Renee was very helpful every step of the way. HCC was a beautiful venue for our wedding, and everything looked great on our big day. We had many guests tell us that the food was the best wedding food they had ever had, and we agree! The dessert table that was put together for us was also very popular with guests.The ballroom makes for a great ceremony space and transforms into the reception area beautifully (we actually had at least one guest who didn't even realize that the ceremony and reception were in the same room!). Renee knows the venue well, and was very helpful when we were deciding how to further decorate the already classy space. We highly recommend Hillendale Country Club.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Hillendale and the people there. Renee was amazing, very flexible, helpful and responsive. She took a lot of weight off of my shoulders. The food was amazing - my guests were raving about it. I was extremely happy with everything.

I can't say enough good things about Hillendale! After our amazing experience, I would never choose anywhere else to get married. The staff was so professional and so friendly! Planning was a breeze, thanks to Renee Cooper. They were so flexible and willing to do whatever they could to make us happy. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful! Everything was set up perfectly on the big day. Not one thing went wrong. I didn't have a worry in the world, which was so nice! We also received endless compliments from our guests about how amazing the bar and food service was. Also, the food was amazing! The food on the big day was even better than our tasting. I couldn't have been more happy with my experience!

Having our wedding at Hillendale CC was the best decision that we made. Everything was amazing and perfect. Renee was such a pleasure to work with and she made sure that absolutely everything went smooth and that we had exactly what we wanted. Renee and the Entire HCC staff were amazing! It was nice to have Renee as my wedding coordinator. She was there through the entire process of planning and the day of the wedding. I don't know what I would have done with out her! Also having a bridal attendant the day of was awesome- Gaby! She did awesome! She made sure I had everything I needed the day of, whether I forgot something in the bridal suite or when I spilled something on my dress she went and got my shout wipes and helped me get the stain out. I would highly recommend HCC to anyone who is looking here!

I had my ceremony and reception at HCC which made everything a lot easier. They set up the entire place for me. I brought out all my decorations the day before and they wrote down where everything went. I did not have to worry about a thing the day of. The ceremony outside was beautiful. I highly recommend it!

The venue is a great site to have a wedding. It was wonderful to have a patio where guests could spend time. Renee was very organized and responsive. We have received many compliments on the food. Many friends have told us that it was the best wedding they have ever attended!

Our wedding coordinator, Renee, was absolutely fantastic. She took every measure possible to work with our needs and give us the wedding of our dreams. She was always so flexible and able to meet with us on any day/any time (which is critical for a bride planning a wedding in only 8 months)! I will always cherish the memories made at our wedding, which thanks to Hillendale, was such a beautifully orchestrated event.

The staff here was amazing! There wasn't a single thing that went wrong on their end. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for any event! Worth the cost and the food was delicious!

We choose Hillendale Country Club as the reception location for our July wedding due to the beautiful location and the friendly staff! From the moment we began planning they wedding they were wonderful. We had Renee as our planner who guided us through the whole process. She was great! Not only did she give professional advise but she listened to what we asked for and made sure that it was delivered on the day of the wedding! During the reception, the staff was very attentive to our guests needs as well as any of our last minute requests. We choose filet and shrimp as our meal and it was delicious! All of our guests were raving about how good the food was! The day of our wedding was very rainy and due to traffic and weather conditions the reception started a little late -- even though our contracted time ended at midnight, Hillendale allowed us to stay until 12:30pm to get our full 5 hours in! We would recommend Hillendale to anyone who is looking for a beautiful venue with a flexible and professional staff. Renee was wonderful and very flexible. She is incredibly personable and inviting. Before the wedding she timely answered all my worries and questions. She made sure everything was planned, down to the littlest detail, so i had nothing to worry about the week and day of. On my wedding day, she was there to make sure we stayed on schedule but then faded into the background so we could enjoy our special day.
Renee was also incredibly flexible on deciding whether to move the ceremony indoors due to heat or weather. I didn't have to make decision until 3 hrs before wedding. Although clouds looked threatening beforehand, Renee was able to offer reassurance that weather would be fine at the time of the wedding and we could remain outside.
I was incredibly thankful that Renee was able to schedule a golf outing on the course the day before the wedding for my husband and his groomsmen. They enjoyed playing the course.
There are no complaints I can make about Hillendale or Renee. The setting and surrounding scenery are absolutely breathtaking. I continue to recieve compliments about it. I would recommend to all!

