OMG, there are not enough words in this world that express the gratitude I have for Kelly and her staff. Kelly was absolutely amazing!! Kelly was invited to stay for the reception but instead of sitting back and relaxing she got up and helped with the program. That was generous of her to do. I love her!! Thank you so much for everything you and your staff had done! Love you all!!

I just wanted to thank you for making our wedding the smoothest and most carefree!  Everything flowed exactly like we had imagined and even better!  Everyone told us to expect things to go not as planned, but I felt everything went as planned.  The service you supplied was exceptional and above all my expectations. I was so impressed when Jessica wanted slippers from her room because her feet were sore during the reception and in five minutes YOU were putting her slippers on her feet and taking her shoes upstairs!  I am not going to lie, I didn't want to pay the money and thought our friends could help us, but you are all so professional and do your jobs extremely well!  There is no way anyone or two people could have done as good or thorough job as you all did!  Our families could enjoy the day, not have to put center pieces or favors out, they could all relax and enjoy the moment!  Thank you very much and we are very happy with the end results of our wedding.  I will be the preacher on why you need "A Perfect Day" at your wedding!

thank you for being such a great coordinator and for being there for us! It definately made the wedding planning and wedding day go by so smoothly. We're so glad we chose A Perfect Day as our wedding coordinators. We couldn't have done it without them. They enabled us to enjoy our special day, even though there was much to be done. So in essence, we got to enjoy our day because they were behind the scenes making sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule. They went along with whatever decisions we made, but were also very helpful when we needed their opinions and expertise. The company name truly says it all, "A Perfect Day"...because that's what they gave us, Our perfect day. words cannot even begin to describe how amazing kelly is. She is the speediest of all speedy emailers, she's always there to help while never making you feel like you are bothering her with your billions of questions--no matter how silly the question. She was there for me answering questions, giving suggestions, and even catching things in contracts that i had missed.

She helped the planning process go as smooth as possible, and the day of the wedding, i had NO stress at all. i didn't have to do anything but enjoy the day. at times i felt like i should be doing something, so i would look for something to do, only to find that someone had already taken care of it. truly amazing and on top of things.

the only thing i was skeptical about was the price. yes, they are a bit pricey, but looking back at everything...it was SO worth it. in fact, my husband (still getting used to that) and i both agree that hiring kelly was one of the best decisions we made.

When we first met with Kelly she asked us to describe our wedding day in three words. We answered simple, elegant/romantic, and fun. Kelly and her team fulfilled all three and more. Kelly assured us that our day would go smoothly as possible and it did. Kelly prepared a very detailed timeline that the APD staff had followed to a T. Kelly and her team took very good care of us and our wedding party. Our families and friends were very impressed at how friendly, professional, and prepared the APD staff were. They took care of everything to the point where all my husband and I had to do was relax and enjoy our special day.
Kelly is always on top of her e-mails and phone calls even late at night. Although we had only hired Kelly for the day of coordination, she was able to answer any questions that we had and gave us much needed suggestions.
I am truly grateful that my husband and I got to work with Kelly, Derek, and the APD staff. We couldn't have asked for more and appreciate all that Kelly and her team had done.
A Perfect Day truly lives up to its name and we highly recommend them for your wedding coordination.

Kelly was a perfect wedding coordinator. The only reason I didn't give A Perfect Day 5 stars is because I only used them for Day of coordination so I can not comment on how they are as full service, all encompassing coordinators. But she works with the utmost professionalism and is extremely helpful. Her services are definitely worth the money. She had great attention to detail and while we only hired her for day of services she sill offered great suggestions for other vendors that we hadn't booked yet. Kelly is very well organized and she allowed us to enjoy our wedding without worrying about execution details (i.e. payment for other vendors, any problems that came up, etc).
