BJ and his staff provided excellent guidance throughout the process of deciding on the menu. The food turned out great and was exactly what we were hoping for. His on-site staff were easy to work with and were on time with all the elements (hors duerves, dinner, toast, cake etc.)
Our experience with Herban Feast Catering was amazing from the start. We found them by going to one of their wonderful tastings. We were able to taste over 10 different appetizers, 4 main course selections, salads, and sides. They immediately won us over with their friendly staff and most delicious food.
We dealt directly with BJ, the owner, for most of the planning and he was the one to actually cater the event. Our first meeting went well and he was very accommodating with our requests. We had a large wedding 200+ with a large amount of children. He had great suggestions! He created a signature Apple Mint Mojito to compliment our wedding and suggested having a cocktail hour before the ceremony to set the mood for the night. He also suggested a fun kids buffet to accommodate the amount of kids we had and still keep a sophisticated meal.
Herban Feast did all the food, drinks, dishes, flatware and drinkware, they provided us with wait staff, linens, and bartenders. The only thing we did not do through them is purchase our beer, wine, and liquor. They were very accommodating in telling us all the quantities we would need for all of our special drinks.
The services provided on the day of the wedding could not have been better. The staff was professional and equipped. They worked well with our wedding planner and I never worried about people not getting enough to eat or drink! They were worth every penny we spent!
Menu tasting was like a sport for us and these guys are THE BEST!
BJ and his staff were wonderful throughout. They made it very easy to plan a wedding from California, and on the day of the (outdoor) wedding, they went above and beyond the call of duty make the make it a success, despite some inclement weather. The event-day staff was professional and dressed up the venue very elegantly. The food was exceptional (numerous compliments from our guests!), and the hardest part was choosing which of it to put on the menu. We were very fortunate to have chosen Herban Feast, and I would happily recommend them to anyone.
These guys know how to make exquisite food! Enough said. Really, they're wonderful caterers and they even have a really cool Urban venue in Seattle that you should check out!

A full service event with Herban Feast provides start-to-finish support and includes:
-An event consultation with site visits, set-up recommendations and menu planning
-Full sit-down service, a beautifully arranged buffet, tastefully themed stations or hand-passed tray service
-Staffing, bartending and beverage services
-Rental coordination for tables and chairs, tenting, sound systems, flowers, photographers and more
-Set-up, break-down and clean-up services
Choose from their Special Event Menus or use your imagination and we'll design a menu to match!
Delivery
Perfect for smaller events, cocktail receptions and corporate breakfasts and luncheons. Their delivery service includes:
-Delivery and set-up of scrumptious platters and food displays of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and desserts with appropriate utensils and linens
-Post-party pick-up at your convenience
-Seattle city limits: $85 delivery fee
-Outside Seattle: $100 delivery fee
-Please order 5 business days before your event
Pick Up
If all you need are a few platters to enhance your self-catered event, or if you’d like to bring something special to a party and time is critical, consider ordering their beautifully styled and garnished platters of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and desserts that you can pick up and take with you!
