Grace Catering

Andrew Wang, the catering Nazi, owns/runs both Grace Catering and Hotel Banquet. He has a really thick Mandarin accent, so I had to have him clarify his statements a lot of the time. He is very good at his trade, he’s known by a lot of different hotels and reception sites for his strict conduct of business and professional execution of services. The bad, he can be viewed as difficult by some because he has his way of doing business. The food was amazing, some of my dad’s fobby Chinese guests couldn’t believe that Andrew brought a real kitchen to the site to cook the food fresh (my dad took them to the cooking site to prove it). Everyone raved about the 10 course Chinese banquet, the food was hot, high quality, and delicious. His prices are really good and I would highly recommend him to anyone based on the food and service at the wedding.

The food was excellent - a Chinese, Korean, Japanese combo. They do buffets & sit downs. For our wedding, they brought 12 courses, rice (which my guests couldn't live without), china, punch, fruits as well as servers and table linen. They set up everything and served.
