The food is great! The staff is wonderful! The location is perfect! Don't judge a book by it's cover! The outside of the building, doesn't compare to the inside. This location can accommodate small to large weddings. You would have amazing wedding photos. Your guest will be floored. Thank you Carol and Stacy for such an exciting night. Carol and Stacy are the best at what they do. The work with the bride and groom and make it truly personal. They both are amazing. Hillcrest is absolutely the best and has the best location for a wedding n South Florida. The Hillcrest staff and works hard to make sure your wedding day is perfect and they make sure to cover every detail (you honestly wouldn't need a day of wedding coordination). Our wedding was on Sunday, March 4, 2012 and it was nothing short of amazing. Our guest were very impressed with Hillcrest and they loved the food. I wanted to get married on the outside patio, but it was too cold and windy so we moved it inside to their other ballroom (which was nice as well). That way it wasn't in the same space as our reception. The bridal suite is huge and perfect to use to get ready in. Definitely visit Hillcrest...you will see why everyone loves it :-)

There is not one thing I could think of that Hillcrest could have done to make my day more perfect!! They were AMAZING! They help from start to finish with designing your event, planning your timeline, even down to making sure I ate that morning so I wouldn't faint! LoL

Hillcrest Country Club in Hollywood, FL did a wonderful job for my wedding. Everything turned out better then I could have a imagined. They were very flexible with things I liked and didnt like and the staff was great. Beautiful place to get married at and having your reception.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I cannot begin to explain how amazed I was for Hillcrest, Carol (Catering Manager), and the staff to have created such a wonderful wedding for me. The venue is BEAUTIFUL overlooking a manicured golf course, lakes, open skies and palm trees. It provided the PERFECT setting to my November sunset wedding. The staff at Hillcrest are so nice and helpful. I needed help the day of my wedding and everyone was bending over backwards to ensure I was ok, remained calm, and that everything was done before my guests arrived. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. It gives great value, a beautiful setting, and amazing staff. So highly recommended!

Carol Richards and her staff were the main reason I decided to have my wedding at Hillcrest (not to mention it's beautiful!!!) They made me feel so comfortable (and what's more important than that) They were prompt to return my phone calls and emails and on my wedding day everything ran very smoothly. I intend to have several more events there in the future!

They were AMAZING! They were extremely affordable for a wedding of 350 guests. I loved the room we held it in because it had windows facing the golf course. Best of all, they were EXTREMELY flexible with everything i wanted and didn't charge me extra for every little thing like the other reception halls I interviewed. They really made my life easier as a bride because i knew i could trust them thoroughly to do their job. It turned out amazing and i definitely recommend them to everyone!!!! Very friendly and accommodating staff!!!

Carol Richards and her staff made my day ( April 10, 2011) so personal and beautiful. They all took such great care of our guest. More than willing to help, share ideas, give feedback on any and every question I had throughout the wedding planning. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Oh my God, I can write a book about this place, the staff and mostly Carol. The place is beautiful and Carol is so helpful. She is a sweatheart. I looked at so many places and after seeing the place and talked to Carol. My now husband and I knew we were in good hands. Carol made the whole process easy. It was all about us and what we wanted. Everyone who is getting married in south florida, see Carol at HIllcrest and you will be so happy just like we are with the final results.

My husband and I can't stop talking about how much fun we had at our wedding, and so much of that is due to Hillcrest's willingness to fulfill all of the ideas that we had for our wedding. Carol is amazing with communication, responding to every e-mail within about 24 hours, and her response was almost always "no problem." She really seemed to understand our vision and gave us some great guidance towards achieving it.
Our wedding was a week ago and people are still talking about the food. From cocktail hour to the wedding cake, the food was awesome. They kept the drinks flowing, which our guests enjoyed as well! The venue is also beautiful, which certainly helps!
Gary, Wade, and Annette were charged with the tasks of keeping everything moving on the night of the wedding, and they were awesome. Annette really helped during the wedding ceremony, helping us line up and telling everyone when to walk, and Gary and Wade were all over everything we requested. We can't thank them enough.
My ONLY issues were that we gave a tip to the valet beforehand, so he would not accept tips from guests, and he definitely did. Also, at one point the bar had a tip jar out. Once I saw it, I told Gary and it was removed immediately. You pay a lot of money in service charges, in my opinion, there's no need to get it from the guests as well (and it looks tacky...). However, if those are the two "major" issues after a ceremony and 5 hour reception for over 100 guests, you know you're in good hands!

The only thing missing from this place is better food. The food was edible, but not amazing. Everything else is spectacular. The view is gorgeous! The room is eloquent, classy, and timeless. The staff is very professional and did not miss a beat. Everything looked beautiful and flawless. I was extremely happy with my choice in wedding reception location.

Carol is a doll, the location is GORGEOUS and the service was flawless. Great food as well. I HIGHLY recommend Hillcrest. They made my day PERFECT!
