Grasso Entertainment

Grasso Entertainment was a complete disaster for our wedding. After we agreed to use Tom Grasso for our DJ services, he keep pushing off our meeting time (we were supposed to listen to singer samples), month after month it was a different excuse. A month before the wedding we still had not picked out a singer and he stopped returning phone calls and emails and did not show up for a planned meeting time. I had to EMAIL him 2 weeks before the wedding to cancel because he did not answer his phone, then he amazingly responded to my email accepting the cancellation and refusing any type of refund. I had to find a replacement with only 2 weeks left, and the worst part was that we had already paid in full and were not entitled to a refund because of the contract terms. We really learned a lesson from this one, don't trust him at all!
