We had a great time! The guests loved being transported from hotel, to ceremony, to reception and back to the hotel @ night. The trolley was also wonderful to have in the wedding photos. Our driver was very thoughtful and sweet. Even the music playing during the ride was well chosen. You will love it!!!

What types of cars do you have in your fleet?

Gulf Coast Destinations uses only quality vehicles. We keep our standards high so that our clients can be guaranteed to receive the service they expect. Specially trained and professionally dressed chauffeurs attend to your needs.
GCD offers Sedans, Limousines, Vans, SUV's, SUV stretches, Minibuses and Motorcoaches.






What (if any) amenities are your vehicles equipped with?

Since all vehicles are different, please call for descriptions.Limousines are stocked with Glasses, Napkins, Ice & Bottled water.

Do you offer any special group discounts for contracting multiple vehicles?

Based upon the number of vehicles and times of use, your event may qualify for a "multi-vehicle" discount.

Is there a minimum amount of rental time that is required?

This depends on the day and time of the rental. Please call to review.

Do you offer more than just pickup and drop-off? If yes, what services?

Charters are a big part of our services. Guests can block a vehicle for multiple hours and they don't have to worry about having a drink in celebration to the event nor do they have to worry about direction or parking issues that can arise.The vehicle stays with you and your guests. No waiting for the vehicle to return.

Do you charge for travel time?

It all depends on the area, please call our office for details. GCD will always try to work with the client and in many cases there "will not" be any travel time costs.

What is your overtime rate?

Any additional time used in vehicle charters is based upon the size of the vehicle. Call for details. We may have a package offer that is all inclusive.

What (if any) associations are you a member of?

At GCD we have members of MPI (Meeting Planners International), ADME (Association of Destination Management Executives) ,as well as members of various Convention and Visitors Bureau's and Chambers.
