansion Catering is the premiere weddnig caterer in the area. The food was impeccable and I heard from many, many guests that it was the best they've had to date. The service that they provided - waiters and bartenders, but especially my bridal asst for the day - went above and behind. They provide solid advice and guidance, but also worked with me when I had specific ideas.

Absolutely perfect. Our guests are still talking about what an amazing time they had! The food was never ending :)The staff took all of the stress off of us and we just completely enjoyed ourselves. They made everything run so smoothly and were incredibly attentive. The food was amazing and the venue is stunning. We wanted 5 star food and service in a gorgeous location where our guests would have a great time and that's exactly what we got!

I wish that I could say my wedding was perfect at the Hall of Springs, but sadly I can not. I had such high hopes for this truly beautiful venue, but I was very disappointed at a few things that occurred. First off, during our ceremony which was in the grand ballroom, an alarm went off while the officiant was giving his opening words. I came to understand that the alarm was from SPAC, but it was so loud we could barely speak to the person next to us. Then, the alarm continued to ring for 15 minutes, because they ‘could not figure out how to turn it off’…. So, my husband and I, and all of the bridal party was left standing at the alter, for 15 minutes just looking around, waiting for some sort of help. Eventually the alarm was turned off, and the ceremony went on as planned. Needless to say, I was a pretty laid back bride and I did not want that event to effect my night, so I kind of blocked it out of my mind, and continued having fun on my night. Next, during the cocktail hour, one of my groomsman requested from one of the wait staff if we could get some shrimp shooters that were being passed out to our guests in the cocktail hour while we were taking pictures. He was told “I’m sorry, those are just for the guests”….. he was so appalled, and began arguing with the wait staff, but I stepped in and told him to calm down, and let it go… though inside I couldn’t believe that the bride and groom were being turned down a request that should have been granted, but I didn’t want the situation to escalate. The third thing to go wrong was that like most bride and grooms, my husband and I did not have time to eat our meals. The wedding coordinator (Tony) told my husband that he would package up out meals for us to eat later, but he did not, and we were left starving at the end of the night, having to order in food in our hotel room. And lastly, something that we forgot about at the time, but remembered the next day, is that no one ever asked us if we wanted to save the top layer of our cake (we also did not get to eat any of our cake, except the one bite for the cake cutting ceremony). This is a common tradition, and we would have liked to keep our cake and eat it on our first anniversary, but we can not do that now. Many, many things went wrong at this venue, and I surely hope that they read this review and try to be better for the next bride. After all this, the venue decided to email my father and apologize for the alarm during the ceremony, yet no one reached out to my husband or I to apologize, this stunned me. On the plus side, the planning process was amazing, and Kevin Sykes was wonderful to work with, and I wish he was overseeing things on our wedding day because I know he would have found these things unacceptable. Also, the room for the reception looked amazing, and they did a great job with the decor. I just with the service was as good as the decor!!

Glen Sanders was a beautiful place to get married. They are very organized and walk you through everything that you never would have thought of. The food was amazing and there was alot of it!

Glen Sanders did a wonderful job catering to our every need. We met with a wedding coordinator a few times throughout our year of planning. She was full of lots of information and always returned phone calls or e-mails if we had a question. The week before the wedding, the coordinators met with us to go hour by hour what was going to happen. My husband and I felt very comfortable leaving our wedding ceremony and reception in their hands. The day of the wedding we had a personal assistant with us. She was always there reading to help with anything! All in all I would 100% recommend this place to anyone! My guests can't stop talking about the awesome food!

Words can not describe our wedding and reception experience with Saratoga National Golf Club. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The entire staff from banquet managers to wait staff and everyone in between were INCREDIBLE. The food from appetizers to desert was UNBELIEVABLE. Saratoga National Golf Club should have its own rating system to receive 10 stars. HIGHLY recommend !!!

I feel like I had a royal wedding with Mansion Catering. Every step of the way from our planning, to the execution of the day was so unbelievably flawless. I sat eating our dinner that night and I thought about how I would never be able to thank them enough for such a fabulous evening. Our planner entertained and perfected every crazy bride idea I could come up with. Our day of head of staff executed everything I had worked hard to plan with perfection. Our personal server took such spectacular care of us we were never once left wanting for anything. I have to say that initially I had not contacted Mansion Catering because I did not think we would be able to afford them. I was so wrong, we had a most beautiful event and they were so accommodating. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I wish you could mark 5+ stars! Saratoga National was able to create the perfect wedding reception for us in three short months!! All of our guests thought we had spent over a year planning it was so amazing! They are true professionals that leave no detail unattended. If you are looking for first class service and attention at a beautiful location this is the place to have your reception. Perfect event!

