Hannah Smith Events

One of the first things my new husband said to me after the ceremony (aside from, "I love you" and "we did it!") was, "Hiring Hannah was one of the best decisions we made. She's terrific." I could not have agreed more. We hired Hannah as a Day Of Coordinator and she did a fantastic job. We were initially reluctant to hire a coordinator, but we are so glad that we found Hannah.

Hannah was responsive over email and the telephone, providing her expertise all along the way. Once the weekend arrived, she made everything come together smoothly: She was assertive and direct, but also very warm. On our wedding day, she made sure all of the details were executed just right. I sent her a text message that morning with a list of things I knew needed to be done and her response was, "Yes, I will take care of all of this. See you soon." I smiled, relaxed, and really enjoyed the entire day. She did take care of everything and the celebration was wonderful.

It was such a relief and a treat to have someone ensure all the details for our wedding were taken care of so we did not have to during our celebration. Hannah did a really wonderful job and we were grateful to have her help. Thank you, Hannah!

We hired Hannah as our Day Of Coordinator for our March 2012 wedding. We actually hired Hannah over a year ago. I am a control freak, so I knew I wanted to do all the planning myself, but I also knew I wanted someone there the day of the wedding to make my vision come to life. Hannah was the PERFECT person for the job. She is extremely professional and made sure everything ran smoothly. She put mine and my Husband's (!!!!!!) needs before everyone's and made sure we were happy the entire evening. She went above and beyond when she took my sleeping nephew from my sister-in-law and watched him sleep while she ate her dinner! Everyone complemented us on her, and I truly could not have asked for more. She is worth WAY MORE than she charges!

Hannah and Sarah are awesome! We weren't sure whether to hire a wedding coordinator but decided to just a couple months before and so glad we did. Hannah immediately took charge...she and Sarah made sure every detail was covered--from coordinating vendors, space planning, rentals, and more. Hannah had wonderful suggestions/solutions and is a remarkable planner and organizer. She was already booked the day of our wedding so Sarah was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING! She took care of every detail and everything ran so smoothly (or if not, she handled it well because we didn't even know!). Our guests had a wonderful time and my husband and I are so grateful to Hannah and Sarah for making the day so great and stress-free...I highly recommend them!

Of all the people I looked into for my wedding, Hannah was the utmost professional, caring and sweet down to earth person who got the job done right. She had an exquisite taste of how to make my day special and one of a kind, and more importantly one to be remembered. If anyone is looking for someone who has a wonderful and keen eye for detail, Hannah is the right person for you. It's the small things that I never thought of that Hannah was ontop of. She didin't let anything slip through the cracks, and she delivered above and beyond anything we would have ever imagined. Several of our guests even made great observations of the day, and I thank Hannah for that. I will absolutely recommend Hannah for anyone to use. I've said it several times to Hannah, THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH, for doing such a phenomenal job on our special day. Words cannot express my husbands and my gratitude. We will be forever grateful.

Hannah helped us with our wedding long before she officially started her own business. It's no surprise that she chose to do this as a profession, as she is incredibly talented and such a sweetheart. One meeting with her and you will fall in love - she was made for doing weddings and events. With her strong production background and beautiful disposition, class, and personality, I would call Hannah FIRST to do any event I was planning. Hannah deserves my glowing recommendation and highest regards not only because she earned it, but because she deserves it! We love Hannah Smith!

I am so greatful for Hannah. She took care of every last detail of my wedding and then some!. I would highly recommend her to anyone for any event. I was able to enjoy my day because I hired her. She is so sincere and great to work with. My whole family had a great experience with her, including my grandparents. She is very attentive to everyone's needs.

I know nothing about weddings, or planning one at least. I called around and spoke with several people. I chose Hannah because, even over the phone, the feeling I got was she was genuinely interested in my concerns. I did not detect any frustration or irritation with my 'stupid' questions; which is a response I really like.
I wanted to do some planning via email and some planning in person. She was very accommodating and flexible around my crazy work schedule. I also felt self conscious and nervous since I knew little about the workings of a wedding. Hannah made both those sources of anxiety feel a lot less intimidating. She was very comforting and knowledgeable, and helped me determine what to focus on and when. Helpful! Can't thank you enough Hannah.
What I appreciated the most was how she took care of situations that came up. I had expressed that with my anxiety I would not be able to think if anything out of the ordinary came up, and to please help me. And she did, without being asked again! That's amazing to me in this day and age.
I knew I was pleased with my decision to hire Hannah after my family liked her. My pre-wedding fiancé/post wedding husband's mother was happy. WooHoo! My mother was happy-ish. But for her, that's a very good sign.
Anyway, thank you Hannah for helping me. I can't tell you how much I really appreciate everything. My wedding was beautiful!
