We were able to find the perfect cake topper at Hallmark, for a very decent price. The staff didn't seem very friendly though.

We had a small wedding/reception, so it was very easy to go to the store and look thru albums and then ask for help if we needed it. Very easy, very low sales pressure.

Went to hallmark to look at invitations, customer service not the greatest. Answered the questions I asked but did not offer anything additional.
