I haven't even had my wedding yet, however, I contacted this company and was very interested in their services. They sent me back an email (mind you, it was through their phone, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL), saying they would get back to me beacuse they were on their way to another event. So I patiently waited for about three days, nothing. So I emailed them back and they asked for my number and a good time to contact me. They did end up calling and we set up a taste testing appointment. They assured that they would come to me (in McGraw, NY) and that it was completely free. Which was music to me ears. However the day came when they were supposed to come for the taste testing, and they never showed up or never called! I tried calling them, but the only number I had for them was a landline and the second number that is on the site isn't in service. My family and I waited around for TWO HOURS for them. This was four days ago, and I still have not heard from them even after calling and emailing them. I DO NOT reccommend them at ALL!

Since this was my first time dealing with a caterer, I guess I was disillusioned by the initial cost compared to what the actual cost ended up being. I was impressed with the sound of the menu, but the food was just ok. We had shrimp cocktail (fishy), fruit and veggie appetizers while pics taken (very skimpy), prime rib (well done, asked for medium), cornish game hen (dry), pasta in vodka sauce (good), mushroom rice (no flavor), chef salad (salad is salad), garlic smashed potatoes (good), rolls and italian wedding cookies (good). This included fountain soda, ice tea, lemonade and coffee, which turned out to be a bunch of 2 liters put out. We paid $125 for a bartender who was the wife/owner, who sometimes was getting drinks, but most of the time my brother ended up doing it. Their price of $19.99 a person, does not include plates, glasses, silverware, napkins, tablecloths, etc.. That is all extra. For red napkins, it cost even more. They also charge the same amount for our vegan guests who got pasta primavera and my two little nephews who got chicken nuggets! So I paid over $30 a plate for chicken nuggets! Tracy and John seem nice in person and were helpful the day of the wedding, but I can't help but feel like I got screwed. I paid a lot more than I should have. Plus their staff came around looking for tips after gratuity was already included in what we paid! Plus, they wouldn't give us a refund for what we paid over the number of guests we had. I was pretty disappointed overall. I guess I should have taken a cue from all their misspellings on their website.
