Great location - can be decorated to fit your style quite easily. Value is amazing. Great kitchen. Beautiful views. Poor acoustics - easily can get very loud. You can provide all of your own food and beverages. Decent parking. Likely not comfortable for more then 120-140 guests.

Beautiful site for outdoor ceremony. They allow you to bring in your own food and drinks which for us was a big plus. They don't have A/C so it was really hot being that we got married in the beginning of August but our pictures are AMAZING!
We were able to get the Gun River Conservation Club rented for two days so that we could set up the day before the wedding and really enjoy the day. The facility has a river running alongside the courtyard with a gorgeous gazebo, huge open pit outside and a large full service kitchen and dining area on the lower level. The upper level has a stage and fireplace and hard wood floor and is perfect for dancing.

The site is beautiful, easily accessible, has plenty of space for the wedding and reception both indoors and out. It was absolutely perfect!
