Sara was an amazing DOC. It was such a relief to have her there taking care of everything. She handled a huge problem we had with our venue right before the wedding. I don't know what I would have done if she hadn't been there. She prepared every detail, made everything run smoothly throughout the day, communicated with all the vendors, and handled any issues that came up. I didn't have to worry about anything!

Sara was phenomenal! I encountered a horrible week leading up to my wedding, with the death of my SIL and Sara went above and beyond her DOC obligations. She managed to call vendors leading up to my wedding, since I was with family, trying to deal with the death in my family. Sara arrived to the venue, sooner than originally planned to help with set-up and even managed to squeeze in a quick rehearsal right before the ceremony (since I cancelled my rehearsal for my SIL funeral). We also encountered rain and I was having an outdoor ceremony. The ceremony was about to be moved indoors, when there was a break in the clouds and Sara managed to change it back to an outdoor ceremony without problem. She truly was a life-saver and I couldn't imagine my wedding without her.

From the moment I started communication with Sara through e-mail I had a good vibe about her. Meeting her in person solidified the good vibes even more. She is a very cost effective coordinator for the "true" budget bride. I have every confidence that she will help to make my wedding flow nicely.

Once I met Sara, I knew we had definitely had to hire her as our DOC. She's very energetic and you can tell she loves what she does. She did a phenomenal job with our wedding and helped bring our vision to life. Even with the threat of rain our wedding day she stayed calm and go the job done. :-)
