Merri, Merri, Merri. Merri is, without a doubt, the sweetest and most helpful person! From our initial meeting, Merri was so warm, interested, caring and sweet. She made me feel so calm throughout the entire process. On the day of my wedding she showed up with platters of food & drinks for everyone. Not only was she taking care of all of the girls in the bridal suite, but she took multiple trips up to the groom's suite to deliver food, groom's present, put stickers on the bottom of his shoes, etc. Seriously, Merri was the best person to hire for the day of the wedding! Any little thing I needed she took care of so that we could just get ready and relax. I hired Merri for additional hours at night because after our wedding we had an after-party but I didn't know who would be able to take all of our flowers, sign-in board, leftover cake and presents to the hotel. All of our family and friends were guests and I didn't want to ask them to leave to bring this stuff to the hotel for us. Merri showed up with her husband and she told me to go to the after-party and not worry about anything. Later that night when we got back to the hotel ALL of our stuff was in our suite!!!! The presents, flowers, leftover cake, candy, etc etc. I can only imagine how many trips she and her husband took to do all of that for us! We are forever grateful for Merri and I recommend her to everyone!!!!
Merri is one of the nicest, most organized, and most calming people I’ve ever met and she was nothing short of a God send on our wedding day and in the days leading up to it. Our wedding day went as smoothly as it did because of Merri and all that she did for us (in fact, I’m sure I’m not even aware of some of the things she did because she made it her mission to keep me as calm as possible and she was 100% capable of taking care of things without bothering me). We only had her up until the start of the ceremony, but she was with me all morning leading up to the ceremony and, of course, helped us with planning before the wedding day. Prior to meeting with her the first time we had already hired all of our vendors and I thought I had everything under control with planning because I’m always super organized. However, I couldn’t have been more wrong. During the last month or two before the wedding I was emailing her constantly with questions and problems and she was amazing at keeping everything organized, finalizing details with vendors, setting up a day-of timeline for us, answering all of my crazy bride questions, and just keeping me calm. On the morning of the wedding she arrived bright and early and when I showed her my half-finished paddle fan programs (I had run out of double-sided tape the night before and was only able to finish putting together 75 of the 150 I needed), she got right to work with a regular old tape dispenser she had brought with her to finish up my programs while the girls and I ate breakfast and started getting ready. Prior to that, I had just given up on the programs and resigned myself to the fact that half our guests wouldn’t get one, but Merri made it a point to get them done for me and I couldn’t be more grateful. On top of that, she kept everyone on time the entire morning and she did a complete run-through of our ceremony (since we didn’t have a rehearsal the night before) with the wedding party in our ceremony location. I wasn’t at the mini-rehearsal but everyone there said she did an amazing job. I love Merri and am so grateful for all that she did for us and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone in search of a coordinator!
Merri is an amazing wedding coordinator! It was totally worth the $350 to put my mind at ease on the day of the wedding and help me out with anything that came up the day of the wedding. Merri made sure that my schedule stayed on track and assisted with everything, even getting me toothpaste that I had forgotten at home. She is very sweet and professional and I'd highly recommend her.
Merri was one of the best Vendors we had for our wedding on Feb. 4, 2011! From start to finish her professionalism shined! We contacted Merri 2mos. before our wedding and she was a huge help with the last minute details and organization. The day of went so smooth especially with 12 bridesmaids! We highly recommend her!
