I found the Hanover String Quartet to be very easy to work with when planning my ceremony music for the wedding. They responded to my e-mails quickly and answered all my questions. I found them to be reasonably priced compared to other string quartets in the area and they even sent me a CD in the mail so I could listen to their music as well. I strongly reccommend booking this string quartet - they played beautifully and all the guests loved the atmosphere they created before the wedding took place. I would recommend the Hanover String Quartet to anyone, besides sounding great they were very professional, helpful, and responsive in a timely manner.

By far the easiest of all my vendors to work with. They were more affordable than other quartests based our of Baltimore and the ladies were super sweet and dressed appropriately. Finally the week of when I was chasing down my other vendors it was them who checked in with me and that really eased my mind. I felt I could really rely on them which is important on the day of when everything is out of your hands. However if you are having an outdoor wedding you really need to think about providing a space for them out of the weather. They will not play even in moist conditions which is why I gave them a lower star on flexibility. Maybe they need to consider having a small tent that they bring to occassions.

From the time that I contacted HSQ, they made me feel very important. Deb was great to work with. She stayed in touch with me. Asked the right questions to ensure that I was going to have a smooth and nice ceremony. The music they played was very nice and they were very professional.Loved it!!

Everything happened so fast on our wedding day! Unfortunately I did not have a chance to meet the group but they were very flexible with the music for a very long entrance of our bridal party! We were amazed with the beautiful music and it made a wonderful ceremony!

I researched several string quartets for my wedding, and Hanover Strings was the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and best value for your dollar of them all! Before we had even signed the contract, Deb was at the ready to answer all my questions and offer extremely helpful advice. I will never forget slipping on my wedding dress and hearing the most beautiful string music start up in the other room. The Hanover String Quartet performed for our wedding yesterday. They arrived about an hour and a half early, even though they had been to the site before, and performed admirably. I received several comments afterwards from guests complimenting their excellent performance. Their music really set the mood for the ceremony, and I would definitely make use of their services again in the future.

I had the duo perform for my wedding ceremony. I would have loved the quartet, but needed to be level-headed with cost and realize they would be playing for less than one hour. Deb responded to my request and questions immediately and was always prompt at returning my emails. She checked in with me the week of the wedding to make sure we were good to go. Our other vendors had worked with Hanover Strings before and were excited to work with them for our wedding, which was very reassuring.

The Hanover String Quartet was wonderful!! The four talented women played for my ceremony and cocktail hour. From the very beginning, they responded to my emails quickly answering all my questions and making sure they knew all the details they needed to know to make my wedding a fantastic day. The information on song selection they provided was very helpful for me in choosing the music I wanted played, and they were also very helpful in providing advice for song selection when I wasn't sure about certain elements. On the day of my wedding they arrived on time and all my guests commented to me on how wonderful they thought the quartet played. One of the best decisions in my wedding planning was booking the Hanover String Quartet. I recommend them to all current and future brides.

The Hanover String Quartet played for our July 3rd 2011 wedding at the Hershey Gardens and were outstanding! Deb was wonderful and easy to work with and responded to emails immediately. The Hanover String Quartet provided a list of music we could choose from, but also gave us the option of requesting new music as well. Having a Beaty and the Beast themed wedding, we requested the bride's entrance be to "Tale as Old as Time." Also, we are big fans of the movie, "Love Actually" and the groom, as a suprise to the bride, asked the quartet to play "All You Need is Love," as the recessional for the bride and groom. They sounded wonderful and were very accomodating to the requests! We would recommend them over and over again!

Hanover String Quartet is amazing in all aspects! They are highly trained musicians with an enormous repertoire and the music for my wedding ceremony was truly beautiful. Deb was phenomenal with communicating and touching base often, and incredibly fast to respond to emails (within one day max) While planning the wedding, she made me feel so confident and comfortable with the flow of the entire ceremony. The amount of information they provided me with prior to the wedding was fantastic, including a long list of suggested songs and a CD of them playing their most popular wedding songs. We got lots of compliments from guests about our beautiful ceremony music! Highly recommend this quartet!!

I got the Duo to play for our ceremony at our wedding. Deb was always easy to get a hold of responsed quickly to any e-mails. She was very helpful when I need help with songs. And the music was beautiful I won't change a thing. I highly recommend their services.

These ladies are fantastic to work with, and they were the perfect choice for our garden wedding. Their music will give you goosebumps- I think they could play the Chicken Dance and it would sound beautiful. I, personally, did not get to hear any of the music on the day of, but many guests told me how wonderful the music was.

Hanover String Quartet provided the music for my 10/10/10 wedding ceremony, and they couldn't have done better! I even had them do a song that wasn't on there list ("Don't Stop Believing" By Journey) for our recessional. It was awesome! I got a lot of compliments about the group and music. The Hanover String Quartet provided music for my wedding ceremony in the State Capitol Building. They were excellent and the music was perfect for our ceremony. The Hanover String Quartet provided beautiful music for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. It was delightful to have them as part of our day. They do require advanced notice if you want them to play a piece not in their selection. Overall, it was well worth the cost.

I used Hanover for the ceremony and the cocktail hour. They were fantastic. They were even willing to work with my soloist (whom they never met before). This is a four-person string quartet, and they did an amazing job. We hired them to do the pre-service music and processional only, and they are simply exquisite. We received a lot of compliments on how the string music made the ceremony very classy and elegant.The main contact for this group is the first violinist, and she is very easy to work with. Extremely flexible and responsive. The group basically accommodates anything that you want for no additional charge. I was very happy with this group, and I'd highly recommend them for any event.
