Rev. Willoughby performed our ceremony. He was well organzied and offered a completely customized ceremony at an exceptional price. He was participated in our rehearsal and helped guide the ceremony. I am so grateful we chose Rev. Willoughby. He was nicely groomed and dressed and was respectful of any changes we wanted to implement to make the ceremony our own.

We're so glad we found Rev. Jeff Willoughby and that he was available to conduct our wedding services. We wanted a simple yet meaningful ceremony. He listened to what we wanted and helped us put together exactly what we wanted, and also helped put our minds at ease with all that was going on with the guests and the kids running around. We could not have been happier !

About Heartfelt Unions

I provide customized Wedding Officiant services to you at an affordable price. I will work with you to develop the type of ceremony you would like, and I do my very best to accomodate any spiritual or personal requirements you may have for your big day.

My main goal is to make sure that your moment of union is as heartfelt as the love you already share.

I perform religious and non-religious wedding ceremonies, in traditional and non-traditional styles to suit any couple, as well as civil unions or other such services for members of the LGBT community. I stand firm on my belief that love is love, no matter who shares it, and so I work to make sure that the ceremonies I perform reflect that love no matter what the preference of the partners.

What officiant services do you provide?

Civil Union, Interfaith Ceremony, Non-religious Ceremony, Single Religion Ceremony

What religious affiliations do you serve?

Agnostic, Christian (no denomination), Christian - Baptist, Christian - Episcopalian, Christian - Lutheran, Christian - Methodist, Christian - Orthodox, Christian - Presbyterian, Evangelical

Can you accommodate the hearing impaired?

Are you willing to perform a ceremony at a non-religious site?

Yes. Most of the ceremonies I have officiated have been at non-religious venues.

What is your attire for the ceremony?

This is all at the discretion of the couple. From Formal to casual, and anything in between.

Are you flexible in the wording used throughout the ceremony, including the vows?

Yes. The ceremony should be something that is special to the couple, even if it means more work for me.

Do you allow the couple to write their own vows, if desired?

Yes. In fact, I encourage couples to write their own vows as a way to make the wedding ceremony their own.

Do you have a list of readings pre-selected, from which the couple must choose?

I have a list of suggestions, but the couple may select their own readings from any source, not just from me.

How long are your ceremonies?

As long as the couple wants them to be. From quick and simple to long and formal, I can accommodate any request.

Do you require that premarital counseling be done?

No, but I do recommend it, and I offer that service as well.

Are you willing to perform pre-ceremony rehearsals?

Yes, and the cost of rehearsals is included in my fees.

Do you supply a sound system?

No, but I can recommend an excellent music and sound system provider, as well as other services as they may be needed.
