My wedding invitations were one of my most favorite elements of my wedding, second only maybe to my dress. Our invitations actually ended up inspiring the style of most of the other details. The quality of the card stock is excellent. The choices in design ranged from traditional to more contemporary and edgy. Although they cost more than some other websites, I think it was totally worth it. I especially love the full color return address labels for the RSVP envelopes.

My husband owns a design firm and it was more affordable to send a custom logo to hello lucky and have them create the wedding invitations, RSVP, and announcements than for us to have them created and printed. They sent us extra envelopes, we got wonderful proofs back, and our rep there took plenty of time with us to make sure we got what we wanted. We took an existing design and changed it to fit our needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My wife and I browsed FOREVER trying to find invitations that were cute, but not too cute. Formal, but not too formal. Hello!Lucky was a Godsend! When we placed the order they were fast to review it, send us the proof, and get it sent out. They were great when we ordered placecards a month later (three weeks before the wedding!) and got those out to us very quickly! The one con was when the invitations were shipped to us, the labels for the RSVP envelopes were for someone else's invitations. But when we alerted them of the problem, they sent us the correct ones overnight with no extra charge. All in all, I would definitely recommend them to a friend, and I'm definitely keeping them in mind for eventual birth announcements!

Invitations were just as I wanted - the choices of designs, colors and schemes are unlike anywhere else and I was able to find what fit our theme. I am a paper snob and they really impressed me!

My invitations were beautiful. I searched for what seemed like forever before finding the perfect invitation on the Hello!Lucky website. Creating the invitations was fast and easy and the standard paper was so much nicer than the samples I received from other places. When my invitations arrived, I noticed that there had been an error when printing them (a border was covering up a line of text) and after a quick 5 minute phone call, was assured that it would be corrected and replacements sent out the next day. I received the replacement cards in just a few days and it was great to know what awesome customer service they still had, even though they are an online vendor in California and I am in Virginia. Overall, I was very satisfied with Hello!Lucky!

I was really happy with this company and my custom save-the-dates and invitations. Everything was completely customizable, and even if things don't look 100% right in the preview, they do a good job of making it look right when they send the final digital proof. I thought it was a great value for the end product.

We were very please with Hello Lucky. We ordered samples, then Save the Dates, then Invitations, Reply Cards, Information Cards and Thank You notes. The quality of paper and printing is great! Lia was very easy to work with and was super helpful when we realized they had sent the wrong size envelopes for the Thank you notes. She had the correct size over nighted to us! I bought the Las Vegas invitations by Hello!Lucky and absolutely loved them! They were just about the only Vegas invitation I could find that wasn’t super corny or black & red. I couldn’t be happier by the invitations themselves! They were beautiful, simple, and classic. My only concern with them is that they were pretty pricy and you had to purchase them in groups, with the lowest amount being 25. Also, the only colors they had them in were a fuchsia, purple, and blue (which I picked) or a brown and orange one. It would have been fantastic if I could have picked my wedding colors as the ones! But I would recommend them to anyone! I had to order some additional invitations and they were so incredibly helpful over the phone as well. I mean it when I say I could be happier with the invitation, I just wish they were a little less pricey.

I spent days searching invitation sites looking for the perfect stationary suite for our wedding, but nothing was right. Finally I stumbled upon Hello!Lucky, found my invitations, and fell in love. I was desperate for the entire suite, from the save-the-dates to the thank you card, which required me to do some rearranging in my budget, but it was worth it. The day after we placed our initial order, Hello!Lucky announced a sale. It only took a short call with Hello!Lucky to get the sale applied to our order and the difference refunded. We placed several orders, and each person with whom we worked was so helpful. When we selected a place card from a different stationary suite, our rep pointed it out, to ensure it was not a mistake, before placing the order.Everything we ordered from Hello!Lucky was so beautiful and perfectly set the tone for our perfect day. We received so many compliments on our invitations. (I didn’t know anyone ever complimented invitations…) I’m thrilled that the first impression for our wedding was set by Hello!Lucky.