Glen Sanders Mansion was my first choice for my wedding and I am so happy I selected it. The weather was great on our wedding day, so the Mansion grounds looked amazing. Maria and her team are wonderful to work with and very organized and responsive to our needs. The place is pricy but not unreasonable - it's worth the cost and you can modify packages to fit your needs. I wouldn't pick anywhere else to do the wedding!

I would highly reccomend this venue: the staff are professional and friendly, the food was delicious, and the setting simply beautiful! I couldnt have asked for a better day--we had our ceremony outdoors with the reception on the cocktail deck and the main ballroom afterwards. An ellegant and classy place, flexible options, and a great value! WONDERFUL place, wonderful people. Maria DeMartino, the wedding coordinator, gives the place a personal feel and a family touch. She is absolutely GREAT and really cares about what she does. You really feel like the only customer, a treasured and valued one at that, even thought they must do hundreds of these per year. They are experienced and trustworthy, and will make all the details of your big day perfect!

the Hall of Springs is an absolute DREAM COME TRUE. The food is out of this world, the staff are SO helpful and attentive, and they leave you with nothing to worry about. Not to mention it is completely stunning and gorgeous. You will not be disappointed

Hosting our wedding reception at Saratoga National was the best decision we ever made. Their staff is so incredibly professional and accommodating. They assign several managers to you on the day of your wedding, as well as a personal bridal attendant, all of whom will bend over backwards for you. If I even thought that I wanted something to drink, someone would appear within a few minutes to offer me something! On top of everything the grounds are beautiful and the venue is gorgeous.

Glen Sanders was amazing. I think I had the best wedding! I loved everyone there, from Maria DeMartino who coordinates everything, to Linda, my day of coordinator, and Andrew who works the front desk who helped with all the rooms! They honestly could not have been nicer or more accomodating. My wedding was just what I had pictured and that was mostly in part to the staff at Glen Sanders. The food was amazing also. Overall, I would strongly recommend and try to convince any bride-to-be to have their reception there!

Glen Sanders Mansion made my wedding day perfect. It was because of them that everything went as smoothly and easy as it did. They went beyond my expectations and I could not ask for anything more. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Whatever I needed they helped me with.
My disabled father (a handful at times) needed much attention and they were so nice to help out and get him to his room with his bags, got him a cup of coffee, and helped him with the checkout process so that I did not need to worry. I stayed in the Glen Suite the night before and the night after the wedding. We had the suite to get ready in that morning and the housekeepers were such a help by keeping things cleaned, stocked, and neat.
The Ceremony took place in the lobby where my banquet manager, Allison was a complete savior. She was on top of everything, she had even pulled my aisle runner and made sure there were flower petals placed before I walked down (my 3yo flower girl had stage fright).
The reception was also perfect, everything was set up exactly how I pictured it. The food was amazing! Allison was even nice enough to place two meals in our refrigerator in the suite so we had something to eat for later on. The bartender and the servers were also so lovely, attentive, always smiling, and so nice. After the reception we made way down to the bar where we continued the good time, again perfect! When we made it back to our room we were surprised with a candle lighted room with a bottle of champagne, wine, cookies, and pieces of our wedding cake.
I would completely recommend Glen Sanders Mansion to any bride. The price was just right also! We had the wedding in April which was still apart of their winter white package and we got more then we could have asked for. I would do it all over again!

We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding. Talk about drop dead gorgeous, "Cinderella" wedding. The venue has history and beautiful architecture to act as the perfect backdrop for both your ceremony and reception. We had our ceremony and reception in the main room but they sort of close off the room for the ceremony and then reveal the entire room for the reception. The bar is AWESOME and if you get married in the winter months [like we did] the fireplaces are perfect. The best part though? The staff and the service. Every single person we met throughout the planning process and at the wedding were more than helpful and just took away all our worries. The day of the wedding was so laid back for us because the HOS staff went the extra mile to make everything perfect and literally took care of every little detail. What more could you ask for? A beautiful venue inside and out plus the best staff ever? Who wouldn't want to get married here :)

Hall of Springs made a BEAUTIFUL ceremony & reception for Our Wedding. Food was delicious and waitstaff staff was very helpful and professional.

