We blocked several rooms for our out of town guests to stay at while in town for our wedding; we even had some local couples decide to stay there as well because of a shuttle we were able to use after a certain number of room nights being booked (contact the group sales manager to inquire!). All of our guests loved the hotel and it worked out perfectly for them with the shuttle transportation I mentioned. I used our room for the bridesmaids and myself to get ready in the day of the wedding. The staff is very friendly and picking the Hampton Inn/BWI worked out perfectly for what we needed.

Jennifer at the Hampton Inn was great and easy to work with. The Hampton Inn works with our ceremony/reception venue and has a transportation package. We thought it would be great for our guests so they could get to our ceremony/reception from the hotel without having to drive. Given that our wedding was a Friday day, we are very happy we did. The limo bus was great. The hotel was perfect too. My husband and I stayed in one of their suites and it was beyond outstanding. I highly recommend Jennifer and the Hampton Inn. She is organized and true professional and the hotel is clean, and nice for your guests.
The hotel was nice and the large lobby was great for my guests to spend time together. I liked the Internet access in the lobby which allowed us to “check-in” for our honeymoon cruise in advance. The free breakfast is also wonderful. However, some of my guests’ rooms did not have the bags with snacks, etc. that I had brought over to the hotel for them. In addition, my parents and I were supposed to receive a gift, according to the paperwork when I signed up for the room block. We never got this and when asked about it, the employee said that they didn’t do that anymore. Also, when we booked, we considered paying extra for a shuttle to our rehearsal dinner. It turns out they offer a free shuttle to the restaurant and never told us.