Josh and I had our wedding and reception at HCC!!!!! Renee and Lexi couldn't have been more helpful!!!! We were so happy with everything they did for us!! There was never a time where we had to think about what came next, the two of them did everything for us! I was completely calm all day and a lot of that had to do with them! There was even one point in the day where they brought in a steamer for my wedding gown because my little one wasn't getting the wrinkles out from the 5 hour ride it took from Upstate NY to get to me. Howie and Heather were amazing bartenders!!!!!! They kept everyone having a good time. The food and service was nothing short of wonderful! Everyone had a wonderful time. It goes without saying how beautiful our the club really is. It was like a dream. We love all of you!!!!!! Thanks for making our day special! xoxo

It was a pleasure working with Renee and her staff at the Hillendale Country Club for our June 2012 wedding. We booked our venue over a year in advance after seeing the club for the first time over the winter. At first, we weren’t sure about the idea of having the ceremony, cocktail hour and ceremony in separate spaces, but I am SO glad we went with HCC. Our ceremony on the first tee box was absolutely beautiful, then cocktails in the overlook lounge overlooking the golf course followed by our reception in the grand ballroom. My main concern was making sure our guests were comfortable and I know they were. We’ve gotten so many compliments and positive feedback from our guests. They enjoyed the beautiful property and the food as well. As a bride, I was very happy working with HCC each step of the way. I can honestly say, they didn’t tell me/us “no” with any of our requests (none of which were unreasonable). They went above and beyond our expectations and helped to create a wonderful day. Big thanks to Renee and her staff!

If you want to feel like a queen on your wedding day you NEED to book Hillendale Country Club. I cannot say enough wonderful things about LeeAnn, Renee, and everyone on staff. As I was researching venues Hillendale didn't pop up on many searches because they don't advertise much. Luckily one of my friends had been married there the year before. I looked at several other venues but Hillendale's customer service was above and beyond everyone else. They were so accommodating during the planning process with tastings, decorations, schedules and everything else. The rehearsal on the night before went smoothly and I was able to fall asleep knowing all was taken care of. On the wedding day itself I had my own personal attendant who took care of whatever I needed. I don't remember anything going wrong that day, and if it did the staff was so awesome that I wasn't aware of it. Many of our guests said that this was the best wedding that they had ever been too!!! I cannot thank LeeAnn and Renee enough for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!!!! You cannot go wrong by trusting Hillendale with making your wedding incredible!

Hillendale did a superb job for my daughter's wedding, everything was perfect. Hillendale enabled us to give our daughter the wedding she had always dreamed of. LeeAnn is like having your personal wedding planner. She and Lexi work very closely throughout your event making sure it goes off perfectly. Whatever you want for your wedding day, LeeAnn can supply, from decorating to fireworks. The flexibility of the club to accommodate your needs enables you to have a one of a kind wedding. I would highly recommend Hillendale and their staff.

Lee Ann was wonderful. She was very responsive and accomodating to all of our needs. She and Lexi used our decorations to turn the ballroom into the perfect wedding space. I loved it. Lexi even brought in her personal laptop so that our slideshow would play properly during the cocktail hour. My guests had a blast and the staff made everything run as smooth as possible. Plus the food was EXCELLENT! Very very happy! They went above and beyond to create the perfect reception for us.

Overall Hillendale was fantastic. Very professional and had lots of ideas to help us, but was also willing to listen to our ideas and move some things around. The food and service was AMAZING. I still have people talking to me about how good the food was and how nice the venue was. Bar service was very effecient and orderly- with about 170 quests, there was never much of a wait and the drinks were made perfectly. Especially with all of the little details I had, they got almost everything put together perfectly. We did has some issues with the favors not being put out on time, but it was quickly resolved and corrected.
My comment on flexibility was because we had some issues when some guests got there a little early and it affected the timeline for the remainder of the night. I completely understand why that happened, but it made photography a little complicated. I definitely would reccomend Hillendale to anyone looking for a really nice package caterer/venue.