My wedding was amazing. Everyone should have their reception at the Glen Sanders. The staff was so attentive. Maria was wonderful - always getting back to me in a timely fashion and answering all of my questions! And the staff was so nice about putting together all of the centerpieces...they will actually put them together for you the day of which I found so helpful. Jill was our banquet manager and she was wonderful as well. She kept everything moving and even helped me pass on some last minute changes to our DJ. The sweetest thing? We did pictures at the GSM before the church and Maria and Jill came to see me before and let me know everything was all set and say how nice I looked. Ha - I don't think that was in the job description. They went above and beyond. And the food - people are still talking about it. We went with the buffet - Italian and two carving stations. It was wonderful and I have ZERO complaints! And having the cake included? Amazing...stress saver...and the cake was beautiful AND delicious.

I can't say enough good things about GSM. First and foremost, Maria is absolutely fantastic!! Love her!! She answered all my questions in a timely manner. Jill also was fantastic, she made sure the evening ran smoothly. Maki was my attendant for the day and made sure i had everything i needed.
Glen Sanders just went through a major renovation and the ballroom was beautiful!!! I highly recommend GSM as a wedding venue.

We couldn't be happier with the Hall of Springs. Being from the Saratoga area myself I had always dreamed of getting married and having my reception at the Hall of Springs. Never in a million years did I think that would happen because I chose to move to the West Coast and thought I would get married out here.
My husband and I were throwing around ideas, Montana, Santa Barbara, Denver, etc and then he researched my home town and sent me the link to the HOS. I was so excited! I called Kevin (the banquet manager) the week of Christmas and he got back to me right away. He and his staff have the whole process down. From Catering, cakes, the ceremony location they do it all. Donna (staff member) was assigned to my husband and I all night and she was a blast! The rehearsal was done on our schedule due to so many out of town guests traveling in, my wedding party and I were able to get ready on site so it made the process go very smoothly the day of the wedding. I have too many good things to say, if you want a fairly tale wedding then choose the Hall of Springs.
Did I mention they do it all? I couldn't imagine having to find a location, a caterer, a cake, decorations, linens and everything else. You are responsible for your DJ other entertainment and photographer but they have a complete list of vendors to choose from that they work well with.

The quality of service, professionalism and responsiveness of Mansion Catering is absolutely top-notch! I cannot reccommend them enough to a potential bride! I had no need to hire a day of coordinator because Glen Sanders and their staff is so competent and prepared to run your event smoothly! From the tasting and inital planning meeting, to the actual day of the wedding they were always available and promptly returned my calls. On the day of my wedding (which was held at the Canfield Casino...also highly recommend!) we were assigned a personal attendant who made sure we were well fed and taken care of! The event manager Steve took excellent care of my parents and my husband's parents...and all of my guests had nothing but rave reviews for the food and the staff!

I would rate the Saratoga National Golf Club as exceptional highly recommended for all five of the catagories. My husband and I had looked around at probably ten different venue sites before we both agreed on this one. From the moment we walked in without an appointment to the emails following up after the wedding the staff was amazing, quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. Very easy to talk to about ideas, any substitutions that we wanted, I felt like a queen during the eight months I dealt with them. The staff on the day of the wedding were also amazing, we actually decided to stay for an extra hour and the staff were very agreeable to staying later. The food was amazing, we didn't even do the taste test. As far as value they were about the same price as other places, but I felt like we got more for our money!

Glen Sanders was absolutely wonderful. We were married on the last weekend of their "winter white wedding" package, so we got an amazing value for cost. Our guests still cannot stop talking about fantastic everything was, the food, the staff, the beautiful venue. Maria was just a dream, so acommodating and sweet. Our day-of planners Vito and Jill were incredible, they made our whole day run so smoothly that we had no complications at all (very rare for weddings from what I hear!). The catering staff was wonderful, and the food was delicious. They made our day very special.

By far the best reception hall in the Capital District. I felt like their only bride. They take service very seriously.

