The venue is beautiful, and we had an amazing wedding! Some of my emails with questions and concerns were not returned, we did not meet the wedding coordinator until the day before my wedding and I was so glad I had a backup that I had set up beforehand that knew what we wanted since we were not able to go over anything beforehand and she didn't take an interest in me, my wedding party, or our plans for the day. The setup of our wedding was different than we had discussed in the meetings prior to the wedding and that made it difficult to find a new place to put the DJ and a few other things.

I decided on the Glover Mansion for several reasons but the main reasons were not dealing with decorations and all in one planning. I was moving out of state mid way through my wedding planning and didn't want to provide decorations or the catering other venues required. I met with them twice; once to view and decide on the venue and once to set up the details….It was very easy and spot on when the day arrived. The pleasant surprise was the day of wedding coordinator that comes with the package....I didn't realize how much of a help that was when I signed up but was a huge help.
At the wedding and the week after the wedding my mom and I got calls from many guest to complement on the venue and food…people loved the food! Other comments were made about the uniqueness of the mansion and how fun it was to go to a wedding at the mansion. I highly recommend the Glover Mansion; it was perfect for my wedding.

I would recommend the glover mansion to any brides out there. The food, service and staff were excellent. Kelly and her staff made our wedding day soooo stress free. Definately worth the price. Staff responded promptly to all emails and phone calls and were very flexible with anything that we wanted for our wedding day. Thank you for making our wedding day so memorable.

We knew right from the start that the Glover Mansion was our venue, and the staff didn't let us down. We loved that the venue came with our own wedding planner, and Kelly was truly outstanding. She took care of all of the details and was super flexible with our meetings (we live in Seattle, so we planned the entire wedding from afar with only a few trips to Spokane). When we asked for a different seating arrangement than they normally use, Kelly didn't even blink, nor did she have a problem with us creating our own menu. An outdoor wedding on October 6? No problem, the mansion will be warm and the fires lit. We truly created our dream wedding, and the mansion pulled everything off flawlessly. The food was amazing and hot, Kayla and the kitchen staff were unobtrusive, yet every time I turned around, my sparkling cider was replenished and my water glass full.
Bottom line: when we began planning, my only desire was to feel as though I was part of a lush dinner party from a Jane Austen novel, and as I sat in the middle of our 14-foot long dinner table enjoying the glow of the mansion lights, the sounds of laughter and conversation, and the outstanding food, I felt just that - surrounded by friends and family who love us in a fabulous home. What more could a girl ask for on her wedding day?

I highly recommend holding an event at The Glover Mansion. The service is amazing. They really do do most of the work for you, it was so nice having everything organized for us. My wedding couldn't have been any better. All of my guests were really impressed with how beautiful our wedding was. We chose the diamond package which in my opinion is the only way to go and was completely worth the money. Any time I had questions (which was often) I just sent them an e-mail and they got back to me right away. They also made recommendations for other vendors which was nice because most every vendor in the area had worked with them, right down to the officiant, florist, and DJ. I had nothing to worry about. The food was amazing also. I was expecting small portions because it was a plated dinner, which I also recommend having, it made the night go much smother than a buffet ever would; but they really loaded up the plates with food and it was sooo good! If you want an absolute perfect wedding, then go with The Glover Mansion. A guest told my Father, "now that was a wedding."

We were very pleased with the outcome and the attention we received from the Glover during our rehearsal and our actual wedding day. The only part of the entire experience I would have to say was less than satisfactory was the communication before and up to the wedding. We don't live in Spokane, so we set up two meetings with the Mansion prior to our event in order to make sure we had everything planned and set to go. One of the times we were in Spokane and had a meeting scheduled, we called beforehand to make sure it was still set to go that morning and they said they didn't have us down on the schedule and that there was another wedding that day and there wouldn't be time for us to come in. This was inconvenient as we had specifically come to Spokane for wedding meetings. Other than these communication issues prior to our event, we thought the entire venue was lovely and the staff was great as well. Good food and our guests commented on the fact that it was one of the best weddings they had attended.

