If your looking for the perfect caterer then look no further than Wedding by Hess's. The food was phenomenol, but on top of that the service, professionalism, and price is unbeatable! I chose to have my guests served and they came with plenty of staff to make sure the guests were all served in a timely manner. They were quick to set up as soon as they arrived and wonderful at cleaning up afterwards as well. You can get a package to include linens and plates and the tables looked amazing as well as their different stations. I had guests ask right away who catered and they were blown away with how great the food was. If you asked people two things they remember about my wedding they would say my dress and how great the food was! Ralph and Paul are both very helpful and sincere people and want to make sure your wedding day goes as smoothly as possibly, without you having to worry about a thing. Once again look no further, tons of options to choose from and they will definately have options that will fit in your budget.

Hess' Catering was spectacular! I was in contact with Ralph and he was so nice to work with. The food was excellent, all my guests raved about it, and it was a reasonable price. They decorated the tables so well too! It took my breath away when I saw the room! They had excellent little touches that really made everything come together and look amazing! I would recommend Hess' Catering to anyone getting married!

Hess Catering was very flexible for my needs. I wanted to use their picnic menu instead of their wedding menu for my outdoor wedding and they accomodated my requests. The food was WONDERFUL (especially the grilled chicken) and a lot of guests complimented the food. The coordinator was very helpful too--he helped me with all my requests and even through in the "fancy" plastic silverware for free. The buffet table was also decorated so nicely. Hess Catering was very professional and helpful and I would use them again.
