Heather Kotoks Ceremonies

Heather is incredible! She is inspirational and has beautiful ideas but is not overbearing. She was a HUGE part of my wedding, and still the closest she got to the spotlight was holding it on me! I felt like a princess and everything went smoothly. She wrote my husband's vows and recited them in spanish! When I renew my vows, I know who I'll call!

Aloha everyone my wedding in Maui Hawaii was amazing!! My wonderful minister/planner Heather Kotok did an remarkable job!! I am a horrible procrastinator and I waited till the last minute to do everything..Heather was wonderful. She didn't let me panick and we managed to create a low budget, stress free wedding..I never could have imagined my wedding day to go so smoothly..Everything just fell into place in a blink of an eye..I couldn't believe how little I had to do. On rehearsal day I had no idea what to do but Heather came and organized everyone into their proper positions..It was like clock work on my wedding day. I was so nervous because I wasn't sure if the wedding would go as planned but everything turned out beautifully and I couldn't have imagined it better. Heather had her husband Matais sing which was very romantic and she created an exotic and unique Hawaiin wedding..I recommend Heather highly for both as a planner and minister..You won't be disappointed!

The book was waiting for us and after we got thru our 2 hours of opening mail we looked at it. We all had tears in our eyes it was so beautiful and such a surprise!! Jim told me to email you immediately & thank you!! (You know how that goes....SORRY). We still don't have the video, and haven't gotten any of our pictures printed yet, so that is what I have
showed everyone, and no one can believe how nice it is!! Everyone thinks we paid anfortune to have it made, and when I tell them it was a surprise and totally unexpected, no one can believe that you would do that!! I try to explain that you and your husband are one-of-a-kind and truly such kind souls that I could not have picked anyone better to have arranged and officiated our ceremony!! (If you ever need a reference--send them my way!!) We actually just got the boxes we shipped from
Maui today (the post office did not explain how long it would take until we had filled everything out and paid, and we had a plane to catch) so Amanda and I just got our dresses and the conch shell--it made it in one piece!!

Thank you again for EVERYTHING--especially for the book!. I can't begin to explain how much it means to us and what a treasure it will be for Amanda many years from now!! Bless you, and I hope everything with you is well!!

My wedding was more than I ever imagined! I can't thank you enough! Everything was perfect, right down to my niece providing wailing baby cry music haha. Seriously, we all had so much fun!