The Glover Mansion made our wedding an event that our friends and family couldn't stop talking about. Everyone called us to tell us how much fun they had at our wedding. Planning a wedding can be incredibly involved and The Glover Mansion made it so easy. They coordinated with my florist, my DJ, my bakery, and myself...everything was PERFECT! Their Red Rock Catering was absolutely amazing and my husband's aunt specifically said that it was the best food she's ever had at a wedding...including her own four children's weddings. Everyone complimented the food and the ability to pick a variety of themed stations made it a hit with everyone. The catering and wait staff and bartenders we friendly and professional. Everyone admired how seamlessly they worked.
The Glover Mansion was organized and professional from the start. Kellie Hoy met with us and gave us excellent recommendations for a photographer and a DJ. They were very reasonably priced. I had looked at other venues, but with the cost of hiring linens, chairs, sound equipment, tables, waiters, bartenders, table centerpieces and everything else...the Glover organized all of that for me and it was the best price around!
The outside ceremony was so beautiful...but I wanted a summer wedding. The Glover is air-conditioned inside so it was an all around crowd pleaser! The guys had some relief from the heat in their suits and the girls looked fresh and beautiful when it wa time to walk down the aisle. The grounds at the Glover Mansion are so beautiful that we had ALL our wedding photos done their by Joyful Photography. Everyone has told us how amazing the Glover looked and how beautiful it was inside and out. We can't say enough good things about the Glover Mansion as a venue for any party. Just call them and ask for a viewing. They have the friendliest and most organized staff. This is the best venue in Spokane.

The Glover Mansion is an awesome place to get married. I've been to a lot of weddings in Spokane, 2 of them being my sisters' wedding. One of the nicest things about the Glover Mansion is it's staff. They clean up during and after the wedding. They stored the kegs and items left behind and were so flexible on pick up. They relieved so much stress on my part, I was actually able yo enjoy my own wedding. I'm so glad we picked the Glover Mansion!

Absolutely fantastic venue for a wedding! We used both the backyard and the mansion for a summer evening wedding. The staff was there every step of the way, met with me whenever I wanted to discuss or change the centerpieces, food, linens, etc. They made it so easy for us to enjoy the day, and we had a great place to hang out with our bridesmaids/groomsmen before the wedding. Everything looked gorgeous, and we didn't have to lift a finger for set up or take down!
My only disappointment was that a few days before the wedding, they asked us if we would mind having a videographer there so they could have some footage of an event at the Glover Mansion, and they would give us a video of the wedding. The day of the wedding, it stormed most of the day so the videographer did not come. They forgot to tell us the videographer was not coming, so we didn't have our friends record as originally planned- oh well. (Good news later- we found out one of our guests had his iphone out and recorded almost everything!) In the whole scheme of things, that was pretty minor.
Everyone was so flexible (including moving our cake outside mid-reception when there ended up being more people in the backyard). Oh, and the food tasted great (we had a sort of Mediterranean variety along with pasta salad and fruit)! I wholeheartedly recommend the Glover Mansion for any special event where you would really like to make an impression and have minimal stress in planning!

The day of our wedding went smoothly and was stress free with the assistance of our bridal coordinator Kelly Hoy who expertly directed us through the day. The food from Red Rock Catering was delicious and everyone our of our guests said they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Our parents had a non-stressful day because everything was taken care of by Glover Mansion staff. Would highly recommend Glover Mansion as a wedding vendor!

It took quite along time for Kellie to get back to me with answers to my questions. At one point, I was handed to another staff member to handle my event, requiring me to reexplain all of the details I had ironed out with Kellie. On the day of the event Kellie was present, but for a VERY short period of time. My photographer had to suggest cutting the cake, not a staff member from Glover.
The quality of the packages are excellent, but for a bride on a budget I asked many questions about F&B minimums, contracts and billing and there were a few mistakes that I caught. (Which could have cost me an additional $500-$1000).
The venue is beautiful, but the professionalism is lacking . Our wedding was small (70 guests) and the ceremony was off site, which could be the reason for lack luster service.
My day was wonderful and fantastic because I was extremely organized, not because of the professionalism of the Glover Mansion staff. If a bride opts to choose Glover Mansion, I would recommend to save all correspondence and make communication clear to staff.