Hello!Lucky created the invitations for my wedding in Berkeley in October, 2010. It was a pleasure working with them, and I couldn't be happier with how the invitations came out. We were able to visit the studio to look at the different designs in person, and we worked with the extremely patient and kind sales representative to pick out the design we like best and custom colors to match our color scheme. Once the invitations were ordered, everything went very smoothly and right on schedule, if not faster. We were so pleased with the invitations that we even went back and ordered our table numbers to match. Great experience and great customer service!!

Having a wedding where 80% of the guests were traveling, I really wanted to make the invitations fun and easy to read. Hello!Lucky made the fun part easy, as their San Francisco (and all other city-themed invites) are incredibly cute and unique! From the invitation itself to the RSVP card and return labels, our invitations matched our personalities to a T!But the one downside, which was sort of major, was that the text that looked crisp in the online proof for our details insert instead looked wobbly and thin when printed out, mainly b/c the paper used has a texture that can't come across online. This texture absorbed the thin font and made it really, really hard to read. Luckily (pun sort of intended), we had a wedding website that helped re-convey all of the important details.

When my daughter planned her wedding, she was very impressed with the product this company offered, but the website was not user friendly as her design work would be lost and she would have to start over. When the save the date cards arrived the information was incorrect and had to be reordered. Five months after the wedding we received a call from Hello Lucky telling us that the company had discovered that we were never billed for their services and that they would be charging the bride's credit card NOW....The amount in question doesn't seem to match the original costs. We are totally confused. Very unprofessional way of doing business in my opinion...Too bad their product is so highly desirable.

I love love love the Hello!Lucky product, and we used the company for our Save the Dates and wedding invitation suite. Unfortunately during the many interactions we had with Hello!Lucky as a result, we received consistently poor service. To name only a couple of the issues we had: One of our orders took an outrageously long time to be finished, and then it was shipped to the wrong address (billing address vice mailing address). Then to add insult to injury, they had completely omitted part of the design and so the cards had to be redone and then reshipped to the correct address. All of this meant that we weren't able to get our Save the Dates out until about a month later than we had planned. As if this weren't enough, the company left me a message last week (about a year after our order was placed back in Feb 2010...) to tell me that they just discovered that they hadn't charged me for part of my order (!!what??!!) and that they were charging my credit card to the tune of $600. Then, they charged my card without ever speaking to me in person, after only leaving a message! I was about to close that bank account (ummm, when people get married they do tend to consolidate accounts, etc), and am only glad that I had $600 still in there and didn't have a overdraft charge on top of all of the hassle I've had with Hello!Lucky. I still have no idea what the $600 is for and how they suddenly discovered it a year later...Unfortunately, I can't recommend Hello!Lucky. There are a lot of other great companies out there and I wouldn't go through all of this hassle again.

My fiance and I just received our Save the Dates from Hello Lucky, and we are absolutely thrilled with how beautiful they are. I live in Washington D.C., so the entire communication was via email and went very smoothly. Their staff was very helpful and responsive. And we can't stop gushing over how unique and gorgeous our Save the Dates are!!

Hello!Lucky has beautiful products, reasonable prices and a very attentive and helpful staff- what more could you ask for? I chose the digital Medjool invitation suite in custom colors and could not be happier with the end results.

Everyone thought that our invitations were very cute and unique! We love to bird-watch and our invitations from Hello!Lucky had birds sitting on branches. It really fit well with our theme and we thought that they were fresh and modern looking while still being very elegant.

I LOVED our invites from Hello!Lucky! They looked a lot more luxe than the price tag would have you believe, since they print all of their invites on letterpress paper, even if you just go with the digital print option. They were very accommodating in customizing the colors of our invites to our wedding colors, and they turned out so beautifully.Word to the wise: Hello!Lucky and Paper Source appear to use the same paper supplier, so if you're looking for paper elements to coordinate with your invites (say, if you're looking to DIY your envelope liners or belly bands, like we did), the colors are an exact match. We were able to dress up the already gorgeous invites even more with a few supplies from Paper Source!

Lovely designs, quality paper. They lost my initial sample order which really slowed me down. When it failed to arrive after 14 days, I emailed and they did send additional samples promptly with no apologies. Everything was at the very far end of the estimated time so be sure to factor that in. Maybe my order would have received better service if it was larger, but the product was lovely anyway!

