Happy Limo

The limo was great and Eddie was very professional. The prices were also competitive.

We overall had a good experience with Happy Limo. However we did have a problem with one of our limo drivers. I was running late for the bachelorette party pickup at the hotel. We told the maid of Honor to tell the driver we knew were were going to be a half hour late and to go ahead and count us as on the clock because that was the pre-arrange time. Once we arrived he was well tipped in advance by the MOB so that we wouldn't have to worry about it. When he picked up the bridesmaids after the party he complained to them about the time, even though we had arranged for him to pick them up then. He guilted them into giving him another tip by saying he had to clean the limo still and get up early.I would just tell any bride that if you get a grumpy limo driver try to ignore him and don't feel guilty into giving him more then he earns. Overall they were able to accommodate us on the fly for a couple of last minute pickups and drop offs to and from the airport.

Our wedding party was so big that we had to rent a Limo Bus to get everyone to the ceremony and then to the reception. Our driver was very courteous and funny - he even let my brother get on the microphone to give us a "tour" of Orlando when a train blocked our path and we had to take a detour. We were very satisfied with the service that we received. We used Happy Limo to transport 12 of our guests who had to leave our reception somewhat early to get to the airport. Getting it all scheduled and pre-paid was effortless. The driver was there on time and was courteous and helpful to our guests. Transportation to the airport was perfect.

We had a Rolls for the two of us to have some alone time on the wedding day, but that meant we still needed to worry about how our bridal party would get from the ceremony to the reception. Happy Limo had the best price on a stretch Hummer limo. They did a good job and the price was right.

we LOVED our drivers. We had requested a limo for 10 people and to our surprise a hummer limo was there to pick us up! It was awesome.. the whole red carpet treatment and cute little "just married" flags on the top of the car! For our exit transportation we just wanted a black town car. It showed up rather early , and we were running a little late, so I was worried that we would be charged more, however that was not the case. Our driver was awesome (I wish I could remember his name). He kept us laughing the whole way to the hotel. They have the best service for the best price!

I rented a van from Happy Limo to transport the bridal party to the venue. I looked around online and called a few places. Happy Limo fit our needs with budget and they had what we needed. After the initial phone call we were able to communicate via email which was nice for me. Our driver was very help and courteous.

We shopped around for limo companies and found there prices to be the best. They were horrible communicating through e-mail and were difficult to get in touch with on the telephone as well. My MIL sent them the pick-up and drop-off schedule 3 times… once 3 months out, and then twice: 2 weeks before, and 1 week before. Both drivers arrived at our houses and had no clue where we were going… then had no idea where everyone was being dropped off at. The inside of the stretch navigator was dirty, and the radio barely worked, and to top it the air conditioning blew out hot air! Thankfully my girls and I were somewhat comfortable… the stretch Hummer’s tv’s didn’t work nor did the radio. The driver who took us home was not friendly at all… very “unhappy”, and threatened to call the cops on my in-laws when he dropped them off because he wanted an imprint of there credit card since they went over there time. My MIL gave an imprint of her credit card and was on file with the company, so there was no need to have to do this step again. He also had no idea where he was going, and it took him two hours to get all the way out to the Narcoossee Rd from Winter Park! The only reason why I don’t completely fail them is because they got us to the most important places in a timely manner; the church and reception! Needless to say, our experience wasn’t “happy”!

No complaints. They were on time, were friendly and had water cooled and waiting for us to take with us for the day. They upgraded us to the stretch Hummer, which was cool! The limo smelled like smoke, but they had some air freshener and addressed it as soon as we brought it to their attention.

I was not very impressed with the limo service that we had received, but it was not bad either. When we ordered, the package said that we would be going through back roads, the scenic route, however the limo driver hopped on the highway and we were over to the reception in no time. Also when we ordered, the package said that gratuity/service charges were included, however the limo driver asked for his tip after letting us out, and said that this was not included. The website now says gratuity not included, but even so I did not think asking for a tip is appropriate. The limo was nice, though, and we had free soda on the way there.