We had some hiccups in the beginning because of the turnover with 2 coordinators. However, with that said as soon as Kelly was aware of what was going on she stepped in personally and saved the day! She made everything that day run so smoothly, she would disappear and pop up randomly to let us know when we had to move to the next thing, it was amazing! The food from the two bites I had was scrumptious and all of my guests were raving about the chicken! Whatever mishaps we had in the beginning or lack of communication, Kelly made up for completely and surpassed my expectations!

I was so nervous to choose a caterer because I feel that the food is one of the things that leaves a lasting impression on guests. We definitly had to stick to a budget on food and they were able to offer us an incredibly delicous menu for our guests that included both chicken and salmon for under $20.00 a person (before tax and gratuity). I had so many guests tell me that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. They also set up a beautiful display and arrived with a very compitent staff. I was so glad I choose them for my wedding.

The Glover Mansion and Kellie Hoy made my dream wedding come true. Kellie handled everything from beginning to end. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of, I got to relax!
The mansion is gorgeous and the bridal suite is large, with two bathrooms. I had six bridesmaids,and there was plenty of room for all of us. Kellie even brought us a bottle of champagne before the ceremony!
The food was to die for. I got so many compliments on it, from nearly every guest. I chose steak and salmon for the proteins. I am not a big salmon fan, but theirs was absolutely amazing. The staff also passed appetizers before the dinner was ready and it was so classy and fabulous.
I highly recommend the Diamond Package. It includes nearly everything for a fairly reasonable price. (Even the wedding cake, centerpieces, food, and an hour of hosted bar.)

Our menu was wonderful. We have had guests ranting and raving about how tasty and fabulous the meal was. We also set up a cash bar which was a popular option for our guests. Of course, it is one of your largest expenses for the wedding budget. You also pay for all the guests who say they will be there, whether or not they actually attended. I have no idea what happened to the leftover food? but they did a great job nonetheless. I would not have changed a single thing about the catering company that we went through. They were pretty flexible with payments.

Red Rock Catering (formerly Glover Mansion catering) was absolutely amazing!!
My venue didn't allow any outside food or drink, which increased my budget substantially. Kellie worked with me on a menu that was not only delicious but affordable. I had a ton of compliments on the food and the bartenders!
The drink prices are quite high, making any sort of tab or cap run out very fast. I wish I was able to provide more drinks for my friends and family at a more affordable price, $6 a drink is rather high for a wedding.
Other than drink prices I wouldn't have changed a thing! Kellie was patient, helpful, and professional! The food was amazing and so was the presentation!

I wanted a dream wedding on an affordable budget. Kellie made that happen.
Although Kellie was my caterer, I felt like I had a wedding planner. SHE IS AMAZING. She worked with me to figure out the menu, she negotiated with me on the boos (I could bring my own kegs and wine for a fee... and it helped me save money). B/c she could, she decorated my tables with candles and flowers and made everything perfect.
Whatever I wanted, Kellie and Red Rock Catering made happen. Honestly, it was a dream. Most brides stress... I didn't b/c Kellie had my back. She ran interference for everything (the dance floor, the cake, sound equipment for my iPod, the list goes on and on).
Kellie responded to my emails in a timely and thorough manner (and as the event neared I sent several everyday).
I can't even begin to tell you how lucky I feel that Kellie was my caterer. My wedding was perfect and Kellie made that happen.

It is a beautiful setting, and any event held here would be gorgeous. It did take them some time to get back to me, and the billing system is not always the most self-explanatory. However, everything ran smoothly the day of, and we got rave reviews about the food (it is an all-inclusive venue).