I ordered place cards, menu's, invitations, table numbers and detail cards from hello lucky that matched the template I used for our website from wedding wire. I loved that I was able to have a consistant theme across the board and for a very reasonable price. I really wanted letterpress, but I don't have a letterpress everywhere budget so the option of letterpress a digital on all designs allowed me to have a letterpress invite, but then save on the other pieces by going digital. They usually offer a discount with at least one magazine or website at all times so google Hello Lucky discount codes to save yourself a few dollars.

Hello!Lucky has an amazing selection of modern, whimsical, classic and artsy invitations. They offer most of their invitations in both letterpress and flat print which helps if you're looking to cut costs. The invitations are easily personalized, and contain a lot of creative details that I haven't found elsewhere (our return address for the RSVP cards was a sticky label that wrapped partway around the envelope). The consultants are very easy to work with, and always respond to emails or phone calls within 12-24 hours (which in the wedding world is amazing!). I fully endorse this invitation company.

Hello lucky ! was so helpful and friendly, service was very personal even though it's all done online, it doesn't feel like you're just ordering off a website. Everything turned out beautiful and i got so many compliments on the invitations. Being able to print digitally on the same paper as letterpress is a wonderful way to cut cost without sacrificing the look and feel of nice invitations.

My wedding invitations, placecards and thank you cards all were designed by Hello Lucky. The color and specifications I wanted turned out perfectly. The colors were better in person than on the computer proofs. They looked much more expensive than what they were. I wouldn't change a thing. The turnaround time from the start of the process was also very fast. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We love our invitations, and working with Hello!Lucky was so easy. We worked with Corie and Lia on our invitations and they were both excellent. Their responses were quick, and they were super helpful and friendly. I just received my invitations from Hello Lucky, and they are gorgeous. I got 200 of the London themed invites (thermography printed), 200 rsvp cards, 200 information cards (printing on both sides), and 20 extra envelopes. The customer service was amazing. I needed quite a few adjustments made to the design to suit what I wanted, and they were happy to make all those changes. And every time I called to ask a question the reps were extremely helpful and always had the greatest attitudes. They followed up with me about all the stages of my order, and when there was a problem with my credit card they handled it so professionally. I'm definitely going to use this fantastic company again, and i can't wait for all of our guests to see our beautiful invitations that I didn't have to break the bank to buy!

Hello!Lucky did my invitations and menu cards. Their customer service staff were great to work with, knowledgeable about all of their products/printing, and extremely responsive to e-mail inquiries. My letterpress invitation suite came out beautifully and was excellent quality. There was a flaw in the printing on the reply envelopes (which was obvious and I thought should have caught it before they were sent out), however when I contacted them about the issue they were very good about it and sent me replacements, express delivery with no hassle and at no charge. They are pricey but reasonable in comparison to other letterpress invitations that I researched.

Hello Lucky is a small shop of 14 people. Everyone on the team is involved with design and production. They can get busy at times (with letterpress, you can only print one color at a time) so don't treat them like Kinko's. These are highly creative people who love inspiring others.

Hello Lucky! did an amazing job with my invitations. They were so beautiful and elegant and everyone complimented me on them. They have a wide variety of options for design and will custom make just about anything. I also did all my day of paper stuff and I loved how the fan programs, menu cards, escort/placecards, signs all turned out. They were very flexible on working with me on the design. My only suggestion is to let them know in advance as it generally takes a few days longer than estimated to turn the projects around. It was probably my own fault because I was on a tight time frame. But I am so happy with how everything turned out - that was my only minor issue!

I won an online contest giving me 50 free digitally printed invitations and RSVP cards. I worked with Lia when I placed my order online. She was very plesant to work with and accomodating when I wanted to change the color on the invitations to match my wedding colors. I was told I could have as many proofs of the design as I wanted, however, the first two proofs were free, after that it cost $10/proof.HelloLucky! was easy to work with and I received my invitations quickly in the mail after finalizing and approving the final proof. The quality of the invitations blew me away. They were absolutley stunning. I highly sugest getting the digitally printed invititations. The quality is impecable. I still recieve compliments on how beautiful my invitations were. If I hadn't won the invites for free, I still would have chosen to purchase them as they were just stunning. We just finished our invitations with Hello!Lucky and I cannot rave about them enough. We are having a wedding in Mexico and I was able to create almost a completly custom invitation suit for their online template prices. They have hundreds of invitations that are not posted online which if you can visit their shop, you have the ability to sift through and use. I picked out a previous custom job they did and just changed the color scheme which resulted in the most chic, elegant and exotic invitations! They were also fabulous with money saving ideas and helping me create the invitations of my dreams at a totally affordable price.

