Weddings Hawaii - Kauai Wedding Planner

I had a great experience working with Iben. I am American and my husband is Australian and we are based in Brisbane and our wedding was an outdoor garden ceremony with an indoor/outdoor reception at a different location on the island of Kauai.

Iben is enthusiastic with a good sense of humour and willing to go the extra mile. She is organized, responds quickly to emails and keeps you on a timeline for the decision making which I appreciated with a very busy work schedule leading up to the wedding.

The wedding and reception (Iben coordinated both) were magical - everything I wanted it to be and more and without any hitches. The team of vendors that she works with are very professional and were a joy to work with. Everyone showed up on time and were in place and it went off without a hitch.

Iben was creative when we needed her to be and practical also when required and most importantly she worked well with my mother and husband in the parts they were involved in.

As far a managing to a budget she kept a regular tally of both the budget and the item details as they were added or changed.We personally went a bit outside our budget but that was due to our choices and not due to any lack of detail of costings from Iben. As I found, there is a give and take with a wedding budget splurging in some areas and being more practical in others. Iben's costs and the vendors she works with are reasonable and she is always upfront about what those costs will be.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Iben. She helped us create a magical wedding and reception with very elegant Hawaiian touches. I really enjoyed working with Iben, she is professional, enthusiastic and met and surpassed all of my needs and expectations.
