Henrietta Poodlestones has amazing flavors to choose from and Sandy really thinks outside the box when it comes to design. She delivered early and handled the day with class. If you're looking for an "Ace of Cakes" type mentality then she's your gal in L.A. She's not afraid of a challenge and will give you your money's worth. Our guests loved the flavors of both our wedding cake and our chocolate groom's cake...yum!
About Henrietta Poodlestones Bakeshop
Welcome! Henrietta Poodlestones Bake Shop is the creation of Sandra Mallut a former mortgage broker that changed her life to do her passion which is baking and cake creation! The name came from a character that Sandra’s
grandfather created from stories told to her as a child and now she honors him with naming the company and her passion after that childhood memory. Sandra graudated from California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena with a Le Cordon Bleu Diploma
in Pastry and Baking. At Henrietta Poodlestones we offer custom wedding cakes and specialty cakes for all events and offer local delivery and set up. Custom work can consist of gum paste sugar flowers and fondant decorations, to fresh
flowers and ribbons, to fresh fruits or marzipan fruits and decorations, jewels, custom items from clients, color air brushing, butter cream flowers and decorations you name it we can work with it and create it to make your dream cake. If
you have any idea that you want bring in pictures, colors, swatches, flowers whatever you are excited about and we can create together!

You can have custom colors created for your cake based on your wedding colors just bring in a swatch to your vendor to reference

There are NO limits to what kind of cake can be created for you, so ask for what you want and be specific to your vendor
You should always sign an agreed upon contract with vendor to have everything spelled out and in writing on what is expected
Remember last minute changes will cost you extra, so try to avoid and can cause timing issues with your vendor which may lead to your dissappointment
Be sure to confirm if cake bases, tools and supplies will cost you extra or are they included in your quote
