Rochelle and her team were simply fabulous! They arrived on time and ready to help us look beautiful for the big day. Each bridesmaid has their own unique look, and Rochelle's team made each of them look gorgeous and natural (no mall bangs or out of control curls!).

As for my hair, Rochelle was able to take a photo from a website and create a similar look that worked well with my hair texture and face shape. It looked the same, if not better, than at the trial. Plus, it didn't require any touch ups for more than 12 hours. For a busy bride, that's priceless!

Speaking of price, Rochelle's work is reasonably priced in an area filled with over-the-top wedding vendor costs. I would definitely recommend her and her team to a bride or bridal party looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth group of women who can make anyone look beautiful.

Rochelle was so calm while my bridal party and I were scampering to get ready. Her kind, even-keel was a very nice addition to the day. Additionally, all of my bridesmaids ended up wanting something very different with their hair, and Rochelle made each of their chosen styles come to life. They looked beautiful, and I felt beautiful. What more could I ask for?

Rochelle gets an absolute recommendation from me! I completely changed my mind on the hairstyle I wanted based on the hairstyle we initially tried and she hit the nail on the head. My bridesmaids, who at times can be ridiculously picky and have extremely different taste, were very happy with the way their hair ended up (even if in the midst of it, my sister's hair was teased to make her look like she belonged in a Dr. Suess book...it made for great blackmail photos).

Rochelle was extremely relaxed and flexible with not only the schedule, but the contract since the number of heads to style changed once or maybe twice after signing the contract. She was timely and confirmed everything a few days before putting me at ease since the email showed up before I had a chance to frantically write one.

She also earned boku bonus points with value. If there were a ten rather than five out of five, she'd have it. I scoured the internet hunting for affordable stylists. Those that didn't post prices usually sent super high estimates after I requested a price list. When her price list ended up in my inbox, I breathed a huge sigh of relief. And after the trial, I basically said "can I sign the contract tonight?"

I think Rochelle Matheson is the best kept secret in bridal hair in Maryland! I was desperate for a hair stylist for my wedding but everyone I seemed to run across either charged outrageous prices ($400+ just for the bride's hair???) or had portfolios that looked like the standard up-do that I could get from any salon. After combing through reviews and looking at portfolios, I found Rochelle's profile on weddingwire.com and immediately reached out to her to based on her fantastic portfolio. Rochelle was amazing to work with, always responsive to emails, arrived on time and was very easygoing and friendly. I requested a half-up do with lots of waves an curls and my hair came out beautifully and held its style all day throughout photos, humidity and dancing. This was especially amazing because my hair is straight permed and I really wasn't sure if it would hold a curl all night but Rochelle pulled it off. To top it all off, she was extremely affordable which is incredible considering how much other stylists wants to gouge potential brides for beautiful wedding hair. Ladies, if you're looking for someone to make your hair look like it's the most special day of your life, look no further!

Rochelle was fantastic! She came to my house initially for the consultation and trial, and I immediately booked her to do my hair, along with 3 flower girls, 1 MOH, and 2 flower girl moms.

She was very responsive to my emails and even replied when she was sick, She was also very reasonably priced, especially for the quality!

The day of, Rochelle met us in the hotel room and did a great job on everyone - we all looked fabulous and I got tons of compliments about both my own hair, as well as the flower girls. It was so mice not to have to go to a salon, and instead, hang out with the girls in the hotel room while we got our hair done. I highly recommend!

Rochelle was so great to work with! She was flexible with me in setting up the trial and meeting with me to figure out what hairstyle I wanted. During the trial she was open to talking with me about what I wanted, giving her opinion, and making adjustments based on my thoughts. All three of the styles she did during the trial were great! On the wedding day, Rochelle met me in one location to do my hair before the wedding and then stopped by the church after the wedding to do touch-ups. I loved my hairstyle and it held up extremely well over 12 hours on my wedding day. Rochelle herself is a great person that I really enjoyed getting to know. I highly recommend her!

She did a trial run 2 months in advance which I loved but my wedding day hair was even better. The hairstyle did hold pretty well for it being a windy day. I would highly recommend her. Rochelle is an extremely talented and professional hairstylist!!! She did my hair for my wedding and three years later when i look through pictures i am still so pleased! Rochelle was great! She traveled all the way to PA for my wedding the night before. She offered herself to do hair trials and we kept making changes until I found the one I liked the best. I even brought pictures of styles I liked and we tried them all. She was very friendly and professional. Everyone was commenting on how beautiful my hair looked that day.

Rochelle did my hair for my wedding and has also done several of my up-do's for other weddings I have been in. My hair is THE straightest hair, and on my wedding day she made my whole head of hair into tight curls that lasted all day. I absolutely loved it, and I'm so glad I chose her to do it. I have never been disappointed with an up-do she has done for me. I always hope that the brides whose weddings I am in choose Rochelle because she can always picture what style I have in mind and she is always able to make me look great!

Rochelle is absolutely amazing! She did my intricate updo for my wedding and it was stunning! I did 2 trial runs with her and she was wonderful and worked with me to create exactly the perfect style. On my wedding day she was there 200% prepared armed with an arsenal of very professional tools and products. She also did all FIVE of my bridesmaids and was so patient and wonderful with all of them and every last one of them was happy when she was done. We looked so beautiful if I don't say so myself! And her prices were VERY reasonable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, experienced, patient, reliable, and TALENTED hairstylist!

If I could give 10 stars, I would, in all categories. Rochelle and Ashley (her assistant) did a fantastic job and powered through 1 bride, 5 bridesmaids, a jr bridesmaid, and 3 mothers the morning of our wedding. All of our hair looked amazing, stayed in throughout the day and night, and they were fun to hang out with before the ceremony. Rochelle even offered to swing by the ceremony afterwards to do any touchups before group pictures (of course none were needed!). Their versatility was also a big plus - big curls for one girl, a braid/updo inspired by Jessica Alba for another, updo for my mom's wirey salt-and-pepper hair, all done to perfection. And the price is WAY better than any salon I called - by a longshot.

She did my mom, my mother-in-law, 4 bridesmaids and my hair with her assistant. Everyone loved their hair. Most of the girls choose to have their hair down and curled. The hair held pretty well for 12+ hours even in gale force winds. I would use her again.

I love taking pictures of beautiful brides, with beautiful hair, and I never doubt that I will have a gorgeous subject when Rochelle is their stylist. She is a joy to work with as well, and I would be honored to work with her again and again.
