Hera Total Wedding

This company was supposed to provide all services in 1 company. She bad-mouthed the previous owner, which was extremely unprofessional. I never received floral samples or ideas from her about how she was going to do the flowers; she mostly told me what she wanted to do. I had to keep calling her. The photographer was nice but did not take the type of photos I wanted (candid and close up), rather most were all posing photos. The owner wrapped her costs into everything else, like trying to charge me $350 for make alone. Such a rip off. Would not recommend.
