Great experience with Dave. Unobtrusive, played the kind of mix we asked him to, and read the crowd really well - people danced the night away. He had a great set-up online to take all the info he'd needed from us (our song choices, bridal party introductions, etc.) and then about a month before the ceremony we spoke on the phone to go over the details. It was perfect and everything went smoothly.

Dave was the DJ at our recent wedding at Ocean Edge Resort 10/5/12. Dave did a wonderful job and we had an amazing evening! Dave kept everyone dancing....ages 2 through 90!!! Months later, people are still emailing me..."Who was your DJ?' They either want to use him for their wedding or refer him to their friends and family. DJ Kevin Stallings absolutely rocked our 8/11 wedding. He was the perfect voice and presence for our day. And he kept our dance floor PACKED. We're a dancing crew to start with and Kevin just read that energy and kept the music flow up and rolling. Can't thank him enough for being so awesome and easy to work with. We met him day of (it was our choice to not meet earlier) and it definitely felt like it was meant to be that he was our DJ!

Peter Brady was our DJ and he did an awesome job! Peter was there for both our beach ceremony and our reception. He read the crowd and everyone danced all night. Peter also worked so well with us and our other vendors to keep things moving smoothly. He went above and beyond when it came to our beach ceremony and we are so appreciative. I can't say enough good things about Peter and the great job he did!

I was really blown away by their friendliness and responsiveness from start to finish. When we were first getting in touch with them, to see about hiring them, they were felxible in adjusting our meeting times in order to accomodate our schedule (we had to cancel our first meeting at the last minute and they roled with it without complaint).

From the first time that we met Dave Solimine and Steve Aprille at our initial planning meeting, I knew that we'd be in good hands. During the preparation for the reception, I appreciate how Dave participated in multiple phone calls with me (as I made several changes to playlist and the order and content of reception events). He made sure that everything would be just right.

At the reception itself, DJ Steve Aprille blew the doors off it. Everyone had a blast. The playlist was so good and so well mixed (there was a nice variety of current songs and songs from earlier decades). There was something for everyone. Our guests kept saying that they just had to get up and dance because "my song" was being played. Almost every song was "that song" for someone and the dance floor was packed all night. I think that a good sign of the quality of the mix of songs was that we had multiple generations of people cycling in and out of the dance floor.

Steve was interactive and set a really nice vibe for everyone. He exuded good will. He kept things light and fun. He was interactive, but kept the full focus of the night on us. He took requests from our guests and was very responsive to those requests.

Towards the end of the evening, Steve gave us what was explained as one extra song (but it was probably two or three extra songs). I know that we left after midnight and he definitely stayed longer than the period of time for which we had compensated him.

And here's the topper that really speaks to Steve's character. About an hour after the end of the reception, at 1:00 a.m., he arrived at the bar at the hotel where we were staying to bring a piece of camera equipment left by the photographer. The photographer was still with us and she was very grateful for his generosity.

I can't thank this company enough. They helped to facilitate such an incredible night.

Dj Dave was excellent! We were so comfortable having him provide the music for our wedding! He was able to mix the perfect songs and kept the dance floor packed all night! He was also so flexible with us. We were changing songs on him up until the last few days and he never once had a problem! He was very professional and fun! I. Kevin was a great guy, and he made sure that the guests were happy. While the guests didn't notice, I had requested that the DJ play the song my parents' danced to at their wedding, but that was forgotten, and I was disappointed. Compared to most DJs, I thought the pricing was reasonable. Overall, the music was good, and everything flowed well.

DJ Dave Solimine is the best DJ! He had all of our guests on the dance floor all night. He was great in planning the musice and was also a great MC for the night. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Dave from Good Times Unlimited was great!! He was a referral from one of my friends weddings. I booked him way in advance of our wedding and probably sent him a million emails of changes, etc...But he was great and responsive the entire way through. We met again a few weeks before the wedding to go over everything. I know a lot of folks do not like the cheesy traditional things weddings of the past used to be such as "we are family", etc...He is far from "the cheese" and even accomodated us for our dances and our parents to cut them short :)

FANTASTIC! There are just so many words to describe how wonderful DJ Dave is. He is extremely nice, professional, organized and flexible. He is not the typical DJ that feels the need to talk too much and take over the wedding. He does exactly what you request and if you are not sure what you are really even looking for, he is the best at reading the crowds. He knows how to keep everyone on the dance floor, both young and old. He played the perfect mix of music for the cocktail hour, dinner and reception. He is just so good at what he does and we absolutely love Dave. You would be so lucky to have Dave DJ your wedding. There were 3 things we wanted for our wedding and Dave was one of them. I am a firm believer that the DJ makes a wedding and if you hire Dave, you are guaranteed to have an amazigly fun wedding with everyone dancing. If you have found DJ Dave, look no further, he is hands down the best for a great price.

Can't say I have anything bad to say. The key "pros" worth mentioning: 1) Laidback and that is what you need on wedding day. Under control and experienced. 2) Played exactly what we asked and mixed it up well with comtmeporary music. 3) Finally never once had to speak to him about music being played during the wedding. In summary the dance floor was packed from start to finish. All you can ask for in a wedding.

Dave and Kevin from Good Times Unlimited are top shelf DJ's and more importantly top shelf people. They were very helpful with the planning of our wedding. Most importantly, come wedding day, they absolutely crushed it. We still regularly hear from our guests as to how much fun the wedding was. A+ across the board.

Dave was referred to us by our photographer and I was not disappointed. He was an excellent DJ and Master of Ceremonies. The music was great, and his facilitation of the event was always sophisticated. At some weddings, the DJ comes off like it is there event. Dave was never like that. He kept our guests entertained while remaining unobtrusive. It was about helping us have a great wedding, and not about Dave. Excellent vendor. Could not recommend highly enough.

Kevin Stallings was the DJ at our wedding and he was wonderful. They are completely flexible to your tastes in music and can come up with the perfect blend of songs in your style to make sure the mood is perfect for the whole event. Kevin did a great job keeping the reception on track and had great advice about how/when to do intros, dances, cake cutting, etc. The dance floor was crowded the entire night! I also have to say that they are classy guys... you don't get the cheesy commentary or any of the corny songs throughout the night. Just a prefect blend of music to keep the guests happy and energy high. Would definitely recommend good times unlimited to anyone looking for a wedding DJ!

If you're looking to have a good time, look no further than Good Times Unlimited. At our wedding, all of the guests just had a grand old time dancing the night away. Kevin knew just the right songs to play to ensure that everyone will enjoy themselves. They don't resort to cheesy gab, and just let the music speak for itself. Kevin was also well aware of everything that was going on, because he had perfect timing with playing "I've Had the Time Of My Life", after our best man poked fun at Dirty Dancing in his toast. It could not have been better.

Dave was absolutely great! He played some obscure songs for us, especially during the ceremony. And he got most of the people on the dance floor! It was perfect! He knew what he was doing and it showed. I was so thankful that we scored him for our wedding! He even made up a game for the guests to get us to kiss because we didn't want people clinking their glasses =]

I've photographed three weddings where Good Times Unlimited has provided the DJ (Dave, Kevin and Matt). The DJs are always on time (you would be surprised how many are late), professional, prepared and most importantly they adapt to the crowd and always keep the dancefloor full.
