Guitar Institute of Technology(GIT) Graduate 1987

Performances include the Tennessee Inaugural Ball in 1998 for Bill Clinton's second inauguration plus TV, radio, studio, night clubs, hotels, private parties, weddings & receptions, arts & crafts fairs, art gallery openings, business functions, etc, etc.

My solo guitar and vocal performance includes contemporary acoustic guitar, traditional classical guitar from Renaissance & Baroque to Spanish romantic, to jazz & jazz fusion plus excellent vocal music including Beatles, Crosby, Stills & Nash, James Taylor to Garth Brookes & Keith Urban plus numerous light romantic tunes, some Spanish ballads and some original music.

Music for me is simply a life-long love and I try very hard to provide a versatile music performance that can be appreciated by most age ranges and musical tastes.

What ceremony music arrangements can you provide?

What is your usual attire?

I am always dressed professionally for all performance events.

Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?

There is an extensive Sample Song List, Music Clips, Bio and Videos at my http://www.gigmasters.com/Guitar/Guitarist-Extrordinaire/ web site.
Many of those Music Clips are from my CD "Dreams".

How much time do you usually need for setup?

45 minutes is usually enough but I always like at least an hour before I start.

How much space do you usually require?

I usually take 1 Nylon String instrument for a Wedding Ceremony plus a compact Mini PA but for a wedding reception or party I usually take 3 guitars and 2 mini PAs. I will need 1 chair with no arms and 1 table for my multi effects unit and power reasonably nearby.

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?

I usually charge $20.00 per hour if I am traveling a long distance from Albuquerque and usually a gasoline charge which I would put into your quote.

Additional Advice

I am always excited to perform for such a special event as a wedding ceremony, wedding reception, cocktail hour or rehearsal dinner. My price always includes our planning session to determine your ceremony music which we can do that at my home or over my speaker phone. I also play around Albuquerque and the surrounding area often and am currently performing at The Sheraton Uptown Hotel every other Friday night from 5:30pm to 8:30pm and on the off Fridays at Cedar Point Grill in Cedar Crest from 6 to 8pm.
