I cannot put in words how happy I am with our photos. Our e-session was approximately a month before our wedding. We set a date and it ended up sprinkling that day! Hours before we were suppose to start shooting, Jordana called me and offered to move the session to a diff day so we graciously accepted and I'm so glad we did. We moved the session one week and the day was gorgeous. I was very nervous the day of the session because honestly...it's sorta uncomfortable having someone stare at you (even through camera lens) for hours straight. But Jordana got us to relax, kindly directed us, got me to relax when my "picture face" was too much...and snapped away. The pictures from our e-session was everything I wanted and more. I love love love them! Then came the big day. I was so glad we did an e-session because we got to know Jordana a bit better and became more relaxed in front of the camera. The day was a long one and Jordana and her husband, who is her second shooter, were absolutely fantastic! We booked Jordana mainly because she is the sweetest person ever. Her work is of course, great but what makes Jordana stand out above all others though is her personality. When we met Jordana, I knew she would fit right into wedding party on the day of the wedding...she would laugh with us, cry with us...she would be one of us and that she was! And the pictures, they captured the entire day and are simply amazing. There is one shot of us on the balcony of the mansion which is one of the best pictures I've ever seen! The lines, the view, the lighting - everything was perfect in that picture!I would highly recommend Jordana! She is amazing and is one of the nicest people I've ever met! Her and her husband are fantastic people who will only add smiles to your wedding!

As a wedding planner in LA I get to work with a lot of great photographers but working with hazelnut photography is step above the rest! Jordana's professionalism, attention to detail, and lovely demeanor is truly amazing. She not only produces impeccable work but her thoughtfulness with each and every client is something you don't find a lot of in LA. Who I recommend to my clients is of the utmost importance to me and recommending hazelnut photography to all of my brides is a no-brainer! I know with Jordana they are going to have a wonderful experience and the most amazing photographs:)

AMAZING. Jordana is amazing, Chris, her husband, is amazing, the photographs are amazing, I can go on and on!My florist recommended Jordana to me and I'm so glad she did! I started reading her blog and in an instant knew we had to meet her. I set up an appt and from the start we hit it off. We booked her soon after and I'd do it all over again!We had an engagement session, I booked a boudoir session, and we had her all day for the wedding and I have no complaint. I love it all! Jordana was probably one of the best photographers i have ever met (not that i met many) but from all the photographers that we met with during our wedding planning, she was the one that jumped out! Her personality is amazing and she is very professional. We had her do our indian wedding, and it was a first for her, but we knew that she would do an amazing job. From the pictures we have seen so far on her blog, we are confident that our pictures for the album will come out amazing! We had her for our engagement shoot as well and we were thrilled! She is alot of fun to work with and is always prompt on time! Thanks Jordana!!

I just had my engagement session with Jordana and it was unbelievable. I'll probably update this review after the actual wedding, but Jordana was my first vendor that i booked after I booked Paola (Just chic Events) last November. B/c i couldn't get my venue contract til 12 months out from the date, Jordana was more than willing to sign a contract that may have a potential change in date if she was available. She walked me through all the silly questions i had about engagement shoots. suggested an amazing places to have the shoot and really put my picture shy fiance at ease. She is not only an amazingly talented photographer, her personality is so cute and awesome you just want to have a good time with her! SHE's AWESOME!

Jordana is AMAZING. Not only is she a great photographer (which you can see for yourself by scrolling through her website), but she is super friendly and a pleasure to be around - and your photographer is going to be around you ALL DAY, you want someone nice and fun who will put you at ease! She's also completely unobtrusive when she's shooting a wedding. We've all been to weddings where the photographer just stands in the middle of everyone carrying huge amounts of equipment and gets in the way drawing attention to themselves. Well she definitely doesn't do that! And I couldn't believe some of the great shots she still managed to get. We are thrilled with her work (engagement photos, wedding photos, and a wedding album) and I would certainly recommend her to anyone!