My husband and I knew from the moment we walked into HCC and met with LeeAnn that we wanted to have our wedding reception there. It was gorgeous, spacious, and met our needs. LeeAnn was wonderful to work with, I felt comfortable emailing or calling her with any questions I had, and was able to make changes up until the last minute. Her taste in decorating is great as well, and had nice ideas about how to position tables and flowers.

Even though it rained our or wedding day in October, we were still able to get gorgeous pictures outside with the grounds in the background.

Many of our guests are still telling me that the steak was the best they have ever had! The food was delicious!!!! The bar service was very quick, and drinks made well, and not watered down.

Thank you LeeAnn, Gail, and the rest of the HCC staff...we had a flawless wedding, with many thanks to you. I am recommending HCC to many friends who are planning on getting married.

Hillendale and it's entire staff was amazing! They were very reasonably priced (and we shopped alot!), had a beautiful and unique venue, but most of all the staff was incredibly accommodating, flexible, helpful, prompt, and attentive. LeeAnn and her team were simply the best and we couldn't have asked for more.

For those of you who may care, we had an interfaith wedding that included much of the pomp and pagentry of an indian wedding and they did wonderfully with all of it, including the food. The head cook, Jack, was cooking indian food for the first time and very passionately studied and experimented with it and was able to really create some unique flavors that people loved.

This place was WONDERFUL!! Lee Ann is the main event coordinator and she was amazing throughout the whole planning process. She worked with me because of my budget, she was there to answer any questions I had even if they weren't related specifically to Hillendale. She was just great. Then for the rehearsal there was Lee Ann, Gale, and Lexi. All three were amazing and they ran the rehearsal perfectly. I was considering getting a DOC but I'm so glad I didn't because these girls were all I needed to have things run smoothly. They took care of everything. Then on the wedding day they managed everything. They made all the events run smoothly and kept track of time and everything. It was just awesome. I couldn't have asked for more. We even had one of the groomsman lose their vest for their tux, and Lee Ann got on the phone right away and found a replacement vest for him and got the entire issue taken care of. I can't say enough about them and I'm so glad I decided to have my wedding at Hillendale!!

I recently got to photograph a wedding at Hillendale and loved everything about it: location + grounds (amazing for photography), service, team, accessibility. The staff was exceptional and super attentive, even carting us around to different spots for photos, and everyone had a great time. If only all my weddings could be here :)

I cannot recommend Hillendale Country Club enough! Wedding & Event Coordinators Renee and Lexie are both amazing, detail-oriented and more than delight to work with! Their ballroom is gorgeous with 3 beautiful chandeliers, a large dark wood dance floor, attached patio and one of the prettiest ballrooms I have seen in any hotel or country club! The other sites at Hillendale are just as pretty and picturesque! Their chef, food, service and staff is flawless! From a formal sit down dinner with all the bells and whistles to a sweet 16 with taco and slider stations, they honestly can do it all, customize anything and they have it down to a science. Highest recommendation!

Hillendale is one of our favorite locations to photograph weddings. With it's gorgeous grounds and location in Baltimore County's hunt country, it has so many great locations and backdrops on which to photograph. In, addition, everyone on staff is highly professional and organized, making every event run smoothly and seeimingly effortlessly.

As a photographer, I get to hear about the wedding after it's over. I give out a survey to our couples about their wedding day experience (I'm only going to recommend vendors who our couples recommend).

Hillendale Country Club gets a 10 out of 10. I understand why. First of all, every meeting I have with LeeAnn is best described as genuine. She makes me feel comfortable. I recall talking about our families last time we met.
A rarity, her personal touch is not in conflict with her determination to serve her clients. A picture is worth a thousand words and every wedding Perskie has captured at Hillendale proves that her efforts are a success. You are very fortunate if you reserve your wedding day with Hillendale.
