I LOVE this place. Cindy is my favorite employee. My husband's family always bought jewelry from here and he too followed in their steps. This is an amazing place! Great jewelry, great service, GREAT, GREAT, GREAT everything. If you take care of your jewelry and bring it in regularly for checks and cleaning if anything goes wrong they take care of it for free. Some examples of great service were: My original engagement band was designed so funny that we could not find a wedding band that worked with it. HH placed the diamond in a new, but similar band for free a year after we purchased the ring. A few days after the wedding I notices a stress fracture near the solder spot and they fixed it that week. I could go on and on about this place!
They couldn't have been more helpful, however, we did not purchase our rings from this vendor.
Herman Hiss has great customer service and a good selection of fine jewelry and gifts. The many times that I have gone in there to find a gift for someone, I always come out very happy with my purchase. My husband spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect engagement ring and they were very helpful during the process.