Signing with Jordana as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we ever made. Jordana and her husband Chris, the second shooter, were fantastic! They arrived on time to start shooting us getting ready and it was amazing from there. They both have a light and fun attitude and are very personable to work with. We both felt so comfortable with them which helped put our nerves at ease. We laughed with them and shared a great day together. Chris ran the portrait booth which was the biggest hit of our wedding. He kept things so fun and kept people laughing that they kept going back to get a photo or 10 taken! We are so glad we decided to add this to our package. I can't wait to work with Jordana again. I'm already looking at a 1 year anniversary shoot with her. Highly recommend!!!

Update 3/11/10: We have gotten all of our wedding images back as well as our wedding album and photo booth CD. We are so happy with how everything turned out. I can't say enough great things about this whole experience with Jordana. She's the best!

Jordana is AWESOME. She is so easy to work with and we didn't really feel like we were "posing" in front of a camera. She let us be ourselves and was able to capture our special moments without us even knowing! Chris, her husband, is a joy to work with as well and I can see why they got married, they are so perfect for each other! She was VERY responsive and quick to return emails, phone calls, even got us a sneak preview of our pictures within a week! I will definitely be keeping her contact info handy for future photographic needs (baby pictures, anniversaries, etc.). Jordana and Chris are amazing!

Choosing Hazelnut Photography to capture my wedding on film (or memory card, whatever) was one of the best wedding decision I made. Jordana is professional, fun, kind and super talented. She shot our engagement photos, our wedding and a boudoir session, and all of the photos are nothing short of spectacular!!!

I worked with Jordana for a boudoir session taking photos as a gift for my fiance. I found her here on PW and was so jazzed to work with her. From the initial contact, she was so helpful, offered suggestions, and even met me closer to where I lived (even though it put her in 3 hours of traffic) for the shoot. She has an amazing talent and exceeded my highest expectations! I truly believe people are put on this Earth for a reason and hers was to bless others with her amazing photography talent. i dont even remember how i found jordana but all i can say is that i am soooo happy that i did! from the moment we first chatted over email i knew she was going to be our photographer. she had been researching locations for shoots and had just come across my venue and was itching to shoot a wedding there. i think it was fate!
i am beyond impressed by the work that jordana has done. her photographs are truly works of art. I knew her work would be great but they have really exceeded my expectations! she captured so many wonderful moments, colors, feelings and more. in addition, jordana is a pleasure to work with. she responds quickly, was on time and was a so easy to be around on our wedding day. if you are looking for a photographer who is incredibly talented, a joy to be around and very reasonably priced then jordana is your girl.

I was so nervous about taking boudoir pictures. Jordana put me totally at ease. And boy does she know how to work that camera! The pictures are amazing and my husband ADORES them. (He thought he was getting a watch as a wedding gift, HAH!)

Oh and her pricing is so reasonable. Hire her NOW before she books up. She has a big career ahead of her for sure!

Even though I didn't originally have it in my budget, I couldn't resist doing a boudoir session with Jordana as a gift to my future hubby. I was a little nervous just prior to the shoot, but the moment we started, I felt instantly comfortable. She has a true natural talent for capturing special moments and really knows how to make you feel confident and beautiful. Not only will my future hubby love them, but I'll also be able to look back years from now and see what great wedding shape I was in. Jordana is a creative, artistic woman who has a bright future in photography ahead of her!

Jordana was one of my last minute splurges at the very end of my wedding planning. I hired her to shoot the rehearsal dinner because we had relatives coming in from as far as France just to be with us.

Jordana did not disappoint. Her communication is excellent and she showed up and introduced herself to my family and got straight to work. Dear hubby and I were running late so we didn't get there until 40 mins past the start time. Everyone embraced her because of her warm and charming personality! She wasn't intrusive and was just a fly on the wall there to capture moments.

She posted teasers in unbelievable RECORD TIME and dropped the CD in the mail. I loved her work!!!

I wish I hired her to shoot my bridal shower. I'll def hire her to shoot future family portraits, etc. Book her now while she still has dates avail. I know she will book up soon!

Wow!!!I did my TTD shoot with her and I am so happy I did. The pics came out so beautiful and my family and friends have told me that the pics look like a magazine spread. She really outdid herself and I am so happy with the results. My mom wishes we used her for the actual wedding, and I agree. All in all a great photographer, great ideas, artistic, funny, makes you feel at ease, and delivers amazing photos.
