Everything was great! Reverend Willoughby was really awesome. He worked with us to figure out what we wanted, and was very open and flexible to whatever we suggested.

I cannot say enough abut the service that was provided to my wife and I by Rev Jeff Willoughby. He was responsive, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He made our day feel as special as we could have ever hoped for. The most important qualities that you can hope for in finding an officiant is that they are willing to listen to our ideas, provide their own, and make informed suggestions based on their understanding of your event. This was flawlessly executed by Rev Jeff Willoughby.
Thank you,

He did a wonderful job at taking exactly what I wanted and making a beautiful ceremony. Prime example...I wanted the serenity prayer incorporated and related with marriage and he made the perfect closing prayer which did so. Great job! Would highly recommend!

Rev. Willoughby performed our ceremony. He was well organzied and offered a completely customized ceremony at an exceptional price. He was participated in our rehearsal and helped guide the ceremony. I am so grateful we chose Rev. Willoughby. He was nicely groomed and dressed and was respectful of any changes we wanted to implement to make the ceremony our own.

We're so glad we found Rev. Jeff Willoughby and that he was available to conduct our wedding services. We wanted a simple yet meaningful ceremony. He listened to what we wanted and helped us put together exactly what we wanted, and also helped put our minds at ease with all that was going on with the guests and the kids running around. We could not have been happier !

About Heartfelt Unions
I provide customized Wedding Officiant services to you at an affordable price. I will work with you to develop the type of ceremony you would like, and I do my very best to accomodate any spiritual or personal requirements you may have for your big day.
My main goal is to make sure that your moment of union is as heartfelt as the love you already share.
I perform religious and non-religious wedding ceremonies, in traditional and non-traditional styles to suit any couple, as well as civil unions or other such services for members of the LGBT community. I stand firm on my belief that love is love, no matter who shares it, and so I work to make sure that the ceremonies I perform reflect that love no matter what the preference of the partners.

Service Rates
$150 for a simple, quick ceremony or elopement ceremony (essentially, sign the papers, exchange rings and some simple vows, and it's all over. Usually take about 10 minutes)
$175 for a Traditional Ceremony, using the standard
vows that have held through time. These are the typical wedding types you might see on TV and such. For many, they don't want to fuss with writing a ceremony or vows, but they still want something memorable, and this is the way to do that.
$200 for a Customized Ceremony. For this, I would meet with you to tailor the ceremony to suit your wishes. This could also include writing your own vows, or writing a complete ceremony. Either way, this would be the option I recommend for
anyone who truly wants to make the event unique and spectacular.
$125 for a Vow Renewal Ceremony or any purely ceremonial service like a Commitment Ceremony. While these types of ceremonies hold no legal authority, they are special for
those who ask for them. Vow Renewals come complete with customizing of the ceremony and the re-dedicated vows, etc. Commitment ceremonies are those that I have typically performed for same-sex couples seeking to devote themselves to each other, and the
same customized ceremony is available there as well.

As for additional services and fees:
$25 to attend a Wedding Rehearsal that is scheduled for the same day as the ceremony, no more than 2-hours in advance.
This would be a complete walk through, from processional, through ceremony order, to recessional.
$50 to attend a Wedding Rehearsal that is either more than 2 hours before the ceremony, or scheduled for a different day. This would still be
a complete walk through . . . the price difference is intended to offset the cost of the additional travel.
As an Optional Service, I do offer Pre-Marital Counseling at a cost of $50 per session. This is not required by any means, but
I definitely recommend it to any couple, as it is a way to deepen the connection you share with your soon-to-be spouse. I know that I attended Pre-Marital Counseling before my wife and I had our big day, and I can honestly say that it was a
beautiful experience that helped me come to appreciate my wife all the more.
In regards to Travel, I do not charge for any distance within 50 miles of my location. However, I do charge $1.00 for each mile past the first 50 miles, round-trip, to
offset the cost of gas.
For all services, I do ask that a 25% deposit be submitted in order to reserve the date and the type of service, and the remaining balance would need to be paid by the date of the event. I accept payments in the
forms of cash, check, or money order. If you are paying by check, however, I would ask that the final balance payment be made at least 2 days before the date of the event, just to make sure that the payment clears (it's not that I don't trust
people about their checks . . . I have just run into issues like that before, so I prefer to err on the side of caution there). Make checks or money orders payable to Rev. Jeff Willoughby.
Please feel free to contact me and we will discuss pricing and options. It is my hope that I can help you experience the Heartfelt Union you deserve.