I am so glad I decided to stop into the Hello! Lucky store on a trip to San Francisco. It is amazing! I met with Sabrina, one of the owners. She asked me a few questions and then everything she pulled for me was great. She showed me the right amount of choices without overwhelming me and really seemed to understand my style. She was SO patient and helpful. She answered countless questions during our meeting and by e-mail after. You can definitely order without going into the store but I ended up falling in love with a design in person that I had overlooked online (L'Oiseau). I am using them for my thank yous (just got them) and day of stationary as well.

Beautiful invitations and very unique. The ladies over the phone are so nice and helpful and are ready to send as many samples as you may need, at no extra cost! They help you to find the exact colors you want when you don't see that one you want on their website.

I can only say great things about Hello Lucky!, which might seem obvious with the 5 stars and all, but really they were amazing. When I say "they" I should probably just say Lia, because she was the one that took my calls more than once a day, for about 3 weeks!! And did she ever sound sick and tired of me? No. When I needed samples she sent them, when I needed advice she had it, and when I really just needed her opinion she gave it to me. We decided to use our own artwork for our wedding invitations, so we were using Hello Lucky! for printing, but there were many times I wondered why I hadn't just used one of their amazing designs! Actually if they had included a "Visit Chicago" in their city Lab Partners series I probably would have. I should also mention that I completely over shot my numbers initially, and though Lia had already put in the order, and I had approved it, she still changed it for me without any penalty. A mistake that almost cost me $600!! Thanks to Lia, I was saved from this costly almost mishap.The Invites, RSVPs, and Envelopes looked incredible when I got them, and I felt like a kid on Christmas. They even sent the Envelopes to my calligrapher and saved me the trouble of having them shipped to me in LA, just to have them shipped to NY, and back again. I've already gotten so many compliments from my friends and family on them.What else can I say? I feel like I was taken care of, and the end product was well worth a big smile, and a sigh from me. I'd be surprised if Lia didn't memorize my phone number in the mean time. I love Hello Lucky!

I knew I wanted letterpress. I searched the web and city (NY) high and low for a vendor I felt great about and that I believed would represent our style well. Then my friend sent me a link to HelloLucky! I fell in love with their oak tree invite and their staff was so helpful in turning that pattern in to our perfect invite and rsvp.

Hello! Lucky was the answer to my "bridal prayers"! We got engaged in April 2007 and knew that we wanted a summer wedding, so August 2008 it was! Having this much time to plan was good and bad at the same time. I had time to enjoy the engagement but yet I procrastinated on some of my planning until the last minute. During my 6 months of procrastination I had looked at EVERY save the date and invite imaginable. Because our invites set the mood and expectation of the nuptials and celebration, I just needed them to be PERFECT!

I had discovered my "PERFECT" invites at Hello Lucky in the 1st week of researching invites, but continued to look because I was curious what else was out there. If only I knew then what I know now about planning a wedding...your 1st choice is most often the BEST choice! Once I called them to discuss the options, I knew I had made the right choice. They were so helpful with choosing the size, format, proper wording, color coordination and above ALL they were genuinely happy to play an important role in the planning of your special day!

I chose to do my save-the-date and invites (which included RSVP postcards, directions cards) with them. I had 220 invites and felt like the quality was much greater than the price I paid. To this day (4 months later), it is STILL my FAVORITE detail of my wedding!

Now I can't wait to use them when I have babies!

That said, I can't think of better friends to have in the invitation/card/letterpress business. Their artistic work is incredible and they're very responsive, patient, gracious and easy to work with. Eunice is particularly good at translating a less than coherent description of "this is what I want" into an elegant invitation. In fact, I've been known to brag about them: "Hello Lucky? One word of advice: If you need hand holding, custom invitations or cards make sure to work with one of the women who own/run the shop. Initially I tried working with one of the women who does sales for them and was a bit disappointed. A friend suggested that I speak with the creative director - She took great care of me and exceeded my expectations.