They were the caterer for The Inn at Erlowest and they couldn't have been better- you are getting top service with the best quality food and prices! They have many different packages to choose from, and their presentation is beyond impecable. They take care of every detail, chairs, tents, linens everything! One stop shop, and be sure to get Kevin Sykes for the event planning- he's the best!

We can't say enough about the Glen Sanders Mansion. They were prompt on every question or meeting that we had. They made great suggestions and catered to our every need. We didn't have to think about anything. They are so well organized that they completely put your mind at ease. We loved working with the planners there, especially Maria. We had a buffet style dinner and the food was FANTASTIC. I can't think of one thing that we would have wanted changed. They were so flexible with the numbers that were attending the wedding even up until the night before. You just don't find that in many places. Other places just nickle and dime you to death, but not Glen Sanders. They made our day simply wonderful.

After the ceremony, people weren't suppossed to be allowed into the reception and somehow they did resulting in everyone wanted to congragulate us. This took away from us taking pictures. They also let people in the area I was "hiding" in before the ceremony. I was not pleased!!!!!

The Hall of Springs is the place to have your wedding in Saratoga Springs. The hall itself is beautiful with tall ceilings, marble floors and columns and it's set in the middle of the state park. Your guests will be wowed with building itself. The team at the Hall of Springs is phenomenal; starting with booking my wedding with Kevin. Kevin was great to work with he guided us through the menu planning and the timeline for the day of the wedding with ease. He had great suggestions and you just felt at ease leaving his office that your big day was set.
The day of the wedding the staff was just as good. Ryan was our floor manager he made sure every detail was set. We had a server dedicated to us (Bride & Groom + close family) so we tried all the appetizers and had everything we wanted. The hall as decorated perfectly, the service was flawless and the food was tasty. Our guests raved about our wedding for months after.
At the end of the night the staff made sure we had everything we needed - they even gave us the left over desserts to take home and 2 entrees (for the bride & groom).

They are so cooperative and make everything more amazing than you could imagine.

Glen Sanders was fabulous! Maria was a dream! Everything was taken care of on the day of. We had our own personal attendant for the bridal party. A planner came with our package. When we realized we weren't going to meet the required number of attendees, Maria upgraded our package so we wouldn't lose the money by people not attending. The facility is gorgeous, right on the water and the grounds are meticulously upkept.

Glen Sanders is a beautiful venue. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful our reception was, due in part to the amazing food that was served. We decided on the Italian package and the amount and variety of food served was incredible. I was married in 2007 and I believe that the package choices are being reworked. A friend of mine is getting married there in 2010 and unfortunately, I believe the packages are being skimmed down a bit. My experience with Maria and the wedding reception staff was amazing. However, I did have a nasty experience working with the staff at The Inn. The Innkeeper, Joell, was extremely rude and unprofessional in our exchanges. Due to her actions, my husband and I were given a gift certificate for dinner and a one night stay at The Inn. This was very much appreciated, however, Joell's behavior still leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Aside from that minor hiccup, I highly recommend Glen Sanders Mansion for your wedding.

I attended three or four bridal shows, and this was by far the best. They were packed with wedding vendors and the free-be’s were worth the trip. They had some great giveaways and the food and Glen Sanders is always something special. Each bride got a glass of champagne and a flower.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PLAN A WEDDING HERE! I would NOT recommend Glen Sanders for any special event. Unfortunatly, my wedding day happened to be a rainy day and Glen Sanders was unprepared for the weather. We lost power a couple hours before my reception and it didn't come back on until 9 at night. Glen Sanders has generators, but they were kept in the basement and when it rains, their basement floods. The generators were not working because they were submerged in water. They wanted to cancel my wedding, and when we wouldn't allow it, they brought in a bunch of little generators and hooked them up with extension cords all over the place. Then they had constuction lights placed on the floors, which was horrible for pictures. For the money you pay for your wedding, they should be well prepared for the weather. A waitress who worked there told me they've had to cancel weddings before because they lost power and the generators weren't working. I would not risk having your wedding or any other special event at Glen Sanders. I never thought in a million years that this would happen on my wedding day. Glen Sanders has many great reviews, but all it takes is one rainy day to ruin your wedding. Don't risk it! There are many other amazing places in the capital region that are well-prepared to give you an amazing wedding regardless of the weather. Glen Sanders is not one of them! I hope this review helps another couple from having their wedding ruined.
