Heather was such a pleasure to work with. Paul and I first hired her for our engagement shoot, almost two years before our actual wedding! She has such great artistic style and vision. We have only seen about 10 of our wedding photos so far, but they are amazing and we can't wait to see the rest! We couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day. If you want timeless, breath taking candid photos, than Heather is the way to go. You will not be disappointed.

What a wonderful early Christmas present we got this morning as we were able to spend hours looking through our wedding photos. I could hardly wait to see them and now that they are here I don't know how I am going to be a good house guest as I am sure that I will be sneaking away to the computer for a few more hours! Besides for the two of us picking each other as husband and wife, picking our wedding photographer was the second most important thing to us because we wanted someone who would be able to capture exactly how we felt about eachother and how everyone else saw our love. Heather was wonderful! She personally called, and emailed me numerous times throughout my wedding process, she gave me advice, suggestions and calmed me like no other vendor! Her work is stunning! In planning our wedding, photography was one of the most important aspects to me, I knew the day would go by in a blur, we had elected not to have a videographer, and I, myself, am an avid enthusiast of beautiful photography - so an exceptional partner to cover this critical detail was a must.

As such, I had spoken with over 20 photographers when I finally came across Heather Parker - I LOVED her editorial / photo-journalistic style and her rates seemed reasonable in comparison to other photographers I'd interviewed.

From day one, Heather was attentive, professional, insightful, and passionate about her work and our wedding. She went above and beyond for us at every turn - from an engagement shoot in Chicago (where we were living at the time, though scheduling our wedding in my hometown of Boston), to proactively joining us for our walk-through at the venue and snapping a few pictures for me to reference while I planned the wedding from afar, to reminding me to eat during the reception. During the ceremony Heather even managed to get pictures of me walking down the aisle and then ran all the way around the church to the side to capture a photo of my father lifting my veil - without even the slightest disturbance... I'm still trying to figure out how she did that! She did the work of three photographers and made it all look so easy!

Heather provided us with our wedding pictures promptly on schedule (within 8 weeks of the wedding) - in Black & White and color, on DVD, with no watermarks; a service that I have come to understand is rare - (Many photographers retain the pictures for 6 months to a year before handing them over to the clients, forcing the newlyweds to purchase images from a third party site in the meantime).

Heather does all of these things because she genuinely loves what she does and is exceptionally good at it. I don't think a better combination of talent exists and I couldn't have dreamed of a better partner to capture the most important day of our lives - so, seriously - stop searching, meet with Heather, and if her photographic style is right for you - trust that she will capture every aspect of your event flawlessly and exceed your expectations at...

We loved working with Heather, from our engagement shoot to the wedding day photos. Heather was so easy to work with both in the time leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. She made great suggestions about what to have ready to photograph, where to take pictures for various points during the day, and what sort of things to consider in making wedding decisions. She even made some great suggestions for dealing with other vendors. Heather was responsive over email and phone, and she was very communicative in the days leading up to the wedding, which made me feel more confident. The photos came our amazing! We loved all of them, and Heather was able to capture perfectly both the standard photos we expected to see and the unstaged/unexpected photos that depict the day so well. She was able to capture special moments and unguarded expressions throughout the wedding, and we cannot wait to start putting albums together to display all the beautiful photos!!

I love Heather!!! She gave us exactly the photos we wanted to preserve our memory of our wedding. She was so professional and helped us find other wonderful vendors that helped make our wedding a success. I was planning the wedding from abroad and she was extremely flexible in having Skype meetings. Without Heather we would not have had the first class wedding team that pulled off our big day without a hitch!! I couldn't recommend Heather more!

We loved working with Heather! Heather did both our engagement pictures and photographed our wedding. Both sets of photographs were amazing. Heather is very easy going and came up with lots of great ideas for shots throughout the wedding day. The photographs are even going to appear on Style Me Pretty!

my fiancé and I had a "Yelp wedding" (found a lot of our vendors on Yelp), and Heather was an amazing find! Her price can't be beat and she provides clients with full-size non-watermarked images, which is rare in wedding photography these days. She shot our wedding on May 30th in Harvard Suare, and working with her was a breeze: she came to my apartment to take photos of me getting ready, while the second photographer she brought with her went to my husband's hotel room to capture him getting ready with his groomsmen. I love seeing those photos of moments before we even saw each other!

We combined Hindu and Christian traditions in our ceremony, and she took shot after shot of my henna, all the saris, clothes and food so that we can relive our wedding through the details that are hard to remember once the day flies by.

For engagement photos and wedding photos, I highly recommend hiring Heather!