Hello Lucky custom designed an entire wedding package including save the dates, invitations, directions cards, welcome notes and more for our wedding. They listened intently to our vision for the design and really made it come to life even better than we could have imagined. Everyone who saw the designs absolutely loved them and were so impressed with their work. They were amazing to work with - professional, patient, prompt, responsive, caring. We used Hello!Lucky for our Save the Date Cards, Invitations and Thank You Notes. Everything they printed was beautiful and perfect. Our invitations were very unique in design. We have always liked the vintage look. The lady we spoke with on the phone was very professional and, helped us narrow it down between the “flatprinted” and the “letterpress” designs. The cost to have all invitations printed and delivered was not too terribly high. We received them in a timely manner. We plan to use them again in the near future.

Choosing invitations was one of those things that I was SUPER keen on doing for the wedding... Even if my family and husband didn't quite understand why anyone would spend so much on paper! But I have a deep appreciation of stationery... as do the girls at Hello! Lucky! I had the best time working with them. They custom-created something for me based on a template they have and were SO patient throughout my 15 proofs (yes, 15). The lovely ladies at HL were so friendly, helpful, and quick in their turnaround time that designing a stationery suite couldn't have been easier. Indeed, their efficiency left me with plenty of time to dream up new elements! They were so sweet that they even allowed me to stop by (this was at their old headquarters, which wasn't really equipped for visitors) and gave me a tour of their studio and its breathtaking letterpresses. It was quite a memorable experience!

In the end, Hello!Lucky designed our save-the-dates, all of the elements of our invitation suite (including the matching stamps), our favor tags, seating chart, programs, bottled water labels, dance floor gobo, and various signage for the event (guestbook inserts, specialty drink signs, etc.). Everything arrived promptly in beautiful yet sturdy Hello!Lucky packaging, so that all of the elements remained in pristine condition during transit. It was like Christmas each time a new shipment arrived!

If you're on the fence about letterpress, you should absolutely go for it. Frankly, there is no substitute for the exquisite, lasting impression it makes. When, if not now, will you be able splurge on gorgeous stationery? It may be somewhat decadent, but letterpress is worth the price. It will set the tone for your event like no other element. Can Hello Lucky's line of letter press stationary and cards be any cuter? I'm talking fluffy kittens and baby bunnies cute. Very retro and modern, my fiance and I immediately selected the "Sweethearts" line for our saved the dates and wedding invitations. The company is flexible in rearranging and changing icons and fonts. Their cards, while pricey, really make a statement and stands out from the cookie cutter wedding invitations available. One warning though, letter press takes at least a month to print, so order well in advance!

I have been a huge fan of Hello Lucky for years! Their designs are absolutely gorgeous... I especially love the cherry blossom design featured in Martha Stewart awhile ago. Hello Lucky is hands down one of the best resources for wedding invitations. If I got married again I would definitely look to Hello Lucky for my invitations!

If you want custom, unique and top-quality wedding stationary, defintiely use Hello Lucky! They were so easy to work with, and our invitations were absolutely perfect. They totally set the tone for the entire wedding right off the bat with the Save the Dates. We got TONS of compliments on all of our wedding stationary. They are a little bit pricey, but I can tell you that the extra money spent was definitely worth the one of the kind stationary and service we received.

The dynamic duo - Sabrina and Eunice - created the most amazing desing for me to fit with my enchanted forest theme at the Green Room. The design was exactly what I wanted! Hello! Lucky designed absolutely gorgeous invitations for a winter wedding ceremony, and then we had to cancel the wedding and they were totally understanding and wonderful about it. Then, when we set another date only three months out for a casual summer wedding, Hello!Lucky quickly designed a new fabulous invitation and were able to get it printed in time.Hello!Lucky responded quickly to all of my emails, sent multiple options for my husband and I to review (we paid for a custom design), and gave great advice on where to cut costs. I will use them in the future for birth announcements, etc....

We used Hello Lucky for our invitations. We ordered online and everything went very smoothly. The prices are decent for this service but the quality of the invitations were phenomenal. We had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anybody.

Great letter press and design.. they did a great job for my client who had her wedding in Mexico last September, and they did the wedding programs on fans (very practical and still a keepsake.) I like their modern approach to design.
