Greg did a great job with our cake & favors, we had him jar up cake with frosting to be handed out as favors and he did a great job. The cake was fabulous!! He listened to what we said and followed the plan to a "T". Thank you so much for helping make our day a huge success!

Greg did an amazing job on our cake. My mother and I went to his house for a tasting and thought everything was wonderful. I briefly described what I had in mind and the day of the wedding, he produced exactly what I was looking for. It was beautifully decorated and the cake tasted great. I would highly recommend to everyone!

Greg did such an amazing job on our 4 tier wedding cake. The cake was exactly what I envisioned. So many people commented on how they don't usually like wedding cake but they loved ours so much they even went up for seconds. My very favorite touch was how I happened to mentioned my fiance used a leopard gecko to propose and Gary made a groom gecko and bride gecko out of marzipan for our topper. Very creative!

Greg & Loralee were wonderful to work with. Their experience and small business style was perfect for us. Greg's attention to detail and knowledge to guide us in the right direction on the cake was wonderful. The 'big time' cake shops in NH better watch out, because Hemlocks cakes taste better and look just as good if not better! I can't wait for our one year anniversary so we can have the top :) We'll definitely be keeping them in mind for future special occassion cakes and will always recommend Hemlocks.

About Hemlocks Confections

Hemlocks Confections is a small business focused on specialty cakes and chocolates. Being a small business Hemlocks can give personalized service that is not always available from larger operations. Hemlocks is owned by LauraLee Worthen, with her husband Greg serving as Pastry Chef. Both have extensive culinary backgrounds and each brings a unique strength to Hemlocks. Since starting out, the business motto of “Flavor First” has served well, as the vast majority of orders received are by word of mouth. Professionalism, love of the baking trade, and a through understanding of baking, are some of the strengths that have given Hemlocks its present reputation.

Yes. For weddings in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire $25.00 for weddings of less than 150 people. Weddings of more than 150 people there is no delivery set up fee.
